Name:Love Crisis Author:Yue Xia Xiao Hun
The following days were extremely painful for the Long family. One week had passed since Wing had left.

It was early fall. A gust of wind sent old leaves flapping in the air like a flock of birds. Such a melancholy season.

Everything was calm on the outside, but a storm was silently brewing in their hearts as they waited optimistically for some good news.

Molly heard the sound of the crash again in her dream. It sounded absurdly loud that night as if it was trying to shatter everything in its way.

Molly felt like her head was about to explode. That horrible scene kept coming back to her in her dreams. She wanted to open her eyes, but she couldn't. She wrestled to get out of the nightmare.

She woke up, screaming. Sweat beads clustered on her forehead.

Someone rushed to her, crying. "Mommy, you woke up," she could hear a faint voice saying.

Molly was still dizzy. She looked around, lost. Her eyes quickly adjusted and she saw the familiar surroundings of the hospital and the Dragon Empire Group's logo reminded her of where she was. She felt like someone had put a heavy rock on her head. The pain stung and rippled across her head. She winced and gasped painfully. She tried to move, but the slightest movement of her arms exuded more pain, as if someone was tearing the flesh off her bones. She bit her lower lip to stop herself from screaming out loud. She had to remain still.

"Mommy, don't move your arms. They said your shoulders were dislocated," Mark said in a hurry.

Molly turned to him, surprised. Tears of joy brimmed in her eyes. "Mark, is that you? Am I dreaming?" she asked, not fully able to believe that her son was beside her.

"Mommy, it's me." Mark hugged her lightly, careful not to touch her wounds.

Her eyes reddened. She looked at Mark again as if to make sure that he was real. Then she held him tightly regardless of the cuts and the pain that swiftly traveled

When her boyfriend betrayed her, all light and joy was gone from Cherry’s life. Deserted, bereft of hope, she married a man that she had barely met, but she had never expected him to be her ex-boyfriend’s uncle.

Cherry thought that she had finally found her happiness, but she had no idea about the dark secrets that were bound to unfold and haunt her forever...

let out a long sigh and shrugged. "Sometimes, I do think that Mrs. Molly Long is Mr. Brian Long's jinx."

Saying that, the nurse went back to her station.

Molly didn't pay much attention to her last sentence. All she had heard were the words 'excessive loss of blood' and 'broken ribs'. She felt like the sky was falling. Out of balance, she thumped onto the floor, her eyes glazing with uncontrollable tears.

"Brian, why? Why did you do this? I don't deserve it," she cried to herself.

Tears burst out of her eyes. She sat there feeling lifeless, like she had just lost her soul. Fly's and the nurses' words buzzed in her head, reminding her how stupid she had been.

She closed her eyes painfully and started wailing in grief. Shirley walked to her, sat beside her and pulled her into her arms. Bitterness filled her heart.

Her son was lying in the ICU ward unconscious. When she had heard that both Wing and Brian had been injured because of Little Molly, she had wanted to beat her up for her stupidity. But she couldn't. Because her son loved that girl with his life. And he had proved it now, by risking his life to save her.

"Brian is gonna be okay. He will wake up. I know he will," she assured Molly and tried to gain comfort from her own words as well.
