180 Crystal defends Yona

the group heads back towards the house, they stop on the way to ask the ferry masters son to fetch Onacona. They boys goes on the next ferry and the group head to the boarding house. Aisling can feel the difference in the house as soon as they arrive.Macha is in the Garden they watch as she goes inside the door to the cavern. Aisling begins to pace thinking to herself. wondering if they will be ok if they will make it back to their time. Astila comes over and takes her hand and sits her on the bed. Holding her close he asks. 

"what's wrong why are you pacing?" Kissing her forehead reminding her he is there with her. 

"This is the first time I have been worried about the babies. Before I knew they were protected. This time I'm not sure what if Remi and I are not strong enough. What if something happens. I don't want to lose you or the babies. " she leans against her husbands shoulder his warmth gives her comfort. There is a knock at the door it's Remi and Yona. 

"Aisling have you noticed the symbols throughout the house is gone. The spell on the house is broken. Watch this." She gently blows and a candle beside the bed lights. Remi has her element power back. Aisling sighs with relief this means that by returning the book the weakend her. How much they will find out when they need to comfront her. They hear a commotion down stairs and go to check it out.  Stopping at the top of the stairs out of sight. Macha is screaming at the boys to hurry they need to go quickly. One of the boys is carrying a wrapped body they rush out the door. Yona turns to the group 

"The spell on her some must be failing she may take him back to the shack. It must be the crystals remember Morrigan said souls were trapped inside them. We need to get back there ." 

They head out to catch the ferry hopefully they can get a ride with the ferry masters son . The clerk is still home hung over Yona asks him for a ride to the ferry. The man just gives him his keys telling them just return it later. They arrive just in time to get on the ferry. Matcha was so anxious she never got out of the car this time so it looks like she may not even notice them. Astila tells them they need a plan. 

" we need a plan , we can say we are here to visit Onacona's family if she notices us following her. After that if we get caught without knowing her power we could be in trouble. "

"Let Remi and I take the lead you need to protect Aisling and the babies . Remi and Aisling have there elemental power here so hopefully Matcha has weakened enough. We need to stop her from using the soul crystals . They may be how she is getting some of her power." They arrive at Onacona's home cand tell him what is happening. He insists on going with them . The five set out towards he shack . Matcha is on the other side of the waterfall her car is stuck in mud. She is screaming at the boys when she notices them. 

Remi looks at her and starts to cast a spell to bind her in this place. Matcha laughs and a steak of lighting hits the ground close to them. Remi sends a fire ball at her. Hitting one of the boys instead. He stood in front of his mother just as it struck. Matcha screams in frustration and anger. The wind picks up and the sky grows dark. Aisling is concentrating on making a large energy ball but need more time. Yona rushes Matcha  to knock her of gaurd. The other boy attacks him as he gets close . Matcha goes over to her oldest son and holds him up. The two of them begin to chant. Matcha sees that Yona has knocked out the boy and is coming towards them. Onacona has Aisling at a safe distance while Astila is giving cover to Remi as she casts another spell. Matcha pulls out a gun from her pocket and aims it at Yona. 

"You think you can defeat me . I'm not human I'm from the heavens . I have been here for centuries just taking the energies of humans. You pitiful man you think just because your woman knows a few tricks that she can defeat me. " before she can pull the trigger in a flash of light a child is standing between her and Yona. This child is no more than possibly six years old. Where did she come from. 

Crystal is standing between Matcha and Yona her hands balled into fists at her sides. The energy around her is suffocating. She puts her hand up and pushes the gun away from Matcha. Screaming at her. 

"You dare to threaten my Daddy and Mommy. No one is going to hurt my Daddy. You are a ugly old hag who has a black heart. You need to learn some kindness. " Crystal is wiggling her fingers now and the ground beneath Matcha begins to move. Crystal walks towards her and as she does. Vines start to climb up the two tying them together. Binding them . The vines begin to become wood and a large tree starts to cover them. In a matter of minutes there stands a giant willow tree. Aisling and Remi release the energy balls at the willow and a blinding light sweeps across the area. The willow is in a pile of ash. Crystal twirls around and a gust of wind picks up and the ash disappears. Crystal turns and smiles at Yona just before she collapses. They rush to her Yona holding his baby girl crying while Astila checks her out. Remi and Aisling rub their crystals calling for Uktena and Morrigan. They are there in seconds . Morrigan takes crystal from Yona . Cuddling her close. 

"She is dream walking do not worry. She has a fever in your time and must have known you needed her. " 

Remi looks at Morrigan and asks. 

"I thought you took her gifts away ?" Morrigan nodded 

"I did but she is Nephilim her powers are not that easy to suppress. You see all of you are Nephilim. She the offspring of Matcha and us two . Therefore she is stronger . The twins will be strong as well. She will wake in your time and it will be as a dream. Your job is done now the others in your time have released the souls and cleanse the area." Remi is confused about Crystals bloodline. 

"How is Crystal Matcha's offspring. " she asks. 

"Matcha is Dean's grandmother. That is her Grandfather lying there . Now he has never done anything but follow his mothers orders. Since he has no powers only her first born was given powers. I think that is because she used the book to conceive him. Our darling girl here did a good job today protecting her daddy . "Morrigan kisses her forehead and Crystal disappears. She has healed her of her fever and sent her back to sleep in her time. She stands and waves the portal open and hugs them each before they go back to their time. Looking at Onacona's expression she decides to explain. 

"You are a decedent from a long line of medicine men. Those you just met are of your future bloodline through your sister. I will need you to look over them but don't worry you will find your soulmate and be greatly rewarded. " she waves bye to him saddened that he has not much longer to live here for now. Though he will be very happy in the future. Even though It will be a long time in coming. They return to their realm to see Matcha's punishment. 

The group are met by Inola,John and Onacona when they pass through the portal. Yona and Remi take off running for the house to see Crystal.Astila and Aisling remain behind to talk to the others. 

"So my dear , you have been at it again but it is good to have you back where you belong." John hugs his niece tightly praying this is the last time she needs to risk her children. Though he knows that it is not up to him to decide. She hugs him back. Smiling at her uncle he is always here when she needs him. 

"We were told you released the souls locked in the crystals. That is good. It turns out that the person we were sent back to take care of was a fallen angel. She was cast out because of killing a child out of jealousy. " Astila explains to them. He decides to keep it to himself that they are all 

Nephilim John might have a hard time with that. They take their time to walk back to the house giving Remi and Yona some time with Crystal. 

Maureen meets them at the back door and welcomes them back. Remi asks how is Crystal as they walk into the kitchen. 

"She has caught the flu. She was feverish this morning so I kept her home from school. I have not allowed anyone in her room but Moll and Salali. She was sleeping though that child was screaming her head off. Telling someone to leave her Daddy alone . Looks like she really loves her Daddy." Maureen smiles at Yona and hands him a try to take to Crystal.
