8 Dinner Incidents

Xavier was dragged all the way to her car where her driver was already ready for them.

Xavier sat down and heard the driver whispering to Hibari, "Finally got yourself a man? Good job boss." She was teasing her boss like it was any old regular day.

Hibari chuckled as softly as she could. "Your jokes aren't funny. Don't make me fire you."

"Like you would fire me," the driver said as she sat down onto the driver's seat.

Xavier didn't know their relationship other than driver and boss but they seemed pretty close. Hibari sat down on her side of the seat and closed the door.

The ride to dinner was pretty quiet. They didn't want to mess up their clothes allowing for the others to see what they was doing in the car so it was quiet.

There was a few loud slurps here and there but other than that, pretty quiet.

After cleaning up the spill they made, they got out of the car. They had arrived to their destination.

It was a Chinese style restaurant. That was a sight to see considering how much they hated each other. Xavier wasn't too informed on society and what has been happening in the world and even he knew that their relationship with China was rocky.

Entering the restaurant with his arm wrapped around Hibari's, they made their way to the others.

There was quite a lot of people eating. Xavier was looking for the girls but he was dragged into an elevator.

There was 4 floors it seemed. The ground floor and 3 more above.

Hibari clicked on the top button. The ride up was smooth and quiet.

The door opened and in front of them was a hallway. There was multiple rooms with sliding doors on them.

Hibari dragged him to the first room to their left and opened the door. Past the door, the other girls was already in their seats. Some had—what seemed to be their date sitting with them and others were by themselves.

The table was big, taking up most of the room. It had 12 sides in total with each sides being able to hold up to 2 people.

The restaurant wasn't a stranger to having many people in a single room together.

Hibari and Xavier sat down in the farthest seats from the door.

The ones with date was Jess, Penny, and weirdly—Hako. Each of their dates was in a fancy suit. They were all very handsome with chiseled faces.

The only major differences between them was their race. Jess was with a Japanese dude. Hako was with an English man, most likely British. And Penny—she was sitting with a middle aged man. He was Chinese and most likely the owner of the restaurant considering how he was literally wearing a badge that said, "Owner of the Dynasty Restaurant."

Xavier sat down and looked at the girls already at the table. They were all staring at him with a big smile on their face.

Mineko looked confused as she continued to stare at his face.

Xavier, feeling a little awkward, turned to Hibari and whispered, "Why are they staring at me?"

Hibari giggled and whispered back, "It's my first time with a date. The others—other than Mineko—had all brung many men to dinner."

Xavier realizing why couldn't help but feel guilt for the incident in the club's bathroom but at the same time, he didn't.

The guys introduced themselves to Xavier.

"Hi my name is Aidan Harvey. I'm 25, a CEO of an electronic company, has a net worth of a hundred million and I drive a Bugatti Chiron," Hako's date bragged to Xavier.

"Nice to meet you. My name is Shishido Kenshin. I'm 31, I drive a Porsche 911," informed the Japanese man with Jess. "Oh—and I'm the heir to a company worth 500 million."

The Chinese guy didn't introduce himself assuming everyone in the room knew who he was since they were in his restaurant.

Xavier didn't know a single thing about what the two men said to him. He didn't know what cars they drove. If they were legal. He didn't know what kind of money they were talking about. Dollars, yen, pounds—he didn't know.

Xavier didn't even know why they were telling him all of this.

Hibari leaned over and whispered to his ear, "These guys are trying to intimidate you. They want to show the girls who's the better man. But don't worry, Hako always brings a date with a small penis. Jess always brings a man she plans on dumping right after the dinner.

And the Chinese dude, he has a wife that does tests on his body every night home so he can't even cheat if he wants to. They basically just here to keep you company.

'This is considerate?' Xavier asked himself.

Everyone was looking at him seemingly expecting him to introduce himself.

Xavier didn't really care what others thought considering the insults he was given when he was back in the slums.

"Nice to meet everyone here. My name is Xavier Reho. I'm 18 years old and I don't drove. Nor do I own a company."

Everyone was silent for a moment. Then they started looking at everyone in the room confused.

They were all wondering what Xavier had that made Hibari want to be with him. Getting rid of the fact that he was probably the most handsome man they've ever met, there wasn't nothing else going for him. And the girls knew how much looks mattered to Hibari, it was in the bottom of her list for judging a person.

Jess seemed to have thought of something but kept quiet.

One by one, everyone began to think of the same thing. Everyone—except for Hako, still confused.

Hibari held in her laughter. She kissed Xavier on the cheek and told the others, "Let's eat."

The Chinese man, still not introduced to Xavier clapped his hands 3 times and the waiters started pouring into the room putting food on the table.

"Thanks for the food once again Fu Qing," Jess told the owner. Fu Qing was his name.

He laughed in an old man voice and said, "No problem. Why wouldn't I serve you guys? You're literally the biggest stars in the city."

Xavier knew they were big names but not to this extent.

He didn't know the way everyone in the room ate so he waited. If they were eating casually, so would he. But if they were formal to the point of eating really slow and elegant, Xavier would force himself to as well.

He was starving but that didn't stop him from trying to not tarnish Hibari's name.

Everyone started eating. It was more casual than he thought it would be.

Even the useless dates was eating sloppy. It was almost as if they've never been to the restaurant before.

Xavier didn't eat as badly as the guys. He grabbed his chopsticks and ate the food that Hibari put on his plate.

The food was absolutely amazing. If it wasn't for the other people in the room, he would've ate the whole table.

He was in the middle of finishing a noodle when he felt a hand on his lap.

It was Hibari. She was busy joking with her friends and discussing business plans while her hand was busy doing it's fated job.

Mineko was eating her rice slowly as she continued to stare at Xavier.

Xavier smiled and finished his plate. He wiped his mouth with tissue and listened in to the conversations occurring in the room.

Most of them was about him and who he really was. There was 2 conversations business related and that was it.

Xavier put his hands down at his lap.

Hako still hasn't given up yet. She asked him, "So—how long is your dick?"

Everyone stopped their conversation and Jess even spit her drink out of her mouth.

Everyone was switching from Hako to Xavier until finally they all stared at Xavier waiting for his response.

Hako was furious that her questions was being ignored or joked about by Xavier.

Aidan didn't notice her date getting mad as he was staring at Hibari's cleavage. Hako was going to tell her date to beat up Xavier after the dinner was over but she saw him staring.

She didn't say anything as she also pressed on a button on her watch identical to how Penny did.

The night was going to be long.
