433 Chapter 433: Code Name Clown

"Adolph!" Agnes struggled, but Adolph ignored her and dragged her out of the bathroom by pulling her hair.

The door of the bathroom was closed again and locked.

"Adolph, open it!" Agnes hit the door with great force, but she could only hear the sound of flowing water from the inside.

In the next room

Dinah heard the strange noise and said, "Stephen, your parents are enjoying their sex life."

Stephen didn't say a word, then found there was a wound on Dinah's head as well, so he pressed her head down to check it.

"Why couldn't you learn something from your parents?" Dinah felt great pain when Stephen was cleaning the wound on her head. "I'm talking to you. Why..." She turned to look at him, then saw the wads of cotton in his ears.

"Stephen, you're an asshole!" She shouted, then got rid of Stephen's hands, and took out the wads of cotton from his ears.

Stephen looked at her with confusion. "What did you just say?"

"I said you're a great man!" Dinah laughed and dumped the cotton into a trash can, then pointed at the next room.

Stephen didn't hear quiet cries until now. "What happened?"

Dinah shrugged.

Stephen frowned, then walked out to the next room. When he just raised his hand to knock on the door, it was opened from the inside.

"Stephen, your father had a bad attack of the disease again. Give me the medicine now!" Drops of water falling down from Agnes's wet hair and her delicate make-up was mostly ruined. She just put on a windbreaker to cover her body.

"I'll go get it now." Stephen left for his lab at once.

Dinah stood at the door but didn't know how to comfort Agnes. All of a sudden, she asked, "What disease Mr. Cecil is suffering from?"

Agnes, instead, didn't hear her question but walked in circles at the same place with anxiety. A while later, the door of the bathroom was pushed open.

Adolph walked out from it. There was water everywhere on his white shirt and black pants. His eyes were bloodshot.

"Adolph, wake up. I'm Agnes, Adolph!" Agnes trembled in fear.

When Adolph saw Agnes, he strode towards her with an evil face. Agnes was scared and moved backward without delay.

Seeing that, Dinah ran ahead to catch Adolph's shoulder, but Adolph easily got rid of her.

Dinah knocked her head on the wall again. She covered her head with one hand and wore a wry smile. "Well, I guess I just caused myself a secondary injury."

Adolph fixed his eyes at Agnes, which frightened her. "Adolph, calm down."

Without hesitation, Adolph gabbed Agnes's hair and dragged her to the bedroom.

Dinah did her best to get back to her feet in great pain. She had to stop Adolph right now. It seemed he was seriously ill. If he pulled Agnes in the room, nobody knew what was going to happen.

Stephen soon came back with the medicine and joined the fight.

It was much easier for them to get control of Adolph now. Stephen seized a chance and hit Adolph's neck, then Adolph fell down on the floor in unconsciousness.

Afterward, the three of them moved Adolph into the room.

Stephen helped his father take medicine before changing wet clothes. Dinah, at the same time, helped Agnes have a warm shower and put on dry clean clothing.

"Dinah, I'm sorry for what has happened." Agnes was very grateful for Dinah's help.

Dinah smiled. "It's fine. We're a family, after all. Um, why did Mr. Cecil had a bad attack all of a sudden?"

Agnes sighed. "I thought he was fine, so I stopped him from taking medicine, but..."

"When?" Stephen's voice sounded behind them, and Dinah turned around to look at him.

He looked very serious.

"About half a year ago." Agnes thought for a while. "Probably a little longer. I can't remember it. Stephen, you know I didn't keep it a secret from you on purpose, I just..."

Before she could finish, Stephen turned around, walking outside. He didn't open his mouth again until he stood at the door. "Why are you still staying here?"

Hearing that, Dinah followed him up at once. "Please excuse me," she said to Agnes.

"Do you think Mrs. Cecil will be safe alone? What if..." Dinah asked Stephen.

"He's fine after taking medicine." Stephen interrupted her, then walked into his room and closed the door before Dinah's face.

"Hey! How can you shut me out?" Dinah was annoyed. "I think I better leave to visit Kylie now."

When Dinah arrived at the Finch family's house, Kylie and Ethan just came back home.

"Do you have any food or dishes? I'm starving," Dinah said the moment she walked inside.

Kylie rubbed her belly, saying, "I'm hungry too."

Lucy then went to prepare several dishes for them. When the two close girls shared the meal together, Ethan sat next to Kylie.

"Do you have any clue?" he asked in a deep voice.

Dinah's work was highly confidential, but she never kept secrets from Ethan.

"Code name 'Clown.' I think he's in a higher position than Michael, but I'm not sure whether he's the big boss," Dinah said. "He knows how to make 'ice' himself and sell it around the world. Today's task didn't succeed."

"Do you know him?" Ethan hit the point.

Dinah gave him a thumbs-up. "I haven't found the evidence yet, so I can't tell you right now."

Hearing their talk, Kylie said, "He must be good at chemistry if he knows how to make 'ice' himself."

"It's actually just methamphetamine, which can also be used in medicines to cure many diseases," Ethan said.

"Some weight loss pills also contain it." Dinah smiled. "Medicines could also be poisonous."

Kylie nodded. "Right. It's a double-edged sword, and depends on how people use it."

Hearing Kylie is saying that Dinah's eyes suddenly lit up. "Oh, I get it!" She hit the table and stood up. "Kylie, I love you! I promise I'll tell you the truth the moment I find it out."
