After Gengar put everyone to sleep, Julian didn't need to worry about being interfered with while confronting Ghetsis and making him pay for what he tried to do.
Julian stood in front of the ice cave which seems to be the entrance to Kyurem's layer, he looked around and tried to see if there is anything particular that stands out from this entrance, the only thing Julian could find was massive amounts of powerful Ice energy.
Julian 'Let's see what is waiting for me inside'
He thought and walked into the icy cave, as he entered a very cold aura tried to penetrate his body and tried to freeze him on the spot but the Omniforce inside his body just canceled the cold allowing Julian to continue forward.
As he went deeper into the Ice cave Julian finally started to notice why people who came here didn't go back, he saw humans and pokemons alike frozen solid to death inside this cave.
If Julian didn't have Omniforce, even he would have been frozen solid under a minute as he would welcome death with a solid heart.
Just seeing so many dead people rotting solid made Julian realize that he really entered the den of a very dangerous being, the air was aery and suffocating, there also seems to be a looming pressure that would put fear deep into one's psychic if one tries to walk through this ice cave.
And the deeper he went, the scenery started to change as well, he started to see bones, where the flesh was eaten or withered, Julian had no idea but he was a little excited to finally face off against the powerful entity inside.
He also wondered how Ghetsis and his group made it inside, but he soon let go of that question, with a person like Colress by their side, resistance to cold should be something they don't have to worry about.
He then started to wonder if Ghetsis really has the manpower to capture Kyurem, from Julian's experience, every first-rate legendary pokemon he has encountered have been very strong, and it would take multiple champions working together to be able to control those beasts and still victory is not guaranteed because of their massive power and stamina.
These ancient monsters seem to have too much endurance in them.
After walking for a while Julian finally arrived at the end of the cave and he was greeted by a massive hollow space inside, he saw long and sharp ice shards hanging off the roof, the whole place was iced out completely.
Julian also realized that this mountain was actually hollow from inside, he was surprised by this and wondered why would the mountain has not collapsed on itself yet.
He did look into this mountain before coming here and it said that this mountain has been in Unova before the great war, and from what Julian has learned till now, Kyurem didn't exist before the great war.
And the history depicted that the mountain was covered in snow before the dragons came to be as well, from this Julian knew that Kyurem is not the reason behind the chilling cold that this place has.
He looked at the massive hollowness in front of him and tried to find a way to go deeper, he then noticed that there are several caves on the other side, Julian walked forward and looked down to see nothing but darkness down there, the ice near his feet cracked and fell into the deep dark abyss.
He continued looking but he never heard the sound of the ice hitting the ground.
Julian 'How deep is this shit?'
He thought and looked around to find a way to get to the other side, he then noticed a slim path that went around the wall which connected to the other side.
Julian 'No way I am going to walk on that thing'
He thought while looking at the slim path that was connected to the wall, even though he was very confident with his ability to survive anything, he didn't want to fall down an abyss that seems to have no end to it.
Julian "Garchomp, come out"
He called Garchomp out and got on his back and glided over the abyss and landed on the other side of the mountain, he sent Garchomp back to his Pokeball once again and looked at the caves in front of him.
He hated it when he has to come across multiple entrances to the same room, he sighed and picked the middle one and walked right into it to see where it leads him, he asked Gengar to check the other two entrances and see if they lead to somewhere else.
Gengar separated from Julian's shadow and went his own way.
Julian continued down the cave and finally heard some noise coming from the other end of the cave, he heard explosions and he could feel the shockwaves hitting his face.
Julian 'Looks like a battle is going on inside and a big one at that'
He thought and fastened his steps to witness what is going on at the end of the cave.
