17 A Woman's Flaws

Yang Chen still has a concerned expression while he watches Yu Qiao's ca ras it drove away.

When the car is out of sight, his initially worry instantly vanished, leaving no trace on his face and was replaced with a grin. A wide and dangerous smile that Mo Lihua probably would not expect from Yang Chen at that moment.

Then Yang Chen started chuckling eventually laughing, so hard and loud, to the point when his stomach started to hurt. He does not even care if other people would look at him strangely.

When he was able to compose himself, Yang Chen also hops on his car to drive away from the bar. He has other things to do, especially now that things are into his favor.

"Ring! Ring!"Yang Chen face frowned due to the disturbance after hearing his phone ring.

Yang Chen answered the phone, after getting the earphone. "What?" He asked, indifferently. If he is not in the good that time, he will probably drop the call rudely.

The person on the other line started speaking, "So? Stop. Yeah. I met her. It should be easy to make her fall for me." He said to the person on the other line after a while.

"Not my fault, if you gave up just because she is ugly." Yang Chen added, with a smirk, his eyes glinting slyly as he continued to speak to the person while still driving.

Regardless of what he is hearing from the person on the line, he will never tell anyone about what happened earlier that will make his quest bearable probably enjoyable as well.

The silence inside the car is deafening, but Yu Qiao does not want to even open audio as he wants to talk to Mo Lihua.

He sometimes looked at her sideways. Every time he sees Mo Lihua's beautiful face, he always feels confused. Does she really need to go to the extent of change herself for her boyfriend?To the point that it is almost unreal?

In addition, Yu Qiao really hates to see her this way, even when she is bullied at school she never shown an expression like what she has now. She looks so tired and exhausted, lonely even.

Yu Qiao does not have a choice, and he will not allow her to continue her relationship with this 'Chen' guy that.

"You know that this is for your own good, right?" Yu Qiao asked softly, but Mo Lihua did not respond, she just avoided looking at him and just stared at the view outside.

"Ignore me all you want, but it is still wrong to change your appearance just to please someone." He added carefully.

Mo Lihua then looked at Yu Qiao with disbelief, "Deceive? You think I am deceiving Yang Chen?"

"What else is there? Makeup can hide the original face, but How is this man going to react if he learns that this is not your real appearance?" He added tightly. Yu Qiao is still furious but with the way Mo Lihua is acting, she probably really like the man, painfully.

Still, the relationship is not something he can support. Yu Qiao would never expect Mo Lihua to be someone who would result in make-up, covering flaws, just to be with her boyfriend!

A man should accept a woman's flaws regardless of what it is if he really loves her.

So if this Yang Chen is really someone she considers as her boyfriend, sooner or later, she needs to show the truth.

What if Yang Chen will not accept Mo Lihua with her true appearance? With that, as much as possible he does not want for Mo Lihua to be hurt.

"Heh. Thank you for the concern. You're the best." Mo Lihua responded sarcastically. Then she turned her head against him, to hide tears on her eyes.

Shaking his head, ignoring her tone, "Listen to me. You need to end this soon." Yu Qiao uttered with relief, as he focused on driving.

"I know... Can I have my glasses? Please?" Mo Lihua requested softly. However, Yu Qiao refused.

"I will give it later when we got to home." He responded firmly.

"Brother Qiao please..." Mo Lihua said again, this time her voice is almost hoarse, and she sounds like begging. She is unable to hold back her tears anymore. Her breathing started to get erratic, that quickly got Yu Qiao's attention.
