86 Chapter 84: Rose, Where Are You?

As I try to look at Rose's contacts again. A particular detail caught my eye. She.. she was online two days ago? That's really suspicious, it's like she's been gone for such a long time now. I know that bitch always checks her phone and would make it a minimum to text me once a day.

I wonder if she's really scared about the bet since I know that I won. I'll go ahead and pay her a visit now actually! To see if she's doing good! I am getting quite curious about where she is.

"By the way, have the two of you talked with Rose by any chance, this past few days? Like during the exams and after it." I turned to Matthew and Charles to ask them the question. They both shook their heads in confusion. Already giving me their answers without them saying a word.

"Alright, thanks," I said to them, turning my attention back to my phone as I continued to look over to the last messages, we had. These were all two days ago so that means she hasn't been online ever since that conversation.

[4:06 PM] You: Hey Rose? How did exams go? Remember about our bet by the way! If I win you get to do whatever I want and what I want is to turn you into the nicest most innocent girl ever! How's that sound?

[4:12 PM] Rose Gardener: Hey! Sorry for the late reply! I was a bit busy doing something. Can you tell me about our bet again? I must have forgotten! :P

[4:13 PM] You: YOU goofball! You're the one who challenged me and then you forgot!

[4:14 PM] Rose Gardener: Ya... I did... anyways what is it? I actually got so drunk last night that I don't even remember about what happened.

[4:15 PM] You: Our bet was that if I achieved a high score than you then you do whatever I want, vice versa. You even screamed that out before you left since you're saying that you can pass your exams.

[4:16 PM] Rose Gardener: By the way, who's Damien? Can you give me his contact number? I honestly want to speak with him you know! You said that he was the reason that you passed right?

[4:16 PM] You: I told you about him remember?! Also, he's one of my friends. He's really smart and I kind of like him actually. By the way, I can send you his number it's 987-XXXXXXXX.

And then after asking for Damien's number, she just went off and something. Does she have some sort of crush on him? Either way, I didn't expect that if it's true but I need to get some answers.

"Is something wrong Lisa? You've been looking at your phone a lot." Matthew recoiled his head.

"Hm.. true. Is there something the matter with you?" Charles chimed into Matthew's nosiness.

"What's so strange about it?" Matthew pried in more to the issue. "Well, it's just that she usually messages me every day but now she doesn't do that anymore. Which is kind of odd since she never did that ever." I replied.

"Perhaps your friend is quite busy? I do think she'll be in touch soon. Just be patient dear." Charles comforts my worries by putting his hand over my shoulders, gently massaging me before turning back to look at Matthew's skeptical look.

A moment of silence overtook the whole room. It seems that no one really wanted to talk any longer. So I silently stood up and started to unpack my belongings. Can't just stand there doing nothing right? As I silently arranging my things, I hear a shrilly scream out of the room. Making all of our eyes pop from the shock.

"OH MY! LISA IS FINALLY HERE! DID you miss me!" Nina entered the room with her typical nurse outfit and the light pink hai along with her boyfriend Dean, the dean of the school. Kind of odd that he's named Dean and he's also the dean.

"Hello, Nina... nice to see you again" I make a wave for her sudden appearance. She frolicked around like a little child before giving me a big hug. "It's been so long hasn't it?" She whispered behind my ear.

"Okay! Enough of that, Nina. You're really disturbing her unpacking you know." Dean scolded her, dragging her away from me.

"HEY! Stop being mean to your future wife! You should be a lot nicer since you've already said that you wanted to marry me right?" She chuckled.

"Wait? Pardon?" Charles stood there in shock, along with Matthew and I with our jaws open from the sudden declaration.

"Oh! Haha.. well here it is!" Nina happily showed the ring in her finger. "Dean finally got the balls and proposed to me! Isn't that great!" She gloated. "I'm the luckiest woman ever!"

"Hey.. hey! Don't go just showing the students that we're married geez!" Dean tried to stop the loud and proud Nina. He's actually quite embarrassed by this. It's kind of comical really.

"Congratulations guys. I'm invited to the wedding right?" I jokingly asked.

"Yes! Of-" Dean puts his hand on Nina's mouth preventing her from talking any further. She frowns and rolls her eyes as he picked up her sentence for her. "No. This is more of a personal matter. It'll be weird to invite a student.."

"Meanie! You said we can invite anyone I want! Plus this is a very special day so I hope some of the students here see it!" She argued with Dean, who was totally not having it. They continued to bicker loudly as the three of us (Charles, Matthew, and Myself) stood there watching them argue.

"Um? Do you have business here in Lisa's room? Or are you guys just going to act like a married couple BEFORE you even get married." Matthew intervened with the fighting, giving both of them a snarky look.

"Ugh! As I was saying." The dean cleared his throat, shoving Nina in the back. "I'm here to give you the list of courses you can apply here since you've just transferred, you didn't get to be part of the orientation we had. So just decide with this list." He hands me an infographic, it was completely vibrant and informative.

"This infographic should contain everything that you need to know about the courses. You will have some time to decide on what you want to do and then you'll sign up in the registrar after the festival ends. So be sure to take this week as a time to decide on what you want to do." He informs me.

"Oh. Thank you. I'll go ahead and do that once I'm available." I keep the infographic in my pocket.

"By the way, just a little reminder." Nina chimed into the conversation. "You will need to dress up as a boy again. You see, having the entire student body figure out that we have a girl here that acts frilly and flashy might be a cause for distractions or sexual crimes at worst. You know we're dealing with sexually horny young adults." She giggled, bringing the ball to her boyfriend's court.

"Well said, Nina." He applauded her, making her blush. GEEZ. FLIRT AT YOUR OWN AREA. NOT HERE. "By the way, I am glad that Charles and Matthew over here kept their promise not to tell anyone else. It would be a catastrophe if people found out and please make sure to not spread it into more people."

"Of course, we wouldn't tell it. You did threaten us repeatedly." Matthew giggled, although, on the inside, I can feel his pain. GOD, what did they do to him to be silenced like this? Usually, he's a bit of a smart mouth.

"No need to worry about lady Lisa. I doubt she has anyone else to talk to than us. She's not really the type of person to have many people communicating with her right?" Charles SAID IT SO INNOCENTLY. I KNOW IT'S NOT MEANT TO HURT ME BUT WHY DID IT HURT SO MUCH.

"Uh... ya... I don't get many friends so the secret is saved.." I smiled but the inside I'm crying.

"By the way, is this all your clothes?" Nina's eyes wandered onto my open closet.

"Yup. They are why?"

"Girl! You need more good looking clothes! How about we go shopping like right now. I doubt you'd have enough male clothes to last the week! I'll go ahead and join you after you unpack okay!" She then grabs her boyfriend by the hand and then quickly dashed out of the room.

WAIT.. WAIT! YOU DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME THE TIME TO RESPOND TO THAT!
