Chapter 70 - The Abduction Part 1

Luo Han Zheng tries to check his phone but nothing wrong with his phone. His feeling tells him that something is wrong with her. He has to check into the hospital.

He rushes to his car and drives quickly into the Man hospital. He left his car in the lobby area and run to find Emma Lin position from the reception. They are making a phone call to AI Jia which coming down and meet Luo Han Zheng in the lobby.

While waiting for Vito assistant, Luo Han Zheng is asking for access to the surrounding CCTV around Man Hospital. He wants some info if his IT team in the company can hack the system in the Man Hospital to locate Emma.

"Mr Luo, why do you need to find Miss Lin?" AI Jia is asking politely in the lobby unaware of his lady boss condition.

"DO you know her location?" Han Zheng is asking him with a little raised voice. He is worried about her condition at this stage.

"She is with Mr Mancuso at the moment. I will relay your message to her," AI Jia is refusing him to meet up with his lady boss as the instruction from the jealous daredevil in the office.

"I bet that you are lying. Get me to your boss or I will burn this hospital. Mark my word," Luo Han Zheng cannot contain his anger any longer. He wants to see her condition save rather than missing or hurt. His intention at the moment was to see her safe even though she hate him.

On the way to the hospital, he has thought of the worst scenario for her safety. This time, he is willing to see her in someone else arms to make sure about her safety.

"They are in the operation theatre at the moment. If you would like to see with your eye, please follow me to the operation room," AI Jia is lying to Luo Han Zheng for her position. It means something happens to his lady boss which this person in front of AI Jia has the information about that. Ai Jia really needs to get this guy to get going from the hospital ground so he can check his lady boss whereabouts.

"Fine, I will wait for her phone. Tell her to call me as soon as she finished her operation," Luo Han Zheng is agreeing to retreat after got the feed of the video on his phone. However, he is well aware that Emma does not like to be disturbed during her duty in the hospital. Hopefully, she is safe and do her duty as a doctor inside the hospital.

Luo Han Zheng is retreating back to his car in the lobby. He is driving back to his office to check the video feed from his IT department.

As soon as the car leaves the hospital, Ai Jia is running to the location of the phone. While he is talking with Luo Han Zheng in the lobby, he has text Max to trace the location of their lady boss mobile phone number.

He got the exact location on the phone in the garden on the third floor. he is running to the pinged location of the phone. He finds the phone lay on the ground with the coffee cup which spill out from the cup. He touches the content of the coffee which is already cold. Ai Jia got a shiver on his spine to report this matter to the devil king.

He makes a call to Max immediately and checks the CCTV on the garden when they can't find anyone who abducts their lady boss. They are looking into every possible window, but they can't find any mysterious movement in the hospital.

"Where are you?" Vito calls his assistant on the phone where Ai Jia and Max are investigating the abduction of their lady boss.

"I am in the security office, boss. We have some situation," AI Jia tries to drop the hint to his boss.

"Pick up my wife. We are going to eat in the restaurant. Ask her which food she wants to eat," Vito is instructing his assistant to arrange their lunchtime. This time, he can't get beaten by her ex-fiancé for catering toward her wife appetite.

"Boss, someone is penetrating the hospital security and dare to abduct madame. We are trying to find her abduction on the frame," Ai Jia is explaining on the phone. It is better to break the bad news on the phone to his boss rather on the phone. AI Jia learns from his experience especially this is relating to the lady boss.

As soon as Vito hears about his wife get abducted the world scatter on his feet. His mind gets blank, and his arm lost all the energy to get the news from his assistant. He feels as the thunder strike him.

"Boss, are you okay?" Andrea is calling his boss to see him not in his right mind. This is the first time for Andrea to witness his boss be lost in trance. The most focus and inexpression got lost in his own mind with his face turn to white pale as his soul has left this body.

"Someone dares to abduct my wife in my own ground. This is an attack on the Mancuso clan. What should I do?" Vito is sitting back and closing his eyes. His breath gets heavier and he really can't think about anything at the moment.

"Boss, get a grip of yourself. I am dispatching the Mancuso clan to do some search for your wife now. let me go to analyse the CCTV feeds," Andrea is standing up and walking outside the office with his phone.

"I am coming with you. Get EXO to be online and scan for the underground chatter. I will kill the person who dares to instigate this," Vito is following Andrea to the security room.

"How about if the abductor is your own family? You know that even in the internal Mancuso family, they are eyeing into your position," Andrea is asking him about the possibility of the culprit.

"I will make them begged me to kill them. I will not go easy on them even if they are my own family," Vito is answering his right-hand theory about the abductor.

"We will find it out soon. Remember, we survive this far, and no one can stop us," Andrea is tapping his boss shoulder to comfort him.

"I have been too clumsy to forget all the danger surrounding me. I can't believe after I get married to her and I forget for all the danger. I become stupid," Vito is blaming himself for the misfortune to his wife.

"Do not worry. That is the beauty of falling in love with someone." Andrea is telling him inside the lift.

"I really can't forgive myself if something happens to her because of my line of work. She did not deserve something like this," Vito is massaging his head to think about the worse scenario in his head.

"I told you to be easy on yourself. We will find her, and she will be fine. Do not underestimate your own subordinate," Andrea is making his boss feel a little calm because they are in need of his genius brain. They can't get any advantage with this kind of Vito.

They are going out from the elevator to the security room where the computer screen on the wall is showing all the cameras during the abduction. They have been rewinding and checking every frame and they really can't find anything special on the screen.

"Can you rewind the camera when my wife is walking through the corridor into the coffee shop?" Vito is looking at the frame which makes him really angry.

Apparently, they already targeted his wife since she walks out from the elevator toward the coffee shop. However, the question comes to they abduct her after she drinks her coffee. They are looking at it sometime. they are thinking for their reason to abduct her on the garden. They are really familiar with the ground of the Man hospital.

"Boss, I will get the sample of Madame Coffee on the garden." Ai Jia is going and run to the garden to get the sample of the coffee on the ground.

"Get Wen Liang here! Max, I want to get all the employee background check in this hospital. There must be a rat inside my own team," Vito is really certain about this thing. It seems they are really known about the black spot of the security CCTV in the area.

Max is nodding in unison when he is contacting his subordinate to help him to do background checks for the whole hospital staff. He also checks into the contractor list who is in the hospital ground today.

"Wait, freeze up screen nineteen.. What is the laundry cart doing in the hall into the garden? there is no ward on the third floor for them to wheel the laundry cart?" Vito is pointing his finger into the laundry cart which caught on the screen.
