-4 Aon Force Ranks

In Aons Civilization rank does not represent strength but authority and access to information, latest technology...etc. But generally higher the rank greater the strength.

Ranks in the Aons force is divided into ten levels. From O-1 to O-10.

O-1 Recruits

Newborn Aons who are still in their adaptation period. During large scale operations they are forcefully conscripted. At normal times they can join Aon force while they are in the adaptation period but it is not recommended due to the high mortality of Aons at lower ranks.

O-2 Jr Lieutenant

Aons who have joined the Aon force start at a minimum of this rank. Some might have higher ranks from the start due to their contribution in other fields before joining Aon force. They are heads of small squads made up of other races or robots. The size of the squad varies based on their competency.

O-3 Lieutenant

They are the heads of large squads comprised of many Jr Lieutenants. The size of the squad varies based on their competency.

O-4 Lt Commander

The first of the senior officers. Lt Commanders are often found in number on larger warships and installations that require large crews or personnel. They are experts in their specialized fields.

O-5 Commander

There are about twice as many commanders in the Aon Force as there are captains. Commanders often serve as the heads of most departments on the warships they also hold key advisory positions. Commanders may also be in command of many of the alliance's space stations and other important structures.

O-6 Captain

At this rank most personal are given command of there own warship and take orders directly form the Admiral in command of the fleet, the ship is apart of.

O-7 General

The lowest Admiral rank. They are often given small fleet of their own which are are part of larger fleets.

O-8 Vice Admiral

At this rank Admirals can be given control of fleets however this is only done if no Admirals are available.

O-9 Admiral

In charge of whole fleets admirals play a key role in any large scale action or strategic planing. They are given power to take action independently. During peace times they hold the power to manage their fleet and are answerable to none.

O-10 Fleet Admiral

Few officers ever reach this rank even most Admirals remain at their rank for a long time before they get here but those who do make it here are often given permanent seat on the Aon council. During emergencies all the power is centralized in the hands of Fleet Admiral.

Aon council

They control the fate of the universe and are responsible for all major decisions.
