"Lieutenant, you better give me a reason besides a rat was stuck beneath the bed again," Lance shouted as he tried to dressed up as fast as he can.
Lance was placed in a quarter with another first lieutenant since the cabin for a superior officer was lacking, and he didn't want to sleep on the chair of his admiral either. So the option of sharing the bunk bed with another officer seemed to be good at times. His bunk buddy apparently had an enormous fear of rats and always imagining that there was a giant rat hiding under their bunk bed. He always woke Lance up and disturb his sleep during the two days of cruising.
"General, this is a different case, a ship has been spotted a hundred kilometers from here," the lieutenant said, tried to warn him.
"What? A hundred kilometers? You wake me up for that? Fuck you, lieutenant," Lance said as he sat down again at his bunk bed.
"Sir, this is an important target," The lieutenant tried to wake him up.
"Lieutenant, respectfully, when is the last time you are exaggerating about things?" Lance said to the panic lieutenant.
"Last night, sir," he said.
Lance woke up, and with a lazy posture, he said, "That's right, that is fucking right. Last night you woke me up in the middle of the night, telling me that there was a rat under our bunk bed, so we went on a rat hunt yesterday, right? Guess what, we didn't found any. And guess what? You woke me up, later on, that same night, stomping my belly with combat shoes pretending that I was a large rat under your bunk bed. You were lucky that I'm your very super duper uber mega humble flag officer," he said to his junior officer.
"But sir, this thing is different. There are pirates," The lieutenant said.
"Then what? Just let the bushmaster 40mm deal with them. Why did you have to wake me up?" Lance asked.
"Sir, the leader, was wearing a hood on his head," the lieutenant said and made lance awoke like a beaver in the morning.
"Hood? Get the seahawk lieutenant," He said as the lieutenant saluted and ran towards the outside of the aircraft.
He ran to the landing deck of the CVN-78 and saw the white helicopter that was ready to take off from the landing deck. The helicopter was empty with only the pilot and the co-pilot and one door gunner.
"General, good afternoon," The door gunner said as he gave Lance on of the UH-60 helicopter helmet that has a skull decal on the mouth protector. Lance sat down on the door gunner, who was equipped with an M134 7.62 minigun.
The helicopter took off and flew across the floating ships, which seemingly covered the entire ocean. The trip took about half an hour since the ship was about a hundred kilometers away from their position.
"So, what is the plan?" Lance asked.
"We are going to do some covering fire for the SEAL that is going to infiltrate the pirate ship, sir," The pilot said.
"Ok, I'm going down after the SEAL capture the pirate leader and clear the ship out of threat," Lance said.
"Roger that sir, I will tell the others," The co-pilot said to him.
The helicopter circled around the ship while the pirates were shooting their musket and fired their magic spell, but failed miserably, thanks to the speed of the helicopter that far beyond their expectation.
The SEAL team arrived with a rubber dinghy while our helicopter provided them with the mean of distraction. They wore scuba diving suits with the signature MP5 with a suppressor. They swam stealthily to the pirate's frigate while the pirate was desperately tried to shoot at our helicopter.

Lance laughed hard when he saw the frightened pirate when they saw the scuba diving suit. He got his revenge as the SEAL team made such a short work of the pirates. Well, they are trained to do this after all, although at a bigger scale and the operation is much more difficult.
The SEAL team breached through the doors, and they successfully had gained entry to the Captain's quarter where the hooded leader was located. Lance saw that on the camera feed and boarded the pirate's ship using the rope of the helicopter.
He entered the cabin and saw a lot of maps and a lot of documents with the captain itself on his desk, bleeding from multiple holes of his body and had a flintlock pistol on his left hand. The SEAL team surrounded the captain while aiming their MP5 at the captain's head in case he moved again.
Lance opened the cabinet under his desk, which a usual place for a leader of that age to keep his journal and document. Luckily, Lance had found one of its journals. Well, the map could be useful as well rather than buying it at the market. Also, the gold treasury seems to be worth the time.
He opened the hood of the man revealing a blonde man with a thick mustache on it. Blood was coming out of his nose, and he said right in front of the man's face, "Acta deos numquam mortalia fallunt," before he closed his eyes and rested him in hell.
"General, Return to the carrier?" one of The SEALs asked me.
"Yes, return to base and bring all of his belongings. Let the intelligence team does the job," Lance told the rest of them before he ascended back to the helicopter via the hoist. The seal dived back at sea with a container similar to a body bag to the dinghy and sailed away from the ship.
The other marines in the other helicopter shot the ship with the M134 minigun from the SH-60 "Seahawk." The 7.62mm bullets pierced the wooden armor of the ship and exploded the gunpowder storage of the ship. A Harpoon missile was also launched to the pirate ship and turned the already sinking ship into pieces of scrap woods and metal.
The Carrier strike group had moved thirty kilometers from its last position, so the trip distance was a bit farther, but that's not a big problem for Lance since he had a new source of entertainment, which was the journal of the pirate's leader.
