Ever since their engagement party, Qin Yue stopped wearing her mask and would often accompany Kan Chen to various business events to expand her network.

In recent days, apart from analyzing the cooperation between government officials and gangs, news headlines revolved around the two of them publicly displaying their affection for each other.

Kan Chen didn’t return home from an emergency meeting last night, so Qin Yue drove to the office early.

Five eye-catching limited edition sports cars were parked downstairs. They were surrounded by Kan Chen’s bodyguards, and the car seats were filled with beautiful blue roses and large piles of gift boxes. This scene not only attracted Qin Yue, but also a group of people who surrounded them to take photos.

When Qin Yue walked over, Kan Chen’s butler came forward to take her car keys from her.

“Miss Qin, these cars are the anniversary gifts that our President specially prepared for you. Because it was secretly prepared, the President didn’t know what style and color you liked, so he bought the latest models in different colors for you. He also imported some blue roses from Holland and personally chose some pieces of jewelry for you.

Then, she realized that tiny petals were falling from the sky. She reached out and picked up a petal. “Cherry blossoms?” The petals continued to fall, gradually filling up the entire street. In addition to the fragrance of the cherry blossoms, it was as though the world had fallen into a fragrant pink.

Qin Yue was ecstatic, and she jumped around like a little girl as she grabbed the petals in the air.

She had once complained to Kan Chen on a rainy day, “Why is it raining? Whenever it rains, I’ll feel depressed. If only the raindrops were replaced by beautiful flower petals instead.”

The moment she stepped into the building, the entire path she took was covered with soft feathers. The feathers fluttered gently under her footsteps, all the way till she reached Kan Chen’s office.

The moment the door opened, Qin Yue’s eyes were blinded by the dazzling gold decorations on the wall.

The entire office had been redecorated. From a traditional-looking office, it had been changed to the bright and extravagant style that Qin Yue liked. Kan Chen had even considerately installed a walk-in closet specially for her. It was filled with the latest season’s clothes, bags, and jewelry.

Kan Chen suddenly hugged her from behind and kissed her earlobe gently. “Today marks the tenth year that we’ve known each other. I want to make up for all the gaps in these ten years. I want to tell the world that you’re my woman.”
