"You have no right to say such things to me. I lost my husband and child, I had nothing but pain inside. How was I to care for three small children?" 

Inola chuckles 

"You can play the sympathy card all you want but we both know that is not the truth. Yes you lost your husband and your unborn child, but you had three children at home that needed you. Those children who even before you lost my brother barely gave them the time of day. I wonder why that was , it was because your fourth child was not my brothers. I know you were having an affair with the new handyman." Glaring at her he sees the fear flash in her eyes he keeps going  on to explain. 

"I knew because my brother didn't have the money to pay him yet he never asked for a cent. Little did you know that he was the fallen ones puppet. He did what she said, the fallen one knew of the prophecy. She knew that a child born of death would come from our tribe . She came searching for her when it was close to the time for her to be born. The handy man only knew that the child would be born from a medicine man blood. He also knew that only the blood line of Uktena could enter the cave. It did not take much to figure out that my brother was the chosen one in our tribe. I kept my abilities quiet so that none would know we both were born with them. The other branch of Uktena's line moved away, So they had been forgotten about. When the fallen one took your child were you upset or relieved. Relieved that no one would know of your sin. Tell me my dear sister in law was the child really my brothers?" Inola sneered at her. 

Woya slapped his face leaving an angry hand print on his cheek. 

"Elisi don't cry anymore, that day Uktena took us back to test us. To see if we could handle the pain of that day. Before we went back grandfather lost not just his life but his soul and you were lost to madness. When we went back to that day and came to comfort you, grandfathers soul was redeemed. Yes he still died but he was allowed to pass over. Before passing over he asked the father to take help you be happy. So when you sank into madness this time it was not meant to be forever. Then the demon attached itself to you, it fed off your grief and guilt. It clouded your mind to keep you from your family. So no it is not your fault. The only thing that is your fault is not understanding what grandfather having gifts meant. Every person in this room has had to make sacrifices. Do you know that mother had to go back in time more than once to defeat an evil. She did so with the risk of never being born or meeting our father. She still did it because it was the right thing to do. Even as young as Crystal is she went back in time to defeat one of her ancestors at only five years old. Taking the risk of never being born. Why to protect her daddy, your son. You are a selfish person because you did not feel loved as much as you wanted. You did not look around you to see that you were loved. You know we have an Aunt at home just like you,but after mother made her do charity work she came to realize just how much she was loved. She also realized how lucky she was. Now we have not had to experience her selfishness first hand because we were not born yet. We know of it because she herself reminds us how she used to be to teach us a lesson. So Elisi I think you need to do some growing up and maybe some talking to Aunt Winona will help. You have a lot of time to make up for and you cannot keep using grandfathers death as an excuse to not face your problems. " Woya turns to Lilli and just stares at her and then at the others . Not knowing what to think she looks at Astila and asks. 

"Just what have you taught them. No child as young as them talk this way. One would think they are old women with what they spew out. Have you not allowed them to be children?" Astila looks at his mother and tells her. 

"They are very much children, but they have been brought up differently than most. They have been brought up with ancient traditions mixed with modern ones. They also have special gifts so they have had to mature a little faster than most their age. I hope you will choose to get to know them. " Astila looks sadly at his mother not sure if he wants to know the answer. 

Woya then turns to Yona . 

"You how could you allow such a small child risk so much just to protect you?" Yona grins at her knowing that since she is asking these questions that she will stay. 

"When you get to know that one you will understand. She was even willing to let the demon possess her to save you from him so that you could return. It was the holy father himself who saved you from the demon. Why because of that child there." He tells his mother pointing at Crystal. Crystal shoots her daddy a look and rolls her eyes. 

"Really you had to tell her that, of all the things you could have said you had to tell her that. Dad we are supposed to make her want to stay because she wants to not because of anything we did. Sheesh grownups that are nothing more than big children need to learn to be quiet. Elisi pay your oldest no mind he doesn't always think before he speaks. He is a lawyer it's natural for him to deflect responsibility. As far as the situation where I as a little child was put into danger well I basically do what I want and ask for forgiveness later. I will not let anyone hurt my daddy or anyone I love for that matter so that is that. Now as for the other stuff it is up to you but my daddy and his siblings had a very hard time opening their hearts to anyone until they met their mates. When they did let's just say it like it is. They fell hard and there was no turning back. Now I like to tease my mommy that he fell in love with me first but that was only for about an hour before he fell for her. So let's just say when it was time for him to fall in love it only took a pumpkin cake at a smile." Crystal kisses Yona on the cheek and grins at him. Smiling at his daughter he hugs her tight and tells her. 

"Yep that's what I get for teasing my brother, best day of my life."  The rooms erupts in gagging sounds as everyone teases them of being too sweet. They hear loud foot steps running down the stairs John is rushing into the living room. 

"Sorry I was going to stay upstairs so you could have family time but Aisling we have an emergency. I need to get home fast. Brayden had an accident at the track and is in critical condition. Marshal says they have had to fly him out to DC. I have to get back I'm sorry. Can I ask for you to you know because I don't think I can drive and there are no flights till tomorrow." Crystal looks at her dad the fear on her face is nothing compared to the electric flowing through the room. You can feel her emotions on overdrive.  Remi grabs her and starts to sing to her to calm her the air begins to calm. Aisling is already opening a portal to the house. John , Remi and Crystal are ready to go through it. Yona tells them he will be on his way shortly. Once they are through Aisling closes the portal and turns to Yona. 

"I will drive back tonight you and Astila can watch the girls and Alex . I will see if uncle Steve and Auntie will come with me. Please tell Salali I'm sorry I didn't stay to see her but Remi will need me and so will Marshal. I will keep you updated on Brayden once I am there. " Aisling turns and sees the disbelief on her mother in laws face , smiling she turns to the girls and hugs them leaving her husband and brother in law to explain.
