381 Chapter 381: It’s No Big Deal

Seeing her boss coldly looking at her again, she almost escaped from the office with the pillow.

Dinah wasn't afraid of his cold face at all and reached out her arms to hug his neck. "What have you been busy dealing with these days? You haven't come home for a couple of days."

"Couldn't you see it?" Stephen pointed at the pile of documents on the table.

He just took over his family's business and was occupied by work all day. Although he had a double master's degree, he had little practical experience in doing business.

However, he was born to be a person who refused to admit defeat. In order not to let Adolph and the Cecil family down, he had been working quite hard to do his job better.

"Well, I can help you if you need," Dinah said.

"What can you do to help me?" Stephen looked at her with disdain.

Dinah said with a smile, "I can help you organize the bookcase." Saying that she got off Stephen's legs and walked to the bookcase on the other side of this office.

It was finally quiet again in this CEO's office, and Stephen continued to read each report.

When Stephen felt a little tired and moved his shoulders to relax them, he remembered Dinah was still here all of a sudden. Dinah was always talkative. Why was she so quiet today?

Stephen turned around and saw Dinah organizing the books in the bookcase with a serious face.

Dinah knew it clearly that Stephen had obsessive-compulsive disorder. He put things in certain positions, and nobody could change one centimeter of them. The books in his bookcase were placed in alphabetical order so that he could find the book he needed for the first time.

However, in this office, it was rare to see his habits. Without any doubt, he must be super busy these days.

Since Dinah couldn't help him with his work, she at least could help him place the books in the right order.

Seeing the girl who always behaved like a naughty child suddenly became so serious placing the books according to the alphabet, there was a corner of Stephen's heart quietly falling.

His eyesight became a little gentle and took another document to read.

His secretary was quite astonished today, but luckily she wasn't fired.

She kept working and paid attention to the CEO's office at the same time.

If her boss really hated the woman, he should have already chased her away. If the woman was really her boss's wife, and they just have conflicts, for the time being, they should be arguing now. Why was it so quiet?

She couldn't figure it out.

After a while, she decided to check it herself. If she could figure out the woman's relationship with her boss, she would know how to deal with the woman in the future.

Thinking of that, she prepared two cups of coffee.

"Mr. Cecil, do you want some coffee?" She knocked lightly on the door.

"Come in."

"The lady..." When she just opened her mouth, Stephen shook his hand to interrupt her. "Keep your voice low."

He pointed ahead, and she turned to look over.

Jesus! She was greatly surprised again.

The woman who had pretended to be pregnant now was sleeping on the sofa with her boss's suit coat covering her body.

Did it prove that they were really a couple?

In order not to let Kylie eat outside, Ethan specially arranged for someone to make a kitchen in the presidential suite.

Faith was busy cooking in the kitchen right now, and Lucas was helping her aside.

"Stop eating!" Faith hit Lucas's hand.

Lucas drew his hand back at once and said with a broad smile, "I need to taste its favor."

"You almost ate all of it!" Faith said. "When Lord Ethan comes later and chases us away to dine out, you must pay the bill!"

"No problem," Lucas said, and quickly stole a shrimp from the pot. It was very hot, so he was shouting in pain, but still peeled it before throwing it into his mouth.

Kylie was surfing on the Internet at this time. She wanted to know how many famous actors and directors would attend the International Film Festival this year.

She was mentally-prepared to have no awards, but she still hoped to expand her network as an actress.

At first glance, she saw a famous Hollywood director.

"Mr. Keys!" Kylie exclaimed with shock. "I wish I could meet him."

"Who?" Lucas walked to her, shaking his hand along the way to cool his hot finger down. "Monty Keys?"

"Yeah, he'll attend the festival this year too," Kylie said and turned the screen of the computer to face Lucas. "I wonder what film he brings with him this time."

"He's a very famous international director!" Lucas also admired Monty Keys.

"I love his West Cowboy so much!" Kylie said.

"It's not easy to make friends with him." Lucas pulled his lips.

Kylie didn't want to ride on anyone's coattails, but just wanted to make friends with him, so she began to read the life of Director Keys to know more about him.

Even if they couldn't be friends, she hoped to have more common topics when she met him.

When she just finished her notes, Sally called her.

"How do you feel now, Sally?" Kylie asked with excitement.

"Not bad, Doctor Cecil gave me an ointment to remove the scar, and it's very effective." Sally's voice sounded very happy. "My husband also said my skin is even better now after the surgery."

"I feel so happy for you." Kylie almost cried.

She didn't expect Stephen was so warm-hearted under his cold face.

"Kylie, thank you so much for your help!" Sally said.

"My pleasure. It's no big deal."

"Probably it's no big deal in your eyes, but you've saved my life. Kylie, please remain so kind and helpful forever."

Kylie smiled. "I feel flattered now."

"Ha-ha." Sally also laughed. "I heard from Director Miller that you're going to attend the International Film Festival? Congratulations!"
