YuYan did not speak, but she can feel the tears that keep on falling from her eyes. She gently wiped her face and took a deep breath to calm herself while thinking about what she saw.
"What...What was that? Was that a memory? Why it is different than how I saw it earlier?..It was like.. Ugh.." YuYan uttered with confusion.
All she can remember was trying to recall about what happen after she found out what her blood can do for Xiao YuRin, but it was different than what she expected.
Everything was like a normal way to remember the events in her mind, but not until out of the blue, it feels like she went back to that certain time to experience it all over again.
What she can't understand was to feel all emotions, sufferings and pain that she experienced at that moment, but she watched everything as another person.
YuYan frowned with disappointment while trying to think about it. She looked at the little girl standing next to her who didn't answer her question and took a deep breath and asked. "What happened after that?"
"Huh?" Little YuYan blinked her eyes multiple times. She crossed her little arms before answering sarcastically. "Pretty sister, are you stupid? You manage to get what you want to know, but you didn't even notice those orbs disappearing from your eyes but appearing in your mind."
YuYan: "…" I can't believe this child is me..
YuYan was speechless. She subconsciously rubs her forehead like she's about to have a headache. She still can't get used to the way of the little YuYan speaks to her.
Although her memories are messed up, she didn't expect that her way of talking would sound irritating. YuYan closes her eyes and took another deep breath to calm down, and to prevent knocking the little girl's head.
"Did you see what I saw?" YuYan watches the little girl nod in response. There are a lot of questions running in YuYan's mind but she doesn't know where to start.
She tried to focus on what she saw then asked again before the little YuYan can speak. "Can you tell me what happened after that? I only heard an explosion before it disappeared."
"What does mommy means about daddy said I will never have this power? What it has to do with daddy? But what happen after that?" YuYan continued.
Her multiple questions made the little YuYan frowned before looking back at the older YuYan while pouting her lips and answered with annoyance. "Can you ask one at a time? I don't know what happened after that."
"As for the power, you should understand it based on what you saw. Try to connect it with each other and stop asking." Little YuYan added but sounded irritated.
YuYan: "..." This girl is totally irritating! Am I really like this?
YuYan felt helpless for not getting an answer from the little girl standing next to her. Therefore, she sighed and tried connecting each memory she recovered.
Everything was like a jigsaw puzzle in her mind, but YuYan tried to start about the elements.
She finally remembered that all the information about the dark flame was carefully taught to them right after the events where the servant's house was burned by her and Xiao Xian.
YuYan was only four years old at that time and still has no idea why they are not allowed to use their Dark Flame without the presence of their parents.
However, after that incident, they were forced to carefully learn everything about the six elements, especially about the two most powerful elements that has the ability to vanish a soul.
By then, despite their young ages, the siblings understand why they are not allowed to use their Dark Flame, especially Xiao XiRan and YuYan who burned the servant's house.
