Chapter 82 - You'er.

As the Chastiefol left the battlefield, Wang Lei looked towards the old man and said, "Are you going to entertain me or not, clown? If not, then tell me so I can take care of all this."

A vein popped on the old man's forehead. He looked towards Su Haoron, who face was filled with fear watching Wang Lei killing the disciples so easily. The old man could not help but disdain him.

"Su Haoron and Su Wangji, take care of him. But do not kill him; I want something from him." the old man said.

Su Haoron was scared while Su Wangji nodded. He was Half-Step Emperor Realm, while the disciple Wang Lei defeated were mostly in Spirit, or Earth Realm. He was not afraid of him.

In his eyes, Wang Lei may be strong, but definitely not strong enough to defeat a Half-Step Emperor Realm.

Seeing Great Elder walking, Su Haoron had no choice. Greeting his teeth, he followed after him.

"Admit defeat, brat. Or I will have to use force to make you understand the difference between Heaven and Earth." Su Wangji said as he stood on the same level as Wang Lei.

Wang Lei smiled and said, "Give me your best shot so that others won't say that I bullied you."

"Good! Then be ready to die!" Su Wangji became angry as he circulated his energy. Su Haoron also readied himself for the attack.

Su Wangji made a gripping motion, and a long sword appeared in his hands. It released quite an imposing aura, requesting reverence from others.

The sword was made of White Flame Tiger, one of Emperor Profound Treasure. It was left behind by their ancestor and fell into his hands.

A white flame started to release from it, hot enough to melt the ground into molten lava.

Su Haoron also called his weapon a scimitar. It was not an impressive or a strong weapon like Su Wangji's but strong nevertheless.

Both ready themselves – Su Wangji was the first to attack. Using his profound energy on his legs, he launched himself towards Wang Lei in an imposing manner.

His long sword was pointing to his back. Just as he reached Wang Lei, he stopped. Using the direction of motion, he swung his sword towards Wang Lei.

Wang Lei gripped Chastiefol and swung towards the coming sword. Both weapons colloid, producing shock waves.

Su Wangji coughed blood as he was pushed back while Wang Lei stood in the same place he was before, not showing any discomfort.

Before Su Wangji could do anything, Wang Lei changed his posture as if he is going to throw his spear, and that he did.

Throwing his spear towards Su Wangji, who shouted and used all of his energy in trying to stop the spear, but to no avail as Chastiefol breaks his defenses and penetrated his heart. It did not stop as it comes out of his back, does a 360, and launched towards scared Su Haoron and penetrated his head.

Su Hengshan closed his eyes as the headless body of his son drops on the ground.

Silence ensures the whole clan. The old man was already thinking that something was not right with Wang Lei.

The old man still could not feel any energy on Wang Lei, making him the biggest uncertainty. But the allure of supreme weapon gave him enough courage to still face Wang Lei.

Chastiefol spins in a clockwise direction and fell into Wang Lei's hand.

He looked towards the old man – amused by him.

Thinking that he should destroy every strongest clan and show the whole continent that he is the only ruler, he smirked.

"If you can come out alive from my attack then I will let you live, old man. You can go back to your master and inform him to bring a much bigger force next time."

Wang Lei again caught Chastiefol and throws it towards the old man, who still was trying to process what Wang Lei just said.

But just as he saw Wang Lei throwing Chastiefol towards him – activating his energy, he shouts.

A long spear comes out in his hand as the defensive treasure that he had on him activates.

The old man thrusts his spear as its tip makes contact with Chastiefol's. Both the spear halts at their positions as loud detonations of energy occurs.

Of course, it was impossible for the old man, who was at Sovereign Realm, to stop a spear thrown by Wang Lei, who was at Half-Step Diving Realm.

But to make sure that the old man goes back and bring his whole clan, or at least inform them of his arrival, Wang Lei decreased the attack power to that of Peak of Sovereign Realm, but it was still hard for the old man to stop as Wang Lei's attack was being backed by Primordial Energy.

Soon, the cloud of dust settles, and everyone could now see a wounded, bȧrėly alive old man.

Chastiefol spins rapidly and went back to Wang Lei, who caught it.

He looked towards the old man, "Go and bark to your master, so they can know that who is the real ruler." His voice was low, but everyone felt it resounding in their hearts.

