592 Breaking the Stratagem and Seizing the Treasure

As well as Bu Zhangkun, Jiang Pingzhou and Jiang Jingtao started attacking. Everyone went all out, demonstrating techniques which they had previously been hiding to in order to kill the soldiers in the hall.

In an instant, everyone demonstrated their special skills. Other than the four major sects, the other sects performed their hidden skills as well. If they didn't use all their might now, the loss that they would face would most likely be unimaginable. After all, the soldiers could be regenerated after they died, but if a human died here, he couldn't possibly be resurrected.

Even though the might of the transforming beans into soldiers technique was huge, when faced with so many ancient martial art practitioners who were well-prepared, their forces were depleting as well.

At last, all the soldiers in the hall had been killed. The great hall once again seemed spacious. However, the ancient martial art practitioners were not without loss. Eight of them had been killed and over twenty of them injured.

Those gathered here were the strongest forces in the Green Ancient Mystery Dimension. The death of any of them would be a tremendous loss.

Just as everyone was going all out to fight the soldiers, Mo Wen flew up and appeared before a stone pillar. Then, he pointed forcefully and a hundred-feet, gigantic Sword Qi clashed into the stone pillar. Stone debris flew everywhere and a large number of fragmented stones fell onto the ground.

The material of the stone pillar was not known. The power of Mo Wen's Spiritual Profound Sword Qi had actually only managed to chip a corner of the stone pillar. The opening was less than an inch deep. If it was an intermediate stage Golden Elixir realm ancient martial art practitioner, the practitioner might not be able to deal with Mo Wen's attack, yet it did not seem as though much damage had been done to the stone pillar.

However, the attack was sufficient. Mo Wen's goal was not to destroy the stone pillar, but rather destroy the stratagem which was established on the stone pillar. Just now, when everyone was attacking the soldiers, he had been searching carefully for the location of the eye of the stratagem.

Luckily, the designer of this stratagem was most likely an ancient martial art practitioner and not an immortal cultivator. Therefore, it didn't take long for Mo Wen to locate the eye of the stratagem. His Spiritual Profound Sword Qi was not enough to destroy the stone pillar, but it could destroy the eye of the stratagem and stop it from functioning.

In an instant, it was no longer snowing inside the hall. The terrifying chill disappeared without a trace too. The snow which had been accumulated on the ground disappeared suddenly, as though it had evaporated.

"What's happening?"

"The stratagem has been broken!"

"The stratagem is broken."

On the ground, joy flashed in the eyes of many ancient martial art practitioners. Even though the snowstorm couldn't attack them directly, it affected them tremendously. If it was not for the aid of the snowstorm, those brainless soldiers would not possibly have been able to kill beginning stage Golden Elixir realm ancient martial art practitioners, let alone those present who were the crème de la crème of the dimension.

Ignoring the others' response, Mo Wen stepped on the stone pillar. Standing on it as a stepping stone, Mo Wen leaped and flew up, going straight for the top of the stone pillar.

He had not only did destroyed the Power of the Wind and Snow stratagem, but he had also destroyed the gravitational pull barrier as well. The top of the stone pillars had lost their gravitational pull, which meant anyone could go up.

In an instant, Mo Wen had appeared on the top of a stone pillar. He waved his hand and the item on the stone pillar flew towards him. It was a spiritual weapon shaped like a mountain peak. The weapon emitted a rich spiritual power; it was top grade among the spiritual weapons.

Mo Wen's mouth curled to form a smile. A top grade spiritual weapon was a rare treasure even for him. Moreover, in his hands, the strength of the top grade spiritual weapon could be unleashed fully.

Now that Mo Wen had seized a top grade spiritual weapon, he had no intention of being polite and waiting for the others to come and take the rest. He gestured with his hands and the treasures on the neighboring stone pillars flew straight towards him.

"Brat! You sure are cunning." On the ground, a loud voice sounded like a gong. The speaker was none other than Bu Zhangkun.

He had noticed that the gravitational pull barrier in mid-air had changed. For some unknown reason, it had suddenly disappeared. As a result, the brat Mo Wen had seized the opportunity and snatched a treasured item before the rest of them.

Judging from Mo Wen's manner, he seemed to want to snatch away all the treasures. Of course, Bu Zhangkun wouldn't let this happen. With a roar, he flew towards the top of the stone pillar like a missile.

But he was a step slower than Mo Wen. By the time he reached the top of the stone pillar, Mo Wen would most likely have snatched most of the treasures.

"Little b*stard, don't you dare!" Jiang Pingzhou was flustered and exasperated as well. Nobody knew how the brat had managed to find a loophole and go up before any of them. They were still on the ground. It was too late for them to stop him now.

On the ground, the facial expressions of Jiang Jingtao and Pavilion Leader Ye Rong changed as well. Without thinking, both of them flew up.

Every treasured item on the stone pillars was worthy and priceless. They would become utmost treasures of a sect regardless of which sect had them. Nobody would allow such treasures to be snatched away by others.

"A beast with wild ambition. Who do you think you are? You are too greedy." Right now, Jiang Jingtao was irritated. He took out a copper coin from the inside of his sleeve while he rushed up the stone pillar fanatically. At first, the copper coin was only as tiny as a thumb. But once he threw it in midair, the copper coin expanded immediately. It became as big as a millstone, rotating slowly in midair.

