MCAB – Chapter 231.2

Just like Jun Zishu had expected, Bai Yuwan eagerly took action shortly after Qiu Ziqian had finalized his divorce. Meanwhile, Bai Yuwan’s scheme was simple. According to Little Fairy, Bai Yuwan had gotten Qiu Ziqian drunk, let Qiu Ziqian have sex with her, and successfully tied Qiu Ziqian to her boat.

When all of these things took place, Jun Zishu was no longer in the country. Instead, she was skiing with Tang Qianqiu in a foreign land.

Under the sun’s glow, Jun Zishu skied down from a high place with Tang Qianqiu chasing after her. Immersed in the thrill of the sport, Jun Zishu lowered her posture and further accelerated her descent down the snowy mountain.

When Tang Qianqiu saw this, her heart pounded in anxiety.

Jun Zishu was incredibly skilled at skiing. After swiftly turning a corner, she vanished from Tang Qianqiu’s sight.

After Tang Qianqiu turned the same corner, she couldn’t help but stop when she failed to see Jun Zishu’s silhouette. Then, she fell into a daze as the snowy scene before her overlapped with her nightmare. In the nightmare, Jun Zishu would always be running in front while she chased after Jun Zishu from behind. However, after some point, Jun Zishu would suddenly vanish without a trace.

Suddenly, panic gripped Tang Qianqiu’s heart. She wanted to call out for Jun Zishu, but her throat refused to make a sound. In the end, all she could do was stand still while looking around in a fluster.

After Jun Zishu glided by herself for some time, she finally noticed that Tang Qianqiu had stopped chasing after her.

“Huh?”

Jun Zishu quickly stopped skiing.

Where is she?

[Host, you skied too quickly and left Lord behind…]

Is that so? I’ll go back to find her, then.

Afterward, Jun Zishu began hiking her way back up the way she came. Then, after a somewhat laborious hike, she came across Tang Qianqiu standing amidst the snow like a fool.

“What’s wrong?” Jun Zishu asked with a concerned look.

When Tang Qianqiu saw the person who had appeared in her vision, she promptly took off her skis, tossed aside her ski poles, and hugged Jun Zishu.

Even through the thick clothes, Jun Zishu could feel how much strength Tang Qianqiu had put into her hug.

“What’s the matter?”

Jun Zishu also tossed aside her ski poles and gently caressed Tang Qianqiu’s back.

“Where did you go just now?”

“I was skiing at the front, of course. I didn’t see you keeping up, so I came back to find you.”

“I thought I had lost you.”

“How could that be? I’ll come back for you.”

Jun Zishu didn’t know what had gotten into Tang Qianqiu, but she still hugged Tang Qianqiu in half-helplessness and half-amusement.

“No more skiing. Let’s go back,” Tang Qianqiu said. Then, she grabbed her things and returned to their chalet with Jun Zishu.

Jun Zishu had said that she would “come back for her,” right?

It would no longer be a one-sided chase, right? She wouldn’t have to worry about getting left behind anymore, right?

Tang Qianqiu didn’t know why, but when she heard Jun Zishu’s words, she felt her wish was finally fulfilled. It was a feeling of satisfaction that nearly caused her to break into tears. This feeling came very suddenly and inserted itself deep into her heart.

Moonlight burrowed through the gaps in the unfasten curtains, bringing a glimmer of light to the dark interior of the private chalet.

Some of Jun Zishu’s long hair clung to her back, while the rest swayed gently as she moved her hips along with the fingers stimulating her. At the same time, Jun Zishu looked at the woman before her with passionate eyes, her mouth exhaling hot breaths as she gasped for air.

Mesmerized by Jun Zishu’s gasping appearance, Tang Qianqiu leaned forward and stole Jun Zishu’s lips. In response, Jun Zishu lifted her head and reciprocated the kiss.

For them, the pleasure they got from this interaction was more spiritual than physical.

Ever since Tang Qianqiu returned from skiing, her mood remained great the entire time, whether it was when she was having dinner or sex. With how obviously she expressed her good mood, Jun Zishu naturally noticed it.

“Why are you so happy?”

Jun Zishu ran her fingers down Tang Qianqiu’s smooth back. However, because of Tang Qianqiu’s sudden movements, she left a few scratches on the pristine back.

“Because I’m happy.”

“Weren’t you feeling upset before?”

“How can I feel upset when I’m with you?”

“Liar. Weren’t you upset this morning?”

“Who told you to eat so little for breakfast?”