The old man did not say anything. He gnashed his teeth and left. After the old man left, Wang Lei did not give time to the disciple to beg for forgiveness – who joined side with Su Haoron during the rebellion.

He just throws Chastiefol in their air as it starts its own massacre. One after another, bodies begin to fell to the ground.

AnBai places her delicate hands on Su Ling'er's eyes as not to let her see the scene of carnage.

Su Hengshan also did not interrupt him. He was already thinking of dissolving the clan.

With no Grand Elder or with most of its disciple dead, the Grandwake Clan was as good as dead.

I was from a modernized society, where killing was a crime. Not only was it a crime, but even thinking of killing would make people think that you are some sort of sociopath.

Blasting the earth that came in my way, I kept on flying backward.

After crossing a distance of 10 miles, my body finally stopped.

The air around Wang Lei started to shake as he felt his energy rising at a tremendous rate. It kept on increasing until it stopped at the 5th Sovereign Realm.

It was the current level he could reach after releasing all buffs. But his arsenal of skills still allowed him to fight more powerful masters.

A crimson aura kept on released from Wang Lei's body. He heard a loud screech and looked in the direction of the eagle, which was filled with rage.

Grinning, Wang Lei said, "Why so angry? We are just having some fun. Come and entertain me more!"

The eagle screeched as if answering him and again flew towards it.

But this time, it was aware of Wang Lei's speed, so after reaching a certain distance, it opened its mouth and released dark-colored fire at Wang Lei.

Wang Lei raised his other hand and 'gripped' the fire, "Break!"

The fire dispersed. Looking towards the eagle, Wang Lei raised <Heaven Smiting Devil Slayer Sword> above his head.

Soon, an enormous silhouette of an ominous wolf appeared behind him. Wang Lei kept on feeding his darkness to the sword as eyes of a wolf before red with black shades.

The eagle started to shiver as it gazed on the Heavenly Wolf; thinking that it might die, it begins to fly away from Wang Lei.

But with Wang Lei's speed, it was virtually impossible as he blips and appeared above the eagle and slashed his sword.

His sword effortlessly cuts through the eagle, bisecting it into two pieces as it falls on the ground that had a long crevice on it.

Looking at the body of the eagle, Wang Lei smiled and said, <Arise>

With the fall of his words, different shadows come out of the eagle and form another identical eagle above it that bows to Wang Lei.

"My Lord." Wang Lei smiled, hearing it.

Just then, another road resounds as the earth started to shake. Wang Lei could feel different auras raging from 1st to Peak of Divine Sovereign and even Divine Master coming toward him.

He smirks fearlessly and laughed, "Come and bring me more Pokémon."

AnBai, who was standing outside of the seal, could feel intense detonation and earthquakes coming out of the other side of the barrier.

At first, it was only a small amount, but as time went by, more and more earthquakes started to form. She could tell that Wang Lei was fighting an intense fight inside, probably with more than one beast.

She smiled and said to herself, "It seems that master is having fun."

She knew that Wang Lei loved fighting. So, she was happy that Wang Lei was having fun fighting.

If only she knew that one of the main reasons was the profound beasts – one of the reasons he came here.

When Wang Lei was fighting inside the Cloud's End Cliff, the vibrations did not only produce there but were also shaking the whole continent, scaring its inhabitant.

They thought that end was coming.

The only reason they have not attacked and snatched it from him is because of the other Clans that have taken positions on the other side of the hut.

But now this sudden earthquake made him scare. Where was it coming from? Of course, he could tell that its origin was Cloud's End Cliff, the reason for him being scared.

Cloud's End Cliff was known as the mouth of a devil. It was said that a devil was sealed there. Once it is released, it would devour the whole world.

Now with the constant vibration from the Cloud's End Cliff that never showed any reaction was definitely making him think that the devil was awakened and was trying to break the seal.

"Dammit! It had to happen now when we cannot leave our posts!" he bellowed angrily.

Inside the Cloud's End Cliff, Wang Lei stood above the corpses of many beasts. Some were eagles, some tigers; some wolf, and some chimera; but each and every beast, even after their death was giving an imposing aura.

