119 119 You Will Pay for This

Miyuki took the kites and went to the carriage but kept glancing back at Amelia.

Amelia went to the next store after bowing to the owner. She started to look at some goods looking for a gift for Gabriel. She came across an art type store and she found some painting tapestries. She picked out three different sizes. As she had her back turned she did not notice that a figure started to approach her. 

"You are too poor to be shopping in this high-class store." Yukimura tried to take the items she had in her arms. 

Amelia turned and stepped away. "You have the right to say anything. I refuse to marry you and I do have the money to buy these, so leave me alone." She stepped away and grabbed a new brush.

Enraged he grabbed Amelia's wrist as she was holding a paintbrush and squeezed her wrist until she dropped the brush. "It will not be long before you are faced with reality and you realize you will have to marry me. 

Gabriel heard Amelia scream out in pain and he picked up both children and ran through the crowd to the store. He stepped inside and saw that asshole was hurting her. He placed both children done." Stay here and do not move." He walked up and grabbed Yukimura's wrist until he let go of Amelia's wrist.

Amelia rushed away and was crying. She ran into Gabriel's chest and buried her face in his chest.

"Who the fuck are you and why is an outsider like you disrupting my affairs with my future bride?" Yukimura was in pain but he was acting tough.

Gabriel flung his wrist away and started to comfort Amelia. "It's okay. I am here for you. Do not worry Sweetheart. I will always protect you." He kissed the top of her head and patted her head. "I do not know what you think you can have my fiance but you are delusional. Both our families already agreed to our union." 

"You're lying!" Yukimura was screaming at Gabriel and glaring at Amelia. 

"He is not lying. I already told you that I would not marry you. I am officially Gabriel's and no one else's." she looked at the hand mark on her wrist and gingerly touched it. 

"Where is Miyuki?" Gabriel saw the marks on her wrist and then glared daggers at Yukimura. 

"She is taking a gift for the children to the carriage I came here to get you a gift…" Amelia looked at the tapestries that she had been holding being trampled on by Yukimura.

"I do not believe you two. There is no way that the two of you were able to have a meeting already." He was stomping on the merchandise that Amelia had been carrying. 

"YOU GET OUT OF MY SHOP AND PAY FOR THE DAMAGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" The owner stormed over and was pointing at Yukimura as he was still damaging products. 

The children raced over and Mayumi clung to Amelia's yukata. "Are you okay Auntie?" 

"Big sister," A crying Itsuki clung to her as well. 

Amelia used her good hand to comfort the children. "Gabriel protected me so I am okay. Dry your tears Mayumi and Itsuki."

Gabriel gingerly picked up her injured wrist and saw the hand marks. "I will make you a cream to help take away the marks and hopefully it will be gone or at least more faded by Monday." He kissed it gently. He turned to the owner. "Did he pay for everything that he damaged if not send a bill to the hospital?"

"I am sorry that I was unable to protect you, young lady. He did not cover everything and I will send it to the hospital that is not connected to you. I am glad that you showed up in time Sir." The owner bows to Gabriel.

"You can stop bowing. I come here often enough that you should know by now that I do not need that type of treatment." Gabriel waved to the owner. 

Amelia looked at the tapestries that got destroyed and the paintbrush that was now crushed. "It is such a waste of product. It is too bad that they got destroyed." 

"Thank you for your concern, Miss. There are more in the back if you would like to look at them. It looked like you were going for something specific." The owner had bowed to her. 

Mayumi clung to Amelia's leg still crying a little. "I will take this one with me. Itsuki, can you make sure that Gabriel does not peek as I pick out the gifts?" 

"I will make sure Big Sister.' Itsuki let go of Amelia's leg and held onto Gabriel instead.

Gabriel kissed Amelia on the cheek. "I will be here and make sure that he does not come back. I will accept any gift that you give to me." Eventually, he let her go so that she could get what she wanted from here. 

Mayumi let Amelia's leg go and took her uninjured hand. "Auntie does your hand hurt still?" 

Amelia followed the shop owner while holding Mayumi's hand. "Yes, but I will recover soon enough. I have you to help me. I will pick out a gift for your Uncle. Will you assist me in finding the best gift for him?"

The owner started to pull out all the tapestries. "These are like the ones you picked out but a little better. There are more brushes that you can look at on the shelves on the walls. There is a lot to choose from so just let me know if you need my assistance with anything."
