Chapter 1125 - Waiting For Prey

Julian returned to his room and laid down on his bed, he then started to wonder about the call he had with Angela, from what he gathered from her, the weapon that was used in the war 3000 years ago is not Lysander's main target.

But it's still better to let the league guard it, a weapon like that should not be left unsupervised and as for what Lysander has been planning to do, Julian will have to have his people find out about it, the best guess Julian have right now is something related to the Zygarde Core as they have been hunting them.

From what Julian knows, Team Flare has one Zygarde Core with them and it is under constant watch, Only certified members are allowed to go near it, them being the Team Flare admins, the scientist working for them, and a few elite members.

Julian wondered what he should do, with most of Team Flare's command slowly coming under him he doesn't need to do much, with just a few words from him, he can cause Lysander's whole plan to flop.

No matter what Lysander plans Julian will be one step ahead of him, he then closed his eyes and drifted away in his sleep, tomorrow he will be leaving Anistar city and heading towards Snowbelle city.

The next morning, Julian woke up early and got ready to leave Anistar city, he fed his pokemons and cleaned up, packed his stuff, and left the hotel, he then sat on his bike and rode off.

Before he can get to Snowbelle City, he had to go through Couriway town first, he had looked into this town and found out a few things about it, this is quite a normal town but it is known for its unique traditions, people of this town hold monthly festivals where they gather around in the central town, mingle around, dance and celebrate, Julian was intrigued by this and wanted to experience it.

It will take him a week to reach the town but he will be there right on time for this festival, his journey on route 18 was a quiet one, but he is expecting a visit from someone familiar very soon.

Angela informed him about Lysander's order to send Team Flare admins on the hunt for the Zygarde Core again and two of them are on their way, the ones who will be arriving will be Mable, the newest addition to his slave collection, and another Team Flare admin named Bryony.

He had information on Bryony and he didn't find anything special about her, like other Team Flare members, she is a highly skilled trainer and is a good leader but has a superiority complex like every other Team Flare admin.

Knowing that Team Flare is on their way, Julian needs to lure them in, he then asked his Zygarde Core to lure them in again, he made Zygarde send signals a few times a day. When Julian was about to reach Couriway town, he finally received a message from Mable that they are very close to him.

Since Julian still has a day or two to reach Couriway town, he decided to stop and wait for them to come to him, after finding a forest area to camp down, once he selected the place he wanted to capture the Team Flare members he settled down.

The day was spent with Julian training his pokemon, since Charizard evolved he became very confident in taking Julian's other pokemon, he then challenged Doublade to a battle which he lost, though it was still a very hard-fought battle between the two of them, Doublade still came out on top as he has spent more time with Julian and training under him, Charizard still needs to train a lot before he can rival Doublade in battle intelligence which is very high, second only to Infernape. Even Julian's older pokemons are not as good as Doublade when it comes to battle intelligence.

Even though Doublade is still not in his final evolution stage, he is still displaying power similar to that of a fully evolved pokemon.

He then challenged Porygon who completely dominated Charizard in a battle and Charizard wasn't even able to land a hit on it, the reason Porygon dominated this battle was because it already knows everything about Charizard and all its moves, even after Charizard evolved Porygon analyzed him and updated its data on Charizard.

Once it had the data, Charizard couldn't do anything, Proygon predicted his every move, which move he will use it. When he will use it, how he will use it, Porygon calculated everything and pulled out a probability result in its mind, the probability of Charizard making the specific move at a specific time was calculated Porygon so it already knew what Charizard would do and how he would counter if Porygon used a certain move.

Battling Porygon is like playing a game on hell mode if Porygon has data on them.

After Charizard's loss, he was not disappointed in himself, he just got pissed and started to train even harder, Julian didn't mind the extra training that Charizard did but he would stop Charizard when he thought he was going overboard with it.

Night fell and Julian was done with feeding his pokemons, he sent all his pokemons back to their Pokeball and waited for Team Flare to arrive at his location, he still has the Zygarde core out of its Pokeball sending signals so that Team Flare can pinpoint it.
