7 C7 : Making Friends

Nick had just teleported Peter and himself to the great wall of China.

Along the top of the wall you could see Nick patting Peter's back as he once again had a sick look on his face, the same one he had when Nick teleported him for the first time.

"You're an a**hole... " Peter was finally able to get out between taking deep breaths.

"Hahaha, yes I am but I still gave you the warning before I teleported, you can't blame me that much, now come on get up, everyone's looking at us." Nick said as he smiled.

Peter took one more deep breath and then wobbly got up, "They and not looking at me, you stand out more then you think you do Nick."

"What ever, so do you want to teleport along the entire great wall?" Nick asked as he went to the edge and took in the view.

"Isn't the great wall around 5'000 miles long, it would take around 18 months to walk along the entire thing, that's a lot of teleporting... I don't think I could take it, I will definitely be sick." Peter said as he rubbed his stomach with a dreaded look on his face.

"Don't worry that's just from teleporting really long distances, I will do it in parts so we can see the views and take pictures along the way." Nick said trying to change Peter's mind.

"Umm fine! But let's do this quickly, I actually do want to show you where I hang out and didn't you want to me some hot chicks or are you in love with my aunt now and she's enough." Peter said the with a cheeky grin.

"Don't joke around, I just like May because she's nice to me." ... and I love her because she is an amazing person', Nick said in his head at the end.

Nick then put his hand on Peter's shoulder and he started to teleport them along the great wall, stopping and starting again so Peter could catch his breath and so Nick could look at the views.

"Hah, we're at the end now can we go." Peter said exhausted from the constant teleporting, to Nick who was besides him, who was taking a picture of something.

"Ok but let's take a selfie before we go, now say cheese~." Nick said as he put his arm around Peter's shoulder, taking a picture of them together with his phone.

"Alright we can go now." Nick said as he posted the picture on his Instagram, with the comment 'Just teleported along the whole great wall of China.'

"Hey have you posted the pictures we took in Egypt yet." Peter asked Nick as he watched him post the selfie on his phone.

"No I haven't, I still have to go through them to pick a couple I like that I'll post." Nick explained to Peter.

"Ok, well give me your phone I know which one you should post." Peter said with his hand stretched out to Nick.

"Ok." Nick then hand him his phone with it open to the folder filled with the pictures from Egypt.

Peter spent around a minute finding the picture I wanted and then posting it on Nick's Instagram, after that he handed Nick his phone back.

"So, which one was it." Nick said as he put his hand on Peter's shoulder, "Deep breath." Nick said to Peter, letting him know that he is going to teleport, just like the last time.

But this time Peter was actually able to take a deep breath before Nick teleported.

...Some where in Queens...

"It was the picture of you holding aunt May in a princess carry, on top of the sphinx's head." Peter said as he looked around to try and figure out where they're.

"Oh that one, why'd you choose that one?" Nick said as he turned his phone back on, and looking at his newest post.

"Well so I can tease you about it later of course, it's just what friends do after all, haha." Peter laughed when he saw the frown on Nick's face.

"Anyway, what do you want to do now?" Nick asked him as he put his phone back in his pocket.

"Well I still haven't introduced you to my friend, I was going to yesterday but you know... that didn't work out." Peter said as he rubbed the spot on his face where Flash punched him.

"Okay, lead the way." Nick said.

Peter then looked down at his watch and then said, "He should be leaveing school about now, let's meet him outside the front doors."

"Ok." Nick then teleported them both to the front of the school, where they waited for school to end for the day.

They talked about random things for about twenty minutes and that's when the school's doors opened, letting everyone out.

As soon as Nick was spotted by the people leaving school he was getting some strange looks from them, strange from his own looks and because of what happened yesterday with Flash.

A video of what happened had been going around and so there was a slight fear of Nick within the students, there had already been calls from parents asking Nick to be kicked out.

"Hey, Peter! Why weren't you in school." Ned shouted as he walked out of the school's main doors, he hadn't realised that Nick was standing right next to Peter yet though, because his mind hadn't connected the blue blob he saw in his peripheral with Nick.

It was only when he was around five meters away from them that his mind made the connection, "Your Nick Stark!" Ned suddenly shouted out, the excitement plain as day on his face.

"Hey, are you the friend Peter was telling me about?" Nick said calmly with a smile, but he was thinking about if Ned would ask him if he was the guy from YouTube.

"Peter was telling you about me?" He said as his face became confused, looking to Peter for the answer.

"On Nick's first day of school, yesterday, we became friends and I said that I have a good friend that he would probably like to meet, I.e, I wanted you Nick to become friends with you because you a good person who won't judge him for his difference's." Peter explained to Ned patiently.

"I see... so why weren't you in school yesterday and today?"

"Flash tried to bully Nick in homeroom yesterday and when Nick stopped him we got suspended for a week, Flash for a month, someone was videoing the whole thing so you can watch what happened if you want." Peter explained.

"Someone got that on video? Let's have a look." Nick said as he pulled out his phone.

He turned on YouTube and searched his name, videos of him at the press release and different sightings of him all over the world people had been able to get on video, one of the most recent videos had the thumb nail of Nick using his tail to hold up Flash by his neck off the ground.

