He didn't accept the gift from her so Miss Luo said hurtful words to me and to my subordinate. My Yang Liqing here couldn't take it anymore. She just defended me and slapped her."

"Luo Yin came here to deliver Mo Lihui's gift to my mistress's man! How did they expect her to react to such a shameless act?" Yang Liqing added.

What? The town's people couldn't believe that Luo Yin started this commotion just because Miss Lu's man declined her mistress's gifts! Did Mo Lihui plan to seduce Miss Lu's lover and steal him from her? How shameless!

"Don't believe this liar! Would you rather believe an outsider than listening to me?" Luo Yin refused to back down.

Because of her arrogant tone, everyone's eyes now turned to her—filled with disgust.

"You deserve that slap, Luo Yin! If I'd personally witness your rudeness to Miss Lu, I'll do the same thing!"

"Why are you making an issue between Miss Lu and Lady Mo? Is this your plan to distract Miss Lu?"
