Chapter 105 - Their Romantic Lunch

Vito is getting the call from Ai Jia to give him a report for their romantic brunch venue. It is ready for them to get here. Vito is already with his usual business suit while Emma is still sleeping in the bed. He is kissing her to wake her up and she is stretching her body to wake up.

She remembers to curse him to sleep, and he is waking her up now. He is already dazzling in his business suit.

"Why are you waking me up?" Emma is opening her eyes in her lazy gaze. She is realising her exposed naked body and pulling up the blanket to cover her body.

"Let's go. I take you to a place for lunch and late breakfast," Vito is telling her while caressing her face.

"Is it good food? I am starving because of you last night," Emma is looking at him.

"it will be good food and a good place," Vito is giving her reassurance. Her eyes brim with excitement for the place description.

She is going to the bathroom straight away and take shower. She can see her whole neck and breast full of the bite mark from Vito.

She is getting her new outfit from the bag. It is the new style in this season, and they are perfectly fit into her body. It is from the house of Dior and the gown is the short cocktail flowery dress. Emma is putting natural make-up on her face. she is wearing her contact lens and her wig. The hair starts to grow as Li Na applied special cream to her hair. It is a little bit of itch and an unpleasant feeling for her.

Vito is gobsmacked to see his beautiful wife walks out of the room. She is going out in Vito's hands to the car with Max in the driver seat. Apparently, Vito makes his move earlier. He is forcing the Luo corporation in C city to have a huge crisis and he has to go back with his assistant to the C city. He is making his trip short and dealing with his business in New York before he goes back to the C city.

This is his plan so Emma can stay in the hotel while he will solve his organisational problem tonight. Ai Jia is brimming with anger in his eyes to do all his boss requests. He has been so busy in the morning arranging everything for his boss. In between, Ai Jia is taking care of the attack on Luo corporation.

They are arriving in front of the Manhattan public library. The valet is taking their car to park and Vito is escorting his wife inside the place. It is the old building with the pilar architecture in New York that is maintaining its original historical looks. There are a lot of visitors in the public library and their nose is getting hit with the smell of books in their faces. Emma is loving this place so much. She is holding his arms so tightly and resting her head on his shoulder.

They are getting escorted to the second floor in the library in the private meeting hall. As soon as the door is opened, there is a piece of classical music from the New York symphony orchestra. Emma is getting shocked to see the beautiful romantic venue with the glass chandelier and the arch window surrounding the place. The fresh lily, white and pink roses, and jasmine include another vary of fresh flower-filled the room. The round table in the middle of the room is set up only for them.

Vito is opening the seat for his wife to sit before he sits next to her. the waitress is coming out to serve the wine and their first course.

Vito is making sure to make all her favourite food on the table. The chef is making the assortment of sashimi and maki for their first course paired with the rice wine. There is a rare blue crab marinated in soy and bluefin tuna. All of this ingredient was flying from Boston early in the morning with the Alaskan crab and lobster.

The chef is carving the fish in front of them to make the show for them. He even makes the sushi in front of them to enjoy straight away.

"Is he Morimoto the iron chef from Japan? Are you serious?" Emma is asking her husband regarding the person in front of them.

"Yes. I do remember you telling me to try in his restaurant. So, I bring him to you," Vito is telling her about his intention to make her happy.

"DO I need to do something to owe you all of this honour?" Emma is looking at him with his suspicious-looking.

"I have to go to work tonight. can you stay in the hotel tonight?" Vito is looking at her before kissing her hand.

"That would be perfectly fine for me. I really do need to read some medical journals to catch up with my study. I do not want to come back with all the confusion after missing from the hospital," Emma is informing her husband.

"DO not push yourself. If you are not ready and need time to rest then you really can just stay in the house. I am more than capable to feed you until you grow old," Vito is caressing her cheek while the waiter is serving the freshly carved sashimi in front of them. Emma straight away to eat the best part of the fish belly area and dipped it in the soy sauce with freshly grated wasabi. 

The tuna meat is melting inside her mouth which make her getting orgasm in her mouth. She did not stop to put all the sashimi inside her mouth. There is fresh octopus and squid at the table where the meat tastes still sweet and lingering inside her mouth.

"eat slowly. This is all yours," Vito is wiping her lips for the food traces.

"This is really delicious. No wonder, he got the title of the iron chef," Emma is praising the full-body chef in front of them.

When they are almost finishing the first course, the lime yuzu sorbet come to cleanse their palate before they are moving to the bento boxes made from the rice ball with the caviar from Russian and gold leaves. There is lobster furai, the wagyu beef teriyaki steak, salad and tempura. Emma's eyes get watery from the superb delicacies in front of them. Vito is smiling to see her childish and happy face.

"DO you like it?" Vito is getting the chopstick and eating a few pieces himself. He is not a foodie person and eats everything serves in front of him. He is born with a silver spoon, but his grandfather put him into the most terrifying training to survive in any attack as a mafia leader. He has to be a cold-blooded murderer to survive and in his life, he only knows to kill or to get killed. This is before he met with this woman who bark into the civil bureau to get marry him.

She was so determined to marry him without even knowing his identity and surrender her most precious token in her life to Vito. No one ever does that to Vito without anything in return. At this stage, Vito can't live without her. it will be darkness in his life without the light who really engulfs herself in the food.

Vito is looking at her eating her food and making him already full. She looks like a child with her favourite candy. She is eating without blinking her eyes doe anything else until everything on her bento boxes is finished. In the separate room, Andrea, max, Li Na and AI Jia are having their luxurious lunches. They are enjoying the same lunch menu with their boss without the alcohol. They are really happy with the menu served on the table.

"Ai Jia, make sure to give more romantic idea to lady boss or big boss for a portion of good food like this. We can have a share for it," Andrea is enjoying his sashimi from the big fish and the bento box.

"I know right. even it was so painful to arrange everything at the last minute. But I sow the fruit now. next time, you help me with it," Ai Jia is looking at him who still eating the delicious food in front of them.

"I will. Do not worry about it," Andrea is answering with his mouth full of food.

They are eating everything until their stomach is full of food and drink water. This time, the chef is serving the strawberry shortcake with the gold leaves and the strawberry is flown in from Japan this morning with the assortment of cookies from the famous shop in Tokyo.. This menu will be in tonight dinner menu in his restaurant, but AI Jia is paying the premium fees enough for Morimoto does not to open his dinner service tonight.