He then pressed the video and turned up his sound, Peter and Ned came either side of him to watch the video and the people talking about Nick became quite so that they could also listen in.

The video started playing, showing Nick and Peter talking to each other at the desk, Flashes shout was then heard in the background and he then came in to view, Peter got punched and Nick teleported behind Flash.

"You can teleport?!" Ned suddenly shouted out, looking up to Nick for an answer.

"Keep watching." Nick said still looking at the screen, seeing this Ned turned back to the screen as well.

Flash was now on the ground with Nick's tail around his neck and his stinger pointed at his face.

Ned looked back up to Nick again, surprise on his face again but he quickly looked back to the video so that he didn't miss anything.

Flash was now off the ground, lifted up by Nick's tail, you could hear Nick talk about how he wouldn't stand for Flashes behaviour towards him and his friends, the video ended with Nick dragging Peter out of the room.

Ned was silent as he took it all in but his face changed quickly to that of excitement and curiosity, "So, can you teleport?! What was that in your tail?! How much can you lift with your tail?!" Ned asked Nick in a rapid fire manner.

"Calm down man, I'll answer your questions later but I think we should go somewhere else." Nick said as he looked around at all the students who were looking at them, some had their phones out and they were talking pictures of Nick.

"You're right sorry." Ned said as he also looked around at the crowd that had formed around them.

"Ned, I'm going to teleport us away now, just breath calmly and take a deep breath when I say so." Nick said as he put a hand on their shoulders.

Ned was breathing slowly when Nick said, "Now." Nick then waited for Ned to take a breath, he teleported them soon after.

Videos of this also started to spread around the internet.

...Mount Yoshino in Japan...

Nick had teleported them all away from the school and they all appeared on a mountain covered in sakura trees, not far from the top.

"Where are we?" Ned asked aloud as he looked around.

"Japan, on Mount Yoshino specifically, it's one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I know so I thought this would be a good place to talk." Nick saidas he sat down on a rock that was sticking out of the ground, similar rocks not far from his.

"We're in Japan?!" Ned shouted as he stared at Nick, wide eyed.

Peter just sat down on a rock close to Nick, he had become used to the surprises Nick would give him and so he didn't question Nick.

Ned saw them both sitting down and so he followed suit and also sat down on a near by rock, "So, can I asked some questions now?"

"Shore ask away, nothing to personal thought." Nick said as he crossed his top hands and putting his bottom hands on his knees.

Ned then began to ask lots of different questions about Nick, how does he teleport, what was in his tail, can he see in the dark, does he glow in the dark.

The questions didn't stop for twenty minutes, during that time Peter would jump in at times to ask his own questions about Nick's early life, about being Tony's nephew and what he was like really.

"Alright lets go back." Nick said as he stood up and stretched his legs and tail.

"Yeah, it should be getting late in New York about now." Peter also said as he stood up.

Nick then teleported them back to Midtown high where he said goodbye to Ned, he then teleported Peter back to his apartment in Queens and said goodbye to him as well, but he didn't teleport right away after Peter closed the door.

He activated his Bakugan and looked into the apartment, that's when he saw May walking towards the door and so he took out his phone and pretend to look at it when he was actually still watching May as she watch him through the doors spyhole.

Nick's thoughts at the time were a little more on the mischiefs side and so he decided to tease her a little bit, he put his phone away and turned to look directly at the door, when May saw this her eyes widened slightly and she became incredibly still, like she was trying to not be noticed.

Nick then smiled and lifted up his shirt to show his eight-pack off to May who was still looking through the spyhole but with a blush on her face, "Hahaha." Nick gave a small laugh before he teleported away.

May was left with the image of Nick's chiseled body in her mind, she knew Nick was just trying to tease her but ever since they had seen each others body's there relationship ship changed to something unknown and she didn't know if that was a good thing or not.

... Nick's Bedroom...

When Nick teleported back home he got changed into some exercise clothes and he started his work out, focusing on increasing how much each one of his arms could carry and he would also attach specially made weights to his tail.

And he would then practice striking wooden targets all around him with his stinger, teleporting from one side of the room to the other striking targets as he went, he never stopped moving but his tail slowly became sluggish and he wasn't destroying the targets as quickly as he was at the start.

By the time Nick finished his training, he could barely lift his tail up from the ground.

Once Nick cooled down from his training he teleported into the bathroom where the shower was already running for him, he then took a quick shower and got changed into fresh clean clothes after he got out.

After he got changed he heard a knock at his door, "Come in." Nick called out, and in came Nick's mother, Jennifer Stark.

"Hey Honey, how was your work out?" She asked as she walked over to him, sitting down on his bed.

Nick did the same and sat down on his bed across from her, "It was good, I beat my last record for targets destroyed in an hour." He told her with a smile.

"Well I just came in to tell you that your uncle is going to be away on a trip to Afghanistan to demonstrate his new weapon but he won't be gone for long." She told him.

To this Nick thought that the main story was finally happening and that also meant that Peter would be bite by the spider soon, that would also be when his story would begin.
