138 Chapter 138: You’re No Superstar

Alice frowned, concerned. "You're too weak," she said. "Where are you going, and why is it so important that you need to do it right now?"

Khloe tried to smile as she lied to her mother. "It has to do with the wedding," she replied. "It is no big deal, but it can't be put off. I won't be gone for long. Please don't worry…"

Alice saw the uneasiness in Khloe's eyes, but she assumed that it was because Khloe was still nervous about getting married at such a young age.

Assuming Khloe was nervous about her wedding, Alicepatted her on the shoulders and comforted her. "Khloe," she said, "I know that you are anxious to become a star, but Garcia Entertainment is a mess right now, so it is not your time to shine anyways. Or maybe it is. Once you are married, perhaps your husband will be able to use his influence to launch your career. With his family backing you, there is no reason for you not to become an international superstar in no time! Furthermore, if you gave birth to a son, you will be the jewel in his eyes..."

Khloe was anxious about Ken blackmailing her and had no interest in talking about her wedding. "Okay, mom," she snapped. "I've got it."

Since she was in a rush, Khloe did not change her clothes. She simply put on a hospital gown and hurried to the appointed address; a hotel. Once she arrived, she saw that the place looked pretty seedy, and she was suddenly afraid that she would be recognized. She called Ken and asked him to go out, but he refused. He wanted her to come to him because he plans to blackmail her.

Following his direction, she entered the building. Other than the hospital gown, she wore sunglasses. Not looking at anyone, she went straight to the elevator and rode it up to the floor where Ken was staying. The door was open, and she walked right in.

Ken was sitting on the sofa with his legs crossed on the table. The light shone on his face, and he looked filthy and treacherous. Seeing him looking so smug, Khloe walked straight to him. She slammed her fist on the table hard and scolded him, "Ken White! What the hell do you want? I know you want Kylie, and I've helped you ruin her relationship with Lord Ethan, but what else do you want besides money? How dare you to bother me," She can't hold her anger against this devil.

Ken yawned and said, "My dear cousin, why are you so angry? You must be missing my hard member. Want to do some erotic exercise here?" His voice was full of evilness, making Khloe feel disgusted.

Khloe scowled and then shouted: "Shut up, you jerk!"

Ignoring Khloe's anger, Ken played with his fingers and said, "You told me that Kylie would give me money if I kidnapped Aiden, but my brother and I never got paid. Furthermore, my brothers were injured. At the very least, shouldn't you pay for our medical fees?"

Khloe crossed her arms under her ample bosoms and rolled her eyes disdainfully. "That's funny. That is not at all how things played out."

"Well," Ken sneered. Suddenly he raised his hand and slapped Khloe in her face. Khloe lost her balance and fell to the floor. Her glasses went flying, and her hospital gown opened, exposing her breasts and her clean-shaven pubic mound. Ignoring her state of undress, she touched her face and screamed, "Are you crazy! How dare you hit me?"

"When I raped you," Ken laughed, "I hit you a lot! You should be used to by now. I've tested you several times, did you forget it?"

Ken stood up and strode over to where Khloe was lying, he kicked her, and he stepped on her stomach. "You're no longer popular," he said. "Maybe I can get an AV filming job for you, though, then you could make some more money for me."

"How dare you!" snapped Khloe. "I'm Aiden Parker's fiancée. If you dare to do this to me, he'll not let you off easily!"

"Do you think I fear him?" replied Ken. "I've already put him into the hospital once. He's nothing but a coward bastard – a fucking coward bastard!"

Suddenly Khloe was scared. She dared not resist or complain. All that she could do now was lie on the ground, cover herself, and beg for mercy. With a grin on his face, Ken slowly loosened his leg and allowed Khloe to get up from off of the floor. Just as she was about to step away, though, he grabbed her by the hair and pulled her back. "I want my money," he snarled.

"I just gave you 100,000 dollars," she replied. "That is all that I have on me..."

"Fine," Ken laughed. "My brothers are coming over. One by one, you will serve them. If they're satisfied with your performance, we can call it even. Otherwise..."

Khloe was so frightened that she almost knelt on the ground. She begged him, "My good cousin, we're family, right? Just give me a few days, and I'll bring you the money..."

"Are you kidding me?" Ken scoffed. "You're no superstar. You don't have 300,000 dollars?"

"Give me a month then," Khloe cried.

"Fine," Ken replied, "but if you fail to produce the money, you will wish that you'd simply serviced my brother on this night!"

"Yes, yes, I understand." Khloe's scalp had almost been torn off when he'd pulled her hair. She was truly afraid of what he and his brother were capable of."

Seeing her nodding, Ken let go of his hand. He grinned, "Now that we're friends again, let me tell you a secret: There's a woman who's been sniffing around Ethan Parker. She could help you defeat Kylie. Be smart, and take care. It is time for you to go now."

Khloe bit her lower lip in rage and slammed the door on her way out.
