Chapter 178 - Attention But Prestige

Meanwhile, Qiara was happy with the food that was served on the table because everything tasted good in her mouth. 

A few moments later. 

The two of them had finished eating, Qiara also asked to go straight home because she didn't want to linger with Julian, afraid to fall in love, that's what she thought. 

Along the way, Julian kept glancing at Qiara who was fast asleep beside him. He wondered what his little wife liked.

"Vania, have you seen how your sister is today? She confuses me. In fact, I can't guess what she's thinking". Julian thought while enjoying the night view from the car. 

Julian's house. 

Not long after, they arrived at Julian's magnificent house, because they didn't want to wake Qiara up, Julian immediately lifted Qiara's body to his room.

After laying down Qiara's body on the bed, Julian immediately came out of his room to study. Even though it was late at night, he still wanted to work on completing his delayed work, besides that he was not yet sleepy. 

Time passed, it didn't feel like it was already 3 in the morning.

Qiara opened her eyes and found herself in Julian's room.

"Gosh ... Why am I in Julian's room? Why is this? But where is Julian? Why is there no sign of him sleeping beside me? Did something happen to him?". Inner Qiara as she looked all over Julian's room. 

Qiara suddenly heard a noise from outside, immediately Qiara got out of bed.

After that, Qiara left the room and walked slowly to the source of the sound.

From behind the wall, Qiara saw a tall figure walking in the dim light towards the study. 

"Is that Julian? Why didn't he turn on the light? Is he sleeping in his study?". Inner Qiara while wondering in her heart. 

Out of curiosity, Qiara walked towards Julian's study with slow steps. 

Not long after, Qiara entered and found Julian focused with his laptop and several documents on his desk and a glass of water beside his laptop that he had just taken from the kitchen. 

"Qiara ... Why are you here?". Julian asked when he realized Qiara was standing in front of him. 

"I'm just wondering, do you sleep here?". Qiara replied expressionlessly. 

"I can't possibly sleep here without you beside me, because I'm used to sleeping with you". Julian replied with a smile. 

"So, you haven't slept since earlier?".

"After finishing some more work I'll go to sleep". Julian said as he returned to focus on his laptop. 

"Hey ... Are you crazy? Why do you force yourself to work like this? What if you are sick? Who will accompany me?".

Julian smiled at what Qiara had just said. He thought that Qiara was giving him attention. 

"I'm used to it. So, I will not be sick. You better sleep again, because soon the morning will arrive!". Said Julian without looking at Qiara. 

"What a workaholic, he's just like Vania. Both workaholics forget time". Inner Qiara gritted her teeth. 

"Julian ... Once again I tell you, let's take a break! Because morning will soon arrive. You can continue tomorrow? Aren't you the boss".

Julian immediately looked up at Qiara, who had begun to take on his role as a talkative wife. 

"You go first! I will follow after this!".

"Whatever, I will no longer care about you. At this rate, tomorrow I will move to the dormitory". Said Qiara irritably. 

After that she turned towards the exit, Qiara lost her temper to face Julian who was stubborn so she gave up because she was annoyed. 

Julian was immediately dumbfounded at what Qiara said. 

"Qiara, wait!". Shouted Julian who was starting to be afraid to hear that Qiara was moving out tomorrow. 

Unfortunately Qiara didn't care about Julian's scream because she was already annoyed. 

Seeing Qiara who didn't stop, Julian immediately finished his work. After all was finished Julian immediately returned to his room. But too bad the door was locked by Qiara. 

"My dear wife! Open the door! Please forgive me! I'm going to sleep now". Julian said softly. 

Qiara didn't even open the door, even so Julian didn't give up and he kept knocking on the door. 

"Alright! I won't bother you, I'll sleep on the floor". Julian said in a sad voice because he was getting tired knocking on the door. 

Hearing what Julian said, Qiara immediately glared because she could not bear to imagine Julian sleeping on the floor. 

Not long after, Julian's voice could not be heard again. Qiara was starting to be curious, so she slowly got out of bed and opened the door to the room and came out while stealthily.

"Aaaa ....". Qiara was startled when she felt a hand curl around her waist. 

"Finally you opened the door!". Julian said while hugging Qiara from behind. Instantly Qiara was surprised because she did not expect that Julian would lean against the wall to trick her. 

"Hey .. Julian. Let me go! Why did you lie to me?". Qiara said irritably while trying to get away from Julian.

Without answering Qiara's question, Julian smiled slyly and then lifted Qiara's body into his arms. 

"Julian .. What are you doing? Let me go!".

Qiara screamed while struggling, unfortunately she couldn't beat Julian. 

"If you don't want to fall, then calm down!". Julian replied, taking Qiara into his room and closing the door. 

"I don't want to talk to you because I'm still mad at you". Qiara said as she turned her face away from Julian. 

Not long after, Julian laid Qiara's body on the bed. After that he lay down and hugged Qiara on the soft bed. 

"Julian ... Let me go!". Qiara said as she turned around to push Julian away. However, Julian kissed her lips softly, immediately Qiara froze with flickering eyes.

A few seconds later Julian let go of his kiss and felt funny seeing Qiara's expression stiff. 

"Let's sleep! Tomorrow morning you go to college and tomorrow is your first day?". Julian whispered in Qiara's ear. 

Qiara snapped out of her shock, her cheeks flushed red as she wished for more than just a kiss. 

"Gosh ... What was I thinking? Why am I a pervert like this?". Inner Qiara while swallowing her saliva deeply. She was completely embarrassed by the teasing of Julian's body and lips.

"You can sleep alone here, I'll go back to my room". Qiara said nervously. 

After that she tried to free herself from Julian's embrace, unfortunately Julian tightened his embrace and kissed Qiara's hair.
