Chapter 82 - A Brother?

David returned to swinging the gun, but Benedict's strong body managed to hold it, releasing and even bending the gun barrel and throwing it in any direction. Now David is no longer armed, but Benedict could not anticipate David's hand-to-hand attack which is so brutal and merciless. Benedict, who has the endurance and strength of the body above the average human, is overwhelmed to block every attack that David launches.

Steve, who has regained control of himself, steps forward to help Benedict face David, but things don't change much. David's attacks could hardly be anticipated by the two of them. David kept throwing attacks repeatedly at Benedict and Steve while laughing every time he landed a punch or kick for them both.

From a distance Catty, Cederic and Isaac could hardly believe what they were seeing right now.

David had completely lost his human side.

"You damn monster!" shouted Cederic, who released his hug on Catty's waist and stepped forward to face David. Steve manages to land one punch in David's jaw, but David instead glares at Cederic with a big grin without saying anything.

David kicks Cederic in the stomach, sending him back a few steps and cornering him so that Cederic hits the wall on his back. David made Cederic fall to his knees and grabbed Cederic's head with both hands. David also landed his knee repeatedly very hard on Cederic's face, as if trying to make Cederic's face become like a flat board, and David was still laughing when he did it.

Benedict smacked the back of David's head with all his might. Benedict's large fist manages to make blood drip from the part he hit, but David immediately attacks Benedict backing up, while Cederic is already lying unconscious because his skull is now crushed by the brutal blow of David's knee to his face.

David had literally killed his human side by himself.

A bullet hole forms in David's left shoulder. David turned his head to the person who fired the shot.

Steve put his arm around David's neck from behind and locked him, while Benedict beat David's body repeatedly. Benedict deliberately targets the part of David's body that was hit by Isaac's poisoned bullet earlier.

David laughs as he is strangled from behind and continues to be brutally attacked by Benedict. Catty who saw that was upset. The joy of her revenge that will soon be avenged is mixed with her sadness that came from nowhere. In her heart, there was a small part that didn't want to lose David.

Benedict took out a dagger from under his jacket and got ready to stab David in the heart.

No matter how strong David's body is in receiving an attack, if his heart is stabbed then David will also lose his life, no matter what kind of demon David is now. David's last words before he closed his eyes. The mysterious person who calls David as Leon calls someone on his cellphone.

Angeline continued to cry while hugging David's body.

"David! No! Don't leave me!"

The mysterious person who had helped Angeline earlier approached, but Angeline slapped the mysterious person's hand hard when he wanted to reach David.

"Go away! Don't you ever dare touch David!"

The man glared angrily at Angeline. "What right do you have to tell me to stay away from my own brother?!"

Angeline fell silent.

Brother?

This mysterious person who came out of nowhere confessed that he was David's brother?

Could he really be David's missing brother?