“I couldn’t finish.”

“It’s unhealthy to eat so little.”

“You’re going to get wrinkles if you keep getting angry.”

“Hm? Are you calling me old?” Tang Qianqiu asked with a raised eyebrow. Then, she accelerated the movement of her fingers.

Jun Zishu tightly gripped Tang Qianqiu’s shoulders, the sudden increase in pleasure robbing her breath and preventing her from making a verbal response. Her upturned eyes, though, clearly conveyed her amusement.

Women paid extra concern to their age. It was especially so when they were in front of their lover who was younger than them, and Tang Qianqiu was no exception.

“No, you are still young, Mom,” Jun Zishu said, smiling as she propped her hands on the bed and leaned her body back.

Tang Qianqiu knew that while Jun Zishu might look gentle and harmless, the girl was filled with mischief. The girl was evidently trying to grind her gears by addressing her in such a manner. However…

Tang Qianqiu also found it quite pleasant to be called as such, especially in this moment.

Little Fairy had long since shielded her perception, choosing to watch cartoons to dispel her sorrows.

After all, she was still a child.

Halfway through her cartoons, Little Fairy suddenly received a call from Division Chief Liang Yi.

“What’s wrong, Division Chief?”

“Did something happen on your end?”

“Huh? Nothing happened.”

While saying so, Little Fairy unblocked her perception. However, after taking a quick peek at what her host was doing, she quickly blocked her perception again.

Nothing special was going on. Her host and Lord were still applauding in the name of love.

This wasn’t the first time the two had applauded in the name of love. She would often have to shield her perception in the past mission worlds once those two lovebirds got together.

“Lord’s sobriety value is increasing like crazy, so we wanted to know if something had happened.”

“But nothing special happened today. After my host and Lord woke up, they had breakfast, dealt with work, had lunch, went skiing, had dinner, and applauded in the name of love…” Little Fairy said, certain that she didn’t miss anything.

“Did Lord show any strange behavior today? Such as regaining memories of other worlds?”

“I didn’t detect anything. Will Lord be waking up soon, Division Chief?” Little Fairy asked.

When Liang Yi looked at the 99% progress bar on the screen before her, she revealed a smile and said, “Soon.”

When Little Fairy saw the call getting disconnected, she continued watching her cartoon.

Little Fairy was naturally glad that Lord was waking up. Though, she didn’t know why exactly she was feeling happy.

Suddenly, Little Fairy shuddered as she thought of something important. Then, she hurriedly contacted Liang Yi and said, “Division Chief, Division Chief! Will Lord be taking my host away after she wakes up? Will my host still take me on missions? Division Chief, Division Chief, why aren’t you answering me?”

“You’re noisy, 0028.”

“Am I going to become hostless, Division Chief?”

“It depends on the situation. If your host leaves our division, you will have to take on a new hire.”

“Okay…”

Little Fairy stopped watching her cartoon, her mood turning a little sullen.

Jun Zishu was the first host Little Fairy had assisted, so she had naturally developed a deep affection for Jun Zishu. Although Jun Zishu hardly ever used her assistance, Little Fairy still firmly believed that she was a very reliable partner to Jun Zishu.

The morning after Jun Zishu finished applauding in the name of love, she heard her system excitedly reporting the good news to her.

[Host! Lord is waking up!]

Hm?

Jun Zishu glanced at the slumbering Tang Qianqiu in confusion. Wasn’t she still fast asleep?

[The Division Chief told me yesterday that Lord’s sobriety value is rapidly increasing! It won’t be long before Lord wakes up!]

Okay, I got it.

When Jun Zishu looked at Tang Qianqiu’s visage, she couldn’t help but wonder what Lord’s true appearance looked like and what kind of personality she possessed.

After experiencing so many versions of Lord, Jun Zishu found that there were just some things that never changed about this person. Specifically, her gentleness and stubbornness. Meanwhile, these two aspects should belong to Lord’s original personality.

[But……]

But what?

[Once Lord wakes up, will you be leaving with her, Host? I’m going to have to support other people if you do.]

Be careful and don’t go troubling your new host with your silliness.

[I’m not silly!]

Jun Zishu chuckled but did not say anything. Although she didn’t communicate with her system very often, she still found it nice to have Little Fairy keep her company.

Setting aside her identity as a support system, Little Fairy was like a child. This point could be seen based on the name she had given herself.

Initially, Jun Zishu had found Little Fairy’s name rather strange. But over time, she felt that it sounded relatively normal.
