Chapter 874 - Kyurem Sense Danger

As Julian was watching the current situation, he was surprised to notice Ghetsis charging at Kyurem without a gun in his hand.

Julian 'Is he suicidal?'

Julian thought and wondered if he should allow Kyurem to finish of Ghetsis or should he do it himself, he won't kill Ghetsis but his methods will surely be very brutal.

Kyurem is mad, it is furious beyond imagination, he is looking at these bunch of weaklings who came to challenge it, they were nothing but annoying, he could end them all in one hit but they were too small and agile which made it harder for it to land any hits.

It wanted to destroy them, in its eyes, it was the most powerful being alongside its counterparts and now some bunch of weaklings trying to capture it was humiliating in its eyes.

It is a proud pokemon who boast the power to cover the whole Unova in ice and completely freeze it but doing so is not an option because its counterparts are the rulers of this land, Kyurem never knew what its goal was, Zekrom's birth made it the pokemon that follows Ideals and Reshiram became the pokemon of truth.

Leaving Kyurem all alone, with nothing to follow it felt empty, the only thing that Kyurem had was its strength and its pride.

And right now that pride of its is being challenged.

It roared loud in anger and noticed a puny human running towards it with a metal object in his hand, seeing how daring the human was, Kyurem got angry and charged towards the human with its jaws wide open.

It wanted to snap the human in half with one bite.

Ghetsis noticed Kyurem charging at him with full speed, his heart started to beat faster from fear but his will to succeed was much more.

Ghetsis "NOW SHOOT IT"

Ghetsis shouted at Colress to take the shot, he decided to use himself as the bait so that Colress to get a hit on Kyurem.

Colress heard Ghetsis and charged up the massive gun in his hand, this gun was powerful enough to blow a hole through a thick tungsten wall so penetrating Kyurem's skin should be possible with a full-power shot.

As he charged up he felt something around his legs which slowly crawled up his body and bonded him on the spot which made him unable to move, Colress couldn't move even his head, the only thing he could move was his eyes and from what he saw, a black aura was holding his hand into place and making sure that he couldn't press the trigger.

He tried very hard but couldn't.

Colress was not the only one who noticed this.

Kyurem who was charging at Ghetsis sensed something very powerful in the vicinity, its eyes looked at Colress, and noticed the black aura tying up the small human.

It felt danger from the black aura and decided to change its target.

Ghetsis shouted at Colress to shoot Kyurem as he saw his death getting closer but he soon realized that Kyurem is getting closer and closer as everything played in front of his eyes in slow motion, he was seeing everything in slow motion as he saw death approaching him.

He slowly turned his head to look at Colress to see why he is not shooting and when he saw that Colress was tied up by something weird, he realized that he was going to die.

But what he didn't expect was that Kyurem also saw this and decided to change his target.

He saw the massive body of Kyurem changing direction in mid-air as one of its wings smacked him away, as he was about to hit the ice wall, N's Zoroark jumped and caught him.

Ghetsis then saw Kyurem shoot a powerful Ice Beam at Colress.

Colress who was tied up noticed the sudden change as he watched the massive pokemon looking at him with the intention to kill, he then noticed it shooting a very powerful Ice Beam at him, this Ice Beam was clearly very powerful, the strongest one it has used so far.

Since he couldn't move he accepted his fate of dying today, he thought about this black aura and realized that it was the reason why Kyurem targeted him.

As the Ice Beam got closer, Colress closed his eyes as he accepted death, but a second passed and nothing happened to him, he heard explosions and sounds of ice shattering, he opened his eyes to see what happened.

Kyurem noticed the sudden change in atmosphere as it sensed a very powerful aura in the vicinity, when it saw the black aura around the tiny human, it knew that something powerful but foreign to it had entered its territory and it didn't like it.

From its knowledge, only its counterpart could be this strong so whatever this foreign entity was could be considered a threat to the power scale in Unova.

Kyurem shot the Ice Beam at the black aura but then it saw the black aura expanding and blocking the Ice Beam it shot with ease.

The Ice Beam collided with the black aura and it repelled ice shards everywhere, the ice shards went everywhere and hit the walls and shattered.

Kyurem realized that this foe might be even stronger.
