Chapter 376 - He's Been Fired!

"Hahaha, how dare you do this to me, a lowly employee like you doesn't deserve to work at YM Entertainment. I will ask my son-in-law to fire you so that you are self-conscious!". Said Qiara's stepmother who started looking down on others.

"Jeez, she can't keep her mouth from belittling the person in front of her. What she's dealing with is the crazy and terrible Maxwell". Viona thought as she looked with pity on Qiara's stepmother.

Maxwell smiled gently after hearing what Qiara's stepmother said, while the artists who recognized Maxwell's face immediately shuddered in horror and stared at him with terrifying eyes too.

"Why are you smiling? Aren't you afraid you will be fired?". Connect Qiara's stepmother again.

Maxwell's good looks made many of the women there focus so wrongly they didn't make the slightest sound.

"How could he fire me when he was fired first?". Maxwell said.

Everyone was shocked to hear what Maxwell said, they did not think that the CEO of YM Entertainment had been fired. 

"What? Mr Sandy has been fired? How can we not know?".

"Looks like just fired and has not been announced. But, why was he fired?".

Hearing the whispering sound, Qiara's stepmother clenched her fists and looked at Maxwell with a sharp, trembling gaze. Because, if that was true, then she would be ashamed of all her guests who had heard how arrogant she was to have a son-in-law of a boss. 

"You liar, my son-in-law is a big boss at YM Entertainment who is famous for being great. So, there is no way he was fired. Are you just making up stories because you are jealous of him?". Qiara's stepmother said with trembling lips. 

Qiara felt sorry for her stepmother who had been tricked by her future son-in-law. It's really very sad. 

"That is the president director of YM Group, one of the successful businessmen in this city apart from JJ Group, can be said to be a strong rival of JJ Group".

"Yes, I know him, he just came back from America, but hard to find, I didn't expect to meet him here, this is a good opportunity for us".

"That's right, we have to be able to work with him, because he is a strange businessman who is rarely in the office but can always handle problems and his job well".

All the guests consisted of several businessmen who were good friends of Qiara's father in whispers. Meanwhile, Sandy, of course knows very well who Maxwell is. 

All YM artists know who Maxwell is, it's just that they often don't know him when he appears modest. 

Viona was furious to see Maxwell defending Qiara, even though she just wanted to laugh because Qiara was being humiliated. 

Hearing Maxwell's answer and the whispers of the guests about who was dealing with her, Qiara's stepmother immediately ran in to thwart her daughter's marriage to a liar.

Meanwhile, Maxwell turned to look at Qiara who was still silent. But, Max focused on Qiara's dress, which he knew very well. 

"This girl is using Gabriel's design again, who is she really?". Inner Maxwell. 

"Are you alright?". Asked Maxwell in a soft voice.

"It's okay boss". Qiara replied, shaking her head.

Seeing how gentle Maxwell was towards Qiara, everyone felt envious of her.

YM's artists hated Qiara even more because she had just joined Maxwell. They also thought that Qiara passed the audition because of Maxwell. 

Seeing the intimacy of Maxwell and Qiara, Viona smiled sweetly. Besides that she didn't care whether it was Qiara or not, Viona also felt happy because her relationship with Julian would no longer be in the way. 

"Whether she's Qiara or not, the important thing is that she doesn't interfere with my relationship with Julian. It looks like she's a woman from Maxwell. Good, I don't have to worry anymore, because I know who Maxwell is". After saying that, Viona immediately fled from Maxwell.

However, her steps stopped when Maxwell stopped her.

"Viona, wait!".

At that instant, Viona turned around slightly afraid. 

"What is wrong!". Asked Viona who tried to be ordinary and brave. However, she couldn't bear to look Maxwell's eyes.

Before continuing his conversation with Viona, Maxwell looked at the reporters who continued to focus on him. 

"Erase everything you caught today, because it's better for you". Said Maxwell with a friendly smile. 

Maxwell's smile made the reporters tremble, they know who Max is and it is common knowledge that Max is not a person to be argued, even though today was the first time they saw Maxwell's face clearly.

"We will keep it and will not publish it".

"Yes, can we just keep it".

"Please young master Max, don't ask us to delete our recordings!".

The reporters begged Maxwell to let him go. 

"Looks like these journalists are looking to die or they don't care about their jobs".

"Looks like they'll lose their job if they don't say yes immediately".

The whispers of several people who knew Maxwell well made the reporters shiver and shiver even more. 

"Very well, young master Max, we will erase it". Said one of the journalists who did not want to get into trouble. Because he had heard that Maxwell didn't like asking twice. He will only give orders once. 

Maxwell is the friendliest and most gentle man. However, who would have thought that someone would be in great danger if he didn't obey in one word. 

"I'll prepare a present for you who said yes to the first one. Now you delete it too!". Said Maxwell with a smile. 

Immediately, the reporter who had said yes immediately deleted the video recording.

Seeing the expression of the reporters who had agreed to Maxwell's request, they also erased it too. 

"We've erased everything, Young Master Maxwell". The reporters said.

"Then, you can go now. Please go home with care, hopefully today we don't meet again!".

"Yes. Excuse me young master!". After saying that, the reporters immediately left the hotel without a single one remaining. 

Qiara just shook her head to see how Max was overcoming a problem. Not pushy, but very quiet and safe. 

After the reporters left, Maxwell looked back at Viona.
