Chapter 1167 - An Emperor Shifts A Cosmos! I

"I didn't want you to have a conflict because of saving us, especially against a force connected with an existence capable of forming an Empire within these vast and chaotic seas!"

The figures of Augustus and Noah were floating in the Ruination Sea as they watched the direction that Daolord Azazel and his party left in.

Noah had a smile on his face as he spoke lightly while turning to face the old King.

"You want to bind me to your Cosmos?"

RUMBLE!

Noah didn't beat around the bush or play any games, getting to the heart of the issue of what this wily old King had done to prevent a conflict just now!

He made it so that Noah stemmed from the Indigo Cosmos, and so the existences from the Primordial Empire had to treat him as such.

They couldn't fight him or bully him, the only thing they could do being possible after the Indigo Cosmos joined the Primordial Cosmos fully in the coming future!

"Partly!" The gaze of King Augustus was starry as he turned to focus his eyes on Noah. His aged face seemed to have seen the vicissitudes of time as if he had seen it all, his voice continuing out.

"Becoming enemies with even a party of beings from the Springforge Household means becoming enemies with the whole Primordial Empire...with Aegon the Conqueror himself!"

WAA!

"But once you are part of the Empire, you can fight them as much as you want and they can fight you as well- all in the battle for supremacy as there will be no consequences."

…!

"Oh?" Noah's interest was perked up as he stared at the old man that continued with a somber tone.

"A Writ of Challenge. The Kings of Cosmos can issue such Writs to other Kings under the regulations of Aegon the Conqueror, where the one that comes out to be the strongest in this publicly displayed battle will be the Victors and take everything from the one that loses!"

"The quintillions of existences within their Cosmos that they depended on for the continued source of Marks of Antiquity, those in their families...and all the treasures they have goes to the Victors."

"There is absolute order in the Primordial Empire, with these Challenges being allowed as the Great Conqueror believes the strong should rule...but they have to prove their strength clearly in the open without any underhanded means."

What an Emperor!

What a Ruler!

King Augustus spoke more of such an Emperor and the Bastion of Reality he made, their two figures receding from the Ruination Sea and returning to the boundary of the Bluefield Universe.

"My actions might not have been without other motives, but I hope Daolord Osmont can be with my Indigo Cosmos as you get a chance to see the Primordial Empire. As long as you don't have obligations that need you from your home, I hope you can be with us as the one to lead us against the Writs of Challenges that will be issued to us soon enough!"

"The benefits are all yours...I just wish to keep those within my Cosmos safe as they don't fall under the banner of the Households of the Primordial Empire, becoming mere pawns that get handed off from one king to the next. I wish to keep my family safe so that others cannot claim them to do whatever they wish with them!"

King Augustus was gazing towards his daughter as he said this, their two figures arriving past the boundary and entering the Bluefield Universe as the Antiquities within came forward with worried faces filled with shock.

This was even more so for Alexus Marcus Tiberius, who could barely form his words as he looked at his father with a mix of emotions!

"Father...I...you…!"

This powerful Antiquity was still incredulous at the fact that his father had stripped him of his future kingship and given it to his sister so fast, even inviting an outsider that was stronger than them to sit above them.

He...was unwilling to accept this!

Augustus turned his gaze towards his son as it was filled with disappointment, his voice ringing out.

"Over the last tens of thousands of years...I've seen you increasingly make bad choices throughout! Your actions today made me realize you will not change, wanting to sacrifice your own people and even freely giving information to your enemies as if they were your best friends. Bad judgment through and through...your sister will be more than enough to replace you!"

RUMBLE!

A grand proclamation was made as the Antiquity felt like multiple attacks pierced deep into his heart, looking betrayed and shaken all at once as he stared at the cold face of his father until he could take it no longer, not being able to withstand all the gazes as he turned into a streak of light and sunk deeper into the Indigo Cosmos in indignation.

Noah looked at this soap opera as he nearly laughed, speaking out with a smile towards King Augustus.

"We all can see how this will play out, right? A son who should've obtained everything being stripped of it as his little sister takes it all and even someone like me coming into the picture...I'm pretty sure your son will become a spy or betray you soon enough to whatever wolves lie in wait in the Primordial Empire."

…!

His words were ones that weren't normally said, causing the Antiquities nearby to glance at each other as Augustus's aged face obtained a few more wrinkles while he sighed and replied.

"I'll take care of that, Daolord. Please, get yourself acquainted with our Cosmos. Lexis will inform you of a few more things and show you our Universes, choose any that you wish to take as your abode. We will discuss some more soon enough."

Augustus seemed to have aged a few more years with this encounter, giving commands to the Antiquities Viola and Charles as everything became busy, leaving Noah and his party to glance towards the woman that was just crowned to be the future Queen of the Indigo Cosmos!

Lexis Marcus Tiberius glanced towards Noah with a dazzling smile as her white hair cascaded down gracefully. Her eyes carried a hint of grace, maturity, and confidence that was rarely seen in a woman.

She was currently adorned in a light blue robe with white embroidery that made it extremely unique, matching her glimmering white hair beautifully as her sonorous words rang out as if what just happened didn't concern her at all.

"Daolord Osmont, please. I can continue the tour and tell Daolord all we know about the Primordial Empire..."

Her smile and words caused Tiamat to let out a harrumph as she glanced at Lexis closely, Noah giving a light nod as he and his summons followed this Antiquity into the Indigo Cosmos once more!

As all of this occurred, far across the folds of space, in the Ruination Realm.

Noah's main body was laughing madly as he saw a vibrant number of Splendiferous Universes that now surpassed 100, his eyes letting out beams of light as he spoke out gloriously.

"Good! Good! With this...why don't we burn some Universes and form more Runic Dao Lines?!"

RUMBLE

Ceaselessly and without stop, Noah continued to look for the path forward as he prepared to elevate his strength even further!
