101 101 Flower Arrangemen

Gabriel watched as the children and Sara got on sorting the flowers. He looked at Amelia and his expression softened. 'How can someone be so sweet and give up her working area then works on the floor?' The knock at the door brought him out of the daze and mental questions. He opened it and took the vase that was now full of water. "You are dismissed to go back to what you were doing. Thank you for your assistance."

Miyuki came to the door and looked at Gabriel. "I can take over door duties now." She smiled and stepped into the room. "I am back.~"

"Welcome back Miyuki. The ribbon is for the table and you will be helping them. I will take the rest from you and work on what I need to. Gabriel, you can help me." Amelia beamed a ray of happiness at him.

Gabriel walked over to her and looked at the piles on the floor. "What are we doing?" He reached his hand out and touched her cheek softly.

"You know how to arrange the flowers, correct? I am almost certain that you will be able to do that." Amelia took the cloth from Miyuki and quickly started embroidering the first cloth.

"I can go do it but it is not something that I do a lot so I might be a little rusty I hope that will not be an issue?" Gabriel sits next to her and touches her hair waiting to hear a response from her.

"Not at all. I don't need you to be an expert at it. I just need a little help while I make the cloth wrap around." She quickly did the first one and on it was a sakura flower. Amelia nodded her head and picked up the second cloth and on this one, she did to cloth bundles one blue and one pink and set it aside. She set up the next one for her mother and father and chose the design of a forget me not flower.

Gabriel watches as she quickly does the embroidery. He picked up the first bundle and rearranged the flowers and placed it on the cloth he tied the corners in a knot and set it aside. Before he started on the next one.

Miyuki and Sara helped the children get the flower bundles together. Tying ribbons on the bundles that the children had made. There were small bundles all over the place and Mayumi was happily humming. She looked at the flowers that were getting tied up and her smile was huge.

Itsuki was having fun playing with the flowers and enjoyed making the bundles of flowers. "We did it! All the flowers are done!" He jumped up and cheered, "that was a lot of fun."

Sara and Miyuki finished tying the bundles together and let out a sigh. "That was a lot of fun! Good work both of your two. You did well on sorting all the flowers." Sara patted Mayumi and smiled.

Mayumi got up and grabbed two of the bundles and handed one to each of the girls. "Thank you for all your help! Sara, I hope that you get to become my help."

Amelia finished the last cloth and picked up the blue Lily. She cut the stem and waited until Gabriel was done with the flower bundles. She went to the table and found a ribbon that was almost the same colour. She wrapped it around the steam and then returned to Gabriel.

Gabriel looked up at her and finished the last bundle. He reached his hand out and touched her cheek. You did really well on this. I commend you. I cannot believe how fast you are! Are the cloths handkerchiefs?"

"This was nothing to be honest. I did not put a lot of detail into the handkerchiefs. If you look at the one I made for you it was done with a lot more care. I wanted yours to have the most detail that I could." Amelia pinned the lily to his yukata and smiled. She touched his cheek.

"I see what you are saying but the very fact that you were able to get all these simple designs done in such a short time is great." Gabriel stood up and offered Amelia his hand. He helped pull her back up. "It is almost dinner time and my father will be arriving soon. So let's sneak these into the tea ceremony room."

"We can do that part we are supposed to help out. So leave that to us!" Sara bundles the flowers up and carries the pack tenderly.

Miyuki walked over to Amelia and Gabriel and lifted the bundles up the carefully covered them up.

"Do you need me to come with you and help you bring the items in or do you think all will be okay?" Gabriel looked at the girls carrying the flowers.

"We will be fine. Madam saw us come for the mountain so I do not think that she will deny us entry with the bundles." Sara bows then leaves the room.

"Amelia, remember to take the next dose of medicine, please." Miyuki says this then leaves the room following Sara out of the room.

Amelia walks over to the desk and pulls out the medicine packages. She takes them one at a time and makes a face while facing away from the children. Once she was done she turned around and Gabriel was standing beside her with a cup of water. "Thank you." She drank the water then sat down and arranged the flowers in the vase Gabriel had filled.

"There is nothing to thank me for." Gabriel was going to go to the children when a knock at the door sounded. He opened the door. "Good evening, Subaru. Did you rest well?"

"Very well. I wanted to check on Itsuki now that I am awake. Is he with you in here?" Subaru was breathing heavily as if he ran all the way here.
