"Stop it, Li! I don't mean you any harm!" Emperor yelled, and the qigun aura stop as fast as it appeared.

"Li, Is that you? Come out, I just want to talk." Emperor Lam said

Minutes of silence passed, then from the second windows on the left, a small head poke out. A little girl, about 5 years old, with a medium bob-cut and flat bangs, her black hair dotted with some white locks, her cute face also dotted with some strange small ashen grey freckles like dots. The girl looks down at Emperor Lam with her round shiny black eyes, seconds passed her mouth moved, and she spoke.

"You… know my name?"

"Yes, yes I know your name." Emperor Lam smiled and removed his disguise amulet.

Li's eyes glistering and blurt out an "whoa" as she saw a pair of antlers suddenly appeared on the stranger's head.

"Do you recognized me?" Emperor Lam asked

"Hum…" Li chun out her cute lips as she recollecting her memory "Ah! Are you the man that mother mistaken as my father?"

"Yes, it's me. I had been looking for you for 5 years." Emperor Lam smiled.

"Looking for me?" Li frowned then turn her head looking around the mansion ground from her vantage point "Um… mister, I think you should leave now, before father come back."

"Li, where are your mother? How is she?" Emperor Lam asked

The girl silence, sadness can be see clearly in her eyes.

Li nodded, lunged herself out of the window, and landed on the ground like a feather.

"Mister, I really thing you shouldn't stay here for long… if… if not…" Li spoke

Emperor Lam stooped down and hold her shoulders

"Li, listen to me." With an affectionate voice, Emperor Lam look into the child eyes "I'd hear, in the past few months, there a people gone missing around this place. Do you know anything about that?"

The girl avoided Emperor Lam eyes as she hears the question.

"Come, I won't blame you, tell me." Emperor Lam said

Li's eyes glistering, her lips slightly move but not spoke into word. Seconds later, she mumbles "I… I didn't mean to…" still avoid Emperor Lam gaze.

"Did you do something bad?" Emperor Lam rubbing Li's head "don't be scare, tell me."

"I… I didn't mean to hurt them… I had try to scare one of them away…" Li murmured "but… but then… father make me lure them in for him."

"It's alright, it's not your fault." Emperor Lam smiled "but what do your father want from those people?"

"I don't know." Li said "he kept those people under the ground."

"Can you show me where that place is?" Emperor Lam asked

"No, father forbid." Li shaken her head "you should leave mister, if father see you he might get angry."

Before Emperor Lam can say any other word he suddenly felt a sharp pain in the back of his neck. Reached behind he found a small dart on his neck, Emperor Lam Sprang up on his legs, look for the hidden assailant, but can't find a single shadow in the courtyard. Li startled and run off into the wood, Emperor Lam tries to go after her, but he started to feel lightheaded and his limbs felt weak, collapsed to his knees, his head is spinning, and vision starting to blur. Then from behind a bush, a figure appeared, slowly approaching him.

"Well, well, well, fancy to meet you here." The figure spoke. "Don't worry, it won't kill you, just a knock out drug, you'll be back to your sense after an hour or so, and we'll have a nice chat."
