Chapter 307 - What's Wrong With Zio?

However, what they didn't expect was that Julian took Zio into his arms after releasing the baseball bat in Zio's hand.

Sarah and Nathan took a deep breath seeing that Julian did not scold Zio. 

"Are you hurt?". Julian held his son's hand after he sat him on the small bed in his room. 

Zio shook his head without showing a terrified look at Julian like Qiara when facing Julian.

"He is the same as his mother, never afraid of anything. If scolded he rebels, but if he softens it he will soften. Zio, do you miss your mother?".

Julian starred in Zio's beaded eyes that didn't show any emotion. 

"What's wrong with you? Why did you break things? Poor grandma who is very sad because your things are damaged?".

Julian asked Zio softly and harbored his anger that almost hurt his son. 

"Zio doesn't want to have a stepmother. Grandmother said, Papa will marry someone who is not Zio's biological mother, is that true?".

Julian was silent to hear his son's explanation, he did not know his mother, even the photo he did not know. However, Zio is still not willing if his mother is replaced by someone else. 

"My friends say, stepmother is evil. It's better to live with my biological mother because she won't be bad".

Zio cried when he said he did not want to have a stepmother.

"Papa won't find you a new Mama, we just live alone is enough. So, don't think about anything else. Zio doesn't need Mama, only Papa is what Zio needs. Tonight, we will move to Papa's house, do you want to?".

Julian explained in a sentence that Zio could understand, because he had never seen the figure of a Mama, even Zio didn't mind living alone with his Papa. 

Julian was very disappointed to see Qiara's response who was still stubborn like before, so he decided to keep Zio alone.

"Do you have a lot of robot games and toys?". Zio asked while blinking his beautiful eyes. 

"Everything you need is there". Julian replied with a smile. 

"Then, let's go to Papa's house right now because I don't like it here!".

Zio is excited to hear his father's explanation, playing games is his passion, he even loves to find out how to make a good game. 

"But, Papa, take a shower first, you can wait here until Papa picks you up. Oh yes, how about your wound? Is it still painful?".

"Only a small wound, Zio is not a baby who cries when injured". Zio replied while showing how strong he is.

"Papa's son is strong, okay then, Papa will go to the room first".

Julian came out of Zio's room with a dark expression, after which he walked over to his mother who was sitting with Nathan.

"What about Zio? You're not mad at him are you?".

Sarah immediately attacked Julian with a question when she saw her son sitting across from her. 

"Brother, what's wrong with Zio? Why is he going on a rampage like that?". Asked Nathan who was also worried about his nephew. 

"Mama said what to him?".

Sarah and Nathan were silent when they heard Julian's question without answering their question. 

"What do you mean?". Sarah asked, confused. 

"Brother, why see Mama like that? I witnessed that Zio went berserk after leaving the room. Even though he was sleeping after Mama and Viona left".

Nathan shuddered in horror at Julian's terrifying gaze. In addition, he was afraid that his Mama would get angry.

"Did Viona come here when I came out?". Asked Julian.

"Yes, she came after knowing that Zio was injured. She also checked Zio's wound and she left after Zio slept". Sarah explained. 

"Did Mama discuss my marriage with Viona in Zio's room?".

Julian kept asking his mother questions to find the answers he wanted. 

Sarah and Nathan fell silent at this question. Instantly, Nathan began to understand what was causing Zio's anger.

"Mama and Sarah talked while Zio was sleeping, could he possibly hear it?".

Sarah started shaking because she was the one causing her grandson to go on a rampage.

"We'll move out of here tonight. Then, I'll take a shower first!".

Without waiting for his Mama's opinion, Julian left the living room because he felt he had nothing else to talk about. 

"Nathan, is your brother serious about leaving Mama with Zio?".

Sarah's eyes began to turn red when she asked her son. He was not given the opportunity to argue, Julian just walked away. 

Since Zio's existence, her big house has been alive. She didn't mind Zio's mischievous behavior at all, as long as she remained in the house.

"Not leaving Mama, they just moved house. Mama knows for herself that if he has made a decision, no one will be able to change it".

Nathan tried to calm his mother down because he knew that his mother loved Zio very much.

"If only Qiara didn't leave her child and husband, maybe my grandson wouldn't be like this. Anyway, Mama doesn't want her to come back with Julian again. Therefore, Julian must immediately marry Viona, before the woman who doesn't know that lucky comes back" .

Sarah was furious when she heard the news of Julian and Qiara's divorce which coincided with the birth of their first grandchild. Since then she also cut ties with Renata because she thought Qiara was wrong.

Even though she was very happy to see Julian change since he married Qiara. However, her affection for Qiara turned to hatred.

"Mama, don't talk like that in front of my brother! Even though he looks cold and doesn't want to know about his ex-wife. But, he really appreciates it and doesn't like other people talking about her. Well, I'm going to the room first!".

After saying that, Nathan went to his room because he didn't want to listen to Mama's nagging about his brother's ex-wife. 

Meanwhile, Qiara was unable to sleep tonight. She paced erratically on the bed. 

After all, she was wrong and not Julian, it's just that one thing that made her anger unbearable, namely when Julian did not keep his promise and let her get pregnant at a young age.

Qiara looked at the ceiling of her room with a sad gaze, her thoughts drifted to five years ago, when Julian looked after her well in Europe even though they didn't speak to each other.
