330 Chapter 330: You Must Be Careful

"You..." Nate was a little annoyed. "You must be careful!"

"I know it." Dinah got rid of Nate's hand. "I just couldn't fall asleep alone at night, so I had some fun."

"Why didn't you call me?"

Dinah suddenly looked to the back of Nate. "Fannie, your brother wants to sleep with me."

Nate's face changed at once and stepped away from Dinah without hesitation.

"Fannie, don't believe her..." Saying that he turned around.

However, there was nobody else in the passage.

Nate realized he was trapped by Dinah, but when he just turned to catch her, Dinah already slid into an elevator. "Nate, I think you should reflect yourself. Why did you explain it to Fannie in a hurry?"

After that, the door of the elevator closed right in front of Nate's face.

"Why should I reflect on myself? She's my younger sister!" Nate snorted, then turned around, walking into the patient room.

At this moment, Kylie was shopping with Stephen in a shopping mall.

"I think this dress really suits you. Do you want to have a try?" Stephen chose a houndstooth dress.

"Do you like it?" Kylie cocked her head, looking at him. "Then I'll have a try." Saying that she took the dress walking into a changing room.

She locked the door once she entered the changing room, then sent a message to Faith before she walked out in that dress.

She turned around before a mirror, pursing her lips. "I don't think it suits me well."

"Um, you're right." Stephen's gentle look fell on her. He even helped her adjust the bottom of the dress. "We can try other kinds of dresses."

"Sure! I prefer the jeans collection." Kylie went back to the changing room. After reading the message, Faith sent it back to her, she deleted it and put on her own clothes before she walked out.

In fact, she wasn't in the mood of shopping but just wanted to find a chance to meet Faith.

However, Stephen bought all the clothing she just had tried, and the saleswoman kept complimenting that Kylie had an excellent boyfriend.

When they left the floor of women's clothing, Kylie proposed to have some drink.

Once they entered a café, someone called her name.

"Kylie? What a coincidence!" They turned around and noticed Faith was sitting by the counter. "Hi, Mr. Cecil! Let me buy you two a drink." Faith seemed excited to see them, but Kylie was a little cold.

Stephen found out Kylie was cold to everyone except him.

He smiled lightly, "Allow me to buy you a drink, please."

"Thanks! Kylie, come on, let's go inside now!" Faith said, then pulled Kylie, who seemed unwilling to follow her walking inside.

"Ken answered my call, but he was reluctant to tell me what he's doing now," Faith said to Kylie in a low voice.

Kylie replied, "Tell him my phone number, and it's an emergency."

"Did you pretend to be cold to me just then?"

"No," Kylie said, "I did what the plot needs." Hearing that, Faith understood it at once.

A few minutes later, Stephen came over with two cups of coffee and a glass of soda.

"Kylie, why don't we go shopping together later?" Faith had a sip of coffee, looking to Kylie with anticipation.

"Sorry I don't have time." Kylie even didn't bother to raise her eyes. "I need to shop for Star later."

Stephen, however, didn't want Kylie to lose all her friends just because of him, so he interrupted, "It's not a big deal. I have enough clothes, and you can have some fun with Faith."

Kylie glanced at Stephen and seemed unwilling to be apart from him, "How about you?"

"I can wait for you here."

"Well, forget it." Faith scratched her head with embarrassment. "Women always forget time during shopping. I don't want you to wait for a long time."

Stephen thought for a while, then gave his car key to Kylie. "Well, you two can enjoy the shopping, and you can drive home on your own after that. My clinic is not far away from here, and I'll go there."

Seeing Stephen standing up, Faith felt a little embarrassed. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt you two shopping..."

"It's fine. Kylie loves jeans collection, but I lack the taste of women's clothing. You can help her," Stephen said, then gave Kylie an Amex Black Card. "Buy whatever you like."

Kylie stared at Stephen. It seemed she didn't want him to leave her. "I'll go home as early as I can."

However, once Stephen was gone, Kylie changed her face. She pulled Faith and urged her. "Text Ken right now!"

Faith did it without delay, and then the two sat there waiting for Ken's reply. In the meantime, Kylie told Faith what she had experienced during the past days.

"Hypnosis is just my guessing, and I don't have solid proof yet." Kylie drank the coffee cup.

"Well, I think Mr. Cecil loves you very much, and I don't think he'll hurt you."

"Probably because he loves me too much." Kylie shrugged. At this time, her phone rang, and the caller was exactly Ken.

Faith, instead, seemed a little upset.

She had called Ken countless times. Ken either didn't answer her call at all or simply said he was busy before he directly hung up on her.

Nonetheless, once Kylie wanted to find him, he called Kylie back at once.

Kylie was so outstanding that many men were attracted to her, like Ken, Stephen, and Aiden, who were still under investigation now.

Kylie didn't sense Faith's emotional change, but said to Ken, "What are you doing recently?" "I found your father," Ken said plainly.

"Where?" Kylie's body stiffened.

To be honest, she had no idea that she could really meet her father one day.

"I'll tell you the details when we meet," Ken told Kylie an address, then hung up.

Kylie looked at Faith with embarrassment. "Um, my father is found, and I must go to meet Ken now."

"I can't go with you, right?" Faith asked.

Kylie didn't say a word.

"Fine, I understand." Faith stood up with a faint smile. "All I want is that he's safe."

"Faith..." Kylie wanted to tell her something but didn't say it. "Take care."

When Faith was gone, Kylie drove straight to the quick hotel Ken told her on the phone.

When the door was opened, Ken just finished his shower. He didn't wipe his head, so the water dropped down through his neck.

"Come on in." He stepped aside to let Kylie walk in.

Kylie hesitated for a while, but still chose to believe him.

"I follow Michael's lead now," Ken laid his cards on the table.

Kylie was struck dumb. She didn't understand what Ken was talking about.

Ken sat cross-legged on the bed. He lit a cigarette, then added, "I'm going to die anyway. If I can make much money from this deal, Faith can live an easy life from now on..."

After taking a long breath in, Ken continued with a resigned look on the face. "If I'm killed, you can give the money to her and tell her I escape away." When he had stayed in Faith's place, Faith had taken good care of him.

And Ken was touched by Faith's deep love for him.

However, he knew it clearly that it was extremely painful to love someone who didn't love you, so he preferred to let Faith hate him.
