Here, Jack already have Telekinesis so he didn't need to unlock it but the crystal kept refining it, so if we say the 3 MCs' muscle is iron, then now, Jacks' muscle is dimande and he kept absorbing the radiation intel the crystal collapsed as he runs outside, Jack can be sure right now that he can left more than 10 ton of weight with his mind and this is just the beginning, all he needs now is to train.