Wang Lei stood above all these corpses with different injuries all over his body that were being healed at the speed visible to the nȧkėd eye.

Smiling, he looked down at the corpse and said, <Arise>

Shadows started to gather, soon an army of shadow beasts stood in front of grinning Wang Lei.

He was bȧrėly standing as he had used all of his energy, but that did not matter to him as he had a great time.

"My Lord," A collective voice resounds inside the Cloud's End Cliff, shaking the walls around it.

At Wang Lei's order, every shadow beast merged with his shadows – becoming part of his.

Wang Lei slowly landed on the ground, inserting <Hong'er> on the floor; he takes a long breath.

"That was great! I cannot wait to go to God Realm filled with such experts!" He said excitedly. Despite his sorry appearance, his whole body was beaming with energy.

Taking a lotus position, he started to absorb dark energy all around him, soon breaking into Divine Origin Realm.

Clutching his fists, he let out a sigh.

"I thought I could suppress the advancement for some time, but is this the limit?"

He was suppressing his level purposely, but after the fight, he could not. He could feel his energy was racking havoc inside him, asking to break free from the current level.

Feeling my energy, that has broken into the Divine Origin Realm, I sighed. I thought I would be able to suppress it for a longer time but did not seems to be the case.

She had long silver hair that clung to her delicate body and hung all the way down. A long section of it dragged on the ice-cold floor.

She had an oval face without any baby fat that, with her jade-like skin, made her ethereal.

She just silently stood there and kept gazing at me.

Reaching close to her, I reached out my hand and touched her cheek.

Feeling the warmth of my hands, her eyes widen for a second. It seems that she was surprised that I could touch her as she was in a soul state.

She raises her hand and placed it on mine, closing her eyes as if enjoying it. Silent stretches as she opens her eyes, but this time her gaze fell upon Hong'er.

Hong'er also seems to stare at her as she drops from my back and rushed towards her.

Both stood in front of each other as tears started to drop from their eyes.

"Master!" Hong'er shouts and runs towards me. She tightly hugged me and kept crying.

It seems that she could feel her connection with her. But could not tell who 'she' was, making her emotional.

I kept on patting her head and looked towards the girl that was now, again, staring at me.

"You can go back, Hong'er. Here, take this sword with you," I said as Hong'er turns into particles and vanish.

Now, what should I do with her?

As I was thinking that, she starts to walk towards me. I watch as she points her finger towards me. A small orb came out of it and flew towards me. It entered my mind and vanished.

Wang Lei saw as the orb entered his mind and vanished. Soon, he felt an intense headache with unknown words entering his mind.

As his consciousness clears, a frown was evident on his face.

From the message that he received from the orb – there was only one line: Kill Alice!

He did not know what it means. 'Kill Alice? Is someone telling me to kill her? But why or how? She is already dead.'

But the bigger question that was in his mind was, who left this message? Whoever did, 'he' must have known about Alice and knew his relationship with him.

Though he could make an ȧssumption, who.

Looking towards the girl, who was looking towards him with worried eyes, Wang Lei could not help but pat her head, "Can you tell, who left this message?"

Hearing his question, she points her finger at him.

'I knew it. It must be my future self that is trying to tell me something.'

Shaking his head, Wang Lei pushed all these thoughts behind as thinking right now would not change anything.

Looking back towards the girl, Wang Lei could help but want to cuddle with her. So, he did.

Coming close to him, he picks her up and placed her on his ŀȧp. Surprisingly, the girl adjusts her position as if she is used to it and nestled into his ċhėst as Wang Lei kept on patting her.

He really felt bad for her as she has been staying in this dark world for billions of years. Not seeing anyone.

The fact that she is sane is in itself is a miracle.

Wang Lei kept gently patting her head as he said, "Want to come with me, You'er?"

Though he did not know why he felt that her name was You'er. The only conclusion he could come up with was that his future self must have named her already.

You'er, hearing him looked towards him and nodded.

'How cute.' Wang Lei thought as he pets her head at the same time forming a contract with her.

Another tattoo form on his hand, this time a little dark in color.

He has already healed her incomplete soul, so she can leave as a separate entity.

After spending some time, Wang Lei stood up with You'er, who has fallen asleep in his arms.

"Let's go then." He said and vanished.