The Gigantic Copper Coin shook slightly, releasing a shapeless force field in midair. The force field traveled a distance and appeared at the top of the stone pillars.

Suddenly, the two treasures which were flying towards Mo Wen stopped abruptly in midair. After pausing slightly, they changed direction and flew instead towards the Gigantic Copper Coin.

The identity of the copper coin was unknown. It could actually interrupt Mo Wen's pulling force from so far away, snatching the two treasures.

However, based on the spiritual power that it emitted, one could tell that it was at least a top grade spiritual weapon.

Mo Wen's facial expression chilled. He grunted. With a flick of his fingers, a dash of green light appeared before him. It was the Green Primordial Mirror.

He pointed downwards with a hand, then with the other hand, he grabbed a spiritual stone and continuously transmitted spiritual power into the Green Primordial Mirror.

The little green mirror shook suddenly and released a green light, clashing towards the Gigantic Copper Coin. The light streak penetrated through the space and shone on the copper coin, which was as big as a millstone.

In an instant, the Gigantic Copper Coin shook slightly and the force field that it released was interrupted. Instead, its force was used to fight against the Green Primordial Mirror.

Losing the pulling force from the copper coin, the two treasures changed direction and continued flying towards Mo Wen.

However, just as the two treasures were less than ten meters from Mo Wen, a beam of yellow light flashed and flew up from below. It furiously crashed towards Mo Wen's legs at very high speed.

Mo Wen seemed to have anticipated it. His silhouette was like a gentle breeze. With a slight shift, he avoided the beam of yellow light.

Although Mo Wen did not have eyes in the back of his head, he had soul power that no one could compare with. He was aware of every movement in the great hall, being as familiar with what was going on as he was with the back of his hand. The beam of yellow light was the doing of Jiang Pingzhou, the leader of the Medical Sect.

When Jiang Jingtao made his move, Jiang Pingzhou had also done so secretly. However, his target was not the treasures, but Mo Wen. As long as Mo Wen was injured, no matter how many treasures Mo Wen had, he would need to give them up.

Unfortunately for Jiang Pingzhou, his sneak attack was completely ineffective. The youth seemed to have already known that he had intended to do so.

After evading Jiang Pingzhou's attack, Mo Wen was already very close to one of the treasures. He just needed to reach out his hand and grab it and the treasure would be in his grasp.

It was also a top grade spiritual weapon, a fiery red ruler. The picture of a Firebird was engraved on it. Although it did not have the grandeur of the Phoenix, it was not an ordinary bird type monstrous beast.

After obtaining two top grade spiritual weapons in a short space of time, Mo Wen was naturally on cloud nine. With a turn of his silhouette, he went over to grab the third treasure. It was not a spiritual weapon, but a black metallic doll emanating a faint metallic luster.

Upon spotting the metallic doll, Mo Wen's gaze narrowed slightly. It was a puppet! A complete Immortal Cultivation world puppet.

Although he had come across quite a few puppets, he had never seen a complete puppet before. That was because the puppets that he had seen before had masters. With his ability, it was impossible for him to subjugate them. He could only at most barely destroy them.

But this puppet was a complete one, and it was without a master. If he could get his hands on it, he would have an obedient puppet warrior. The only thing he did not know was what level the little black puppet was at. If its rank was too low, then it most likely would not be of much use.

However, regardless of this, Mo Wen decided to get his hands on the puppet. After all, a puppet was a rare object, and it was something that he had never possessed.

Disregarding the power attacking him from behind, his silhouette merely flashed a few times. Like a gentle breeze, he flew through the gaps. Within two to three steps, he was less than five meters away from the little black puppet. It was within arms reach.

Seeing Mo Wen obtain another treasure his third, the others immediately began to feel anxious. There were only eight treasures on top of the stone pillars. If Mo Wen alone got three, no one would be able to accept it.

Moreover, the super large sects believed that they had the right to be the ones obtaining the last few items. Other people snatching it away was equivalent to snatching their things. It made them outraged.

"Little b*stard, you are greedy beyond compare. Stop at once!" Jiang Pingzhou shouted loudly. He retrieved a bright yellow fan from his back. He furiously waved the fan, and a yellow gale shot to the sky. It was like a rising tornado, furiously crashing towards Mo Wen.

"Little friend Mo Wen, know your limits. You already have two treasures. Sorry, but that's it." Pavilion Leader Ye Rong also narrowed her eyes. Before this, she had not attacked Mo Wen. But when Mo Wen obtained his third treasure, she too could not stand it anymore. If Mo We alone snatched three treasures, there would only be enough left for each of their sects to have one.

Her slender finger slightly touched the Purple Bottle Gourd. A purple Qi immediately gushed out of the opening of the bottle. Tens of meters apart, it furiously flew towards the little puppet.

Although Mo Wen was closest to the little puppet, the mass of purple light seemed to transcend space. It instantly appeared above, wrapping around the little puppet and furiously dragging it down.

"Humph, no one can take away my things." Mo Wen's expression turned cold, his eyes slightly seething with anger. He flicked his wrist and the Sacred Fire Sword appeared in his hand without sound nor presence. He merely swung the sword downwards, and the yellow gale that was racing towards him immediately dissipated, not even withstanding one blow.
