Chapter 808 - Capturing The Grunts

Julian was not expecting Team Plasma members to target him so quickly, he hasn't been in the city for even an hour and he has already attracted some attention.

Well, it didn't mean that he didn't do it on purpose, he wanted to lure out these idiots since they were not roaming in public, he decided to bring them out from their hiding.

He looked around the city and noticed that only a few pokemon service stores were open and since these stores are in high demand when it comes to trainers as they regularly visit these places to treat their pokemon.

This has to clearly be the best possible place for these goons to camp waiting for trainers who have no idea what is happening to steal their pokemons, Julian knew this and that is why he chose the best massage center he could find and see if he could attract the attention of these grunts by doing so.

And as he planned, he got their attention, what he didn't expect that they would notice him right off the bat.

Julian continued to read the magazine while he waited for Team Plasma to make a move and he hopes they fall for the trap because it would be a lot easier to find out where their hideout is and what is their purpose here in Icirrus City.

As he turned the page of the magazine he suddenly received a message from Gengar, yes he also had Gengar on the watch and it seems he has spotted the target.

Julian 'Well they are quite early than I thought'

Julian said inside his head and continued reading the magazine.

On top of a building next to the massage parlor, three Team Plasma grunts are standing and one of them is looking through binoculars.

"Guys, this guy's pokemons are ridiculous, he has a Deino, Fraxure, Larvesta, Golurk, Archeops, Escavalier, Gigalith, Excadrill, and Darmanitan, this guy must be a very strong pokemon trainer"

One of them said.

"Indeed, his pokemons are very strong, we should snatch all these pokemons and give them to the king"

Another one said.

"Ya, let's go"

All of them agreed and jumped off the roof as their backs were attached to a rope, once they got on the floor, they headed towards the parlor to hijack it and steal Julian's pokemon, but as soon as they set their foot on the parlor's premises, they felt something was off as they couldn't feel the ground beneath their legs.

They got stunned and looked down to find themselves standing on top of a black shadow as their legs were being sucked into the ground, they panicked and tried to pull out their leg but no matter how much effort they put behind it, their legs were continued being sucked into the ground.

They looked at the dark shadow in horror and screamed but it seems like no one was able to hear them at all, then they suddenly noticed two crimson glowing eyes looked at them.

All three of them felt terrified, so much that now they couldn't even emit a sound from their mouth, soon their whole body was sucked into the shadow and they disappeared without anyone noticing.

Gengar then came out of the ground and laughed.

Gengar [Gegegegegegegegege]

He laughed and headed back to Julian.

Julian [Did you capture them?]

He asked.

Gengar [Gegege, yes]

Julian [Good, I will talk to them later]

Julian said and smiled while continued reading the magazine which is filled with pictures of very s.e.xy models.

After a few hours, the massage was finally over, all of his pokemons seems relieved from all their stress and looked very relaxed and happy, Julian paid them their price and walked out of the parlor, and headed back to his hotel room.

Once he got back into his room he called Gengar out of his shadow.

Julian [Bring them out]

Gengar "Gegegege"

Gengar laughed and brought out the three Team Plasma grunts, all three of them are knocked out cold but still breathing, Julian took out a rope and asked Gengar to tie them up and he took away their pokeballs.

He then took out a bottle of water and splashed it across their face to wake them up, all three of them woke up confused, the last thing they remembered was them being sucked into the ground by a shadow with crimson eyes.

They were so scared that they fainted right after that, they noticed that they are tied up as well, they looked around and found themselves on the ground, the walls around them looked very good a premium as they realized that they are inside some kind of expensive hotel.

Julian "Now that all of you are up, let's get talking"

They suddenly heard a voice and turned their head towards the direction and saw a man wearing a green jacket with a mask on his face, they clearly recognized this person because he was the trainer they were about to target and snatch his pokemons.

"You"

All of them said, stunned by looking at the person in front of them, they also noticed a Gengar standing beside him and they could clearly recognize those crimson eyes anywhere because those are the same ones they saw in the shadow.

Gengar "Gegegegege"

Gengar laughed as he noticed the three grunts look at him in shock and fear, hearing Gengar's laugh the three shuddered in fear a cold chill ran down their spine.

Julian "I won't be wasting my time nor yours so I was clear and direct answers and if you don't answer properly you will be going back into the shadow"

Julian threatened them.

The grunts' faces went white as they clearly remembered how the feeling of their legs sinking into nothingness felt like and they never wanted to experience it again.

"We will tell everything"

All of them said as they didn't want to go through the same feeling again.

Julian smiled at them as he didn't have to work hard to break through their mind, just a little planted fear was enough.
