Chapter 401 - Thank You!

Even so, Kevin wasn't worried about Maxwell's sulking or whatever. Because he knows that Maxwell is not a person who gets angry easily unless there are circumstances that make him have to step in. 

Because Maxwell hates using violence when it doesn't matter. 

After finishing talking to Maxwell, Kevin accelerated his car so he could get home quickly.

Kevin's house. 

Not long after, Kevin's car passed through the tall and wide gate after the security guard opened the gate. 

Natalie blinked at the house with two floors and has a unique design, luxurious.

Not only that, Kevin's house has a large yard and a beautiful garden. 

At the request of Maxwell, his house was also planted, so that he could pass on his hobby to Kevin.

"Come on down!". Take Kevin after opening the car door.

Natalie looked up at Kevin, who she thought was very different from the Kevin who first met her.

"Yes". Natalie got out of the car slowly, her body still shaking.

After that, Kevin led her to enter.

Just as he opened the door, a small, cute figure stood in front of the two of them. His gaze was very cynical when he saw Natalie.

"Who is this person? Why does his gaze calm my heart? Thank you! Natalie thought, staring at the little boy with tears in her eyes.

After staring at Natalie, the boy immediately turned to look at Kevin.

"Have you had dinner?". Kevin asked the boy after he looked at him.

"Yes. What about Papa?". The boy answered then asked back as usual.

"It's also. Oh yes, can Papa and Papa's friends come in?".

The little boy immediately nodded, after which he ran to his room with a disappointed expression. 

The boy hopes to play with Kevin when he gets home. However, the reality was different, so he was disappointed.

"Is he your son? But, why is there no news about you who are married?". Natalie asked, staring in surprise at Kevin.

"His name is Gavin, he's the kid I fostered five years ago". Kevin replied with a complicated expression.

Instantly, Natalie remembered Axel who had been kidnapped. After a few months, she got a letter about the news of Axel's death, complete with his photo when he was about to be buried.

"If Axel is still alive, maybe he will be as big as Zio or Gavin''. Natalie thought.

"Come on in!". Kevin said, inviting Natalie to come into his house.

However, suddenly Natalie's legs were weak and almost fell, Kevin immediately caught her body.

"Are you okay?". Kevin asked.

"Looks like my legs are cramped...". Natalie replied with embarrassment.

Without saying anything else, Kevin immediately lifted Natalie to his shoulder. Instantly, Natalie was shocked and surprised to see Kevin, who was strong enough to lift her thick body.

After that, Kevin brought Natalie who was still shaking to his room. 

Kevin's room.

Once in the room, Kevin Natalie's body lay on the bed clean and soft.

"I'm going to ask the waiter to help you clean up. After that, you can rest here until you feel better". Kevin said with a little nervousness.

"Thank you!". Said Natalie, looking down because she felt uncomfortable having bothered someone she just met. But, she had no choice but to accept Kevin because if she came home, of course her mother would be worried seeing how she was.

After that Kevin came out of the room because he did not want to make Natalie even more uncomfortable.

The next morning. 

Kevin sat on the edge of the bed watching Natalie's face still pale.

Just then, Natalie opened her eyes and turned to Kevin.

"Aaaaa ...." Natalie immediately hysterical and immediately walked away from Kevin, crying with a shaking body.

Kevin was shocked and immediately stood up and he tried to approach Natalie who looked scared to calm her down. .

"Calm down, I'm not going to hurt you!", said Kevin trying to convince Natalie.

"Stay back, please do not rape me! ". Natalie shouted, curling up, shaking.

Kevin understands Natalie's condition, who is still in shock and fear. He also felt wrong because he had entered the room without knocking on the door. So it was natural for Natalie to feel terrified.

Feeling he had no choice, Kevin immediately approached and hugged Natalie.

"Let go of me ...!". Natalie shouted, pushing Kevin's body with all her might.

Kevin tightened his hug even more as he said. "Calm down, I'm not a bad person. I was the one who helped you".

Hearing Kevin's words, Natalie slowly looked up and stared around the room. After that, she remembered that she was at Kevin's house.

"Mr Kevin?". Natalie said in a trembling voice. 

"Yes, it's me Kevin and you are now in my room. So, I can't possibly hurt you". Kevin said with a nod.

After feeling sure it was Kevin, Natalie immediately calmed down, even though her body was still shaking, seeing that Kevin immediately grabbed Natalie's hand.

A moment later.

Kevin released his hug when he felt that Natalie had calmed down.

"I will prepare food for you, therefore, you have to clean your body first. About your changing clothes, I have asked my secretary to bring it here".

Natalie just stared blankly at Kevin without saying a word.

"Why are you looking at me like that? Do I make you uncomfortable?". asked Kevin.

Natalie shook her head, she then said, "Thank you for saving me. I will repay you. However, you said you will prepare the meal, so let me help you!".

"Oh, then you clean yourself in the bathroom, then I'll put your clothes in front of the door. Then, I'll come out now and wait for me to cook together". After saying that, Kevin came out of his room. 

Natalie nodded without looking at Kevin. After that, she burst into tears when she remembered that Nathan was being dragged away by force. Not only that, she was almost raped by a man she didn't know. 

When she finished struggling with her feelings, Natalie got out of bed and rushed into the bathroom.

Meanwhile, Kevin starts to look busy in the kitchen because he has to prepare breakfast for guests and their children.

For the sake of his guest, Kevin postponed his important meeting at YM.. Maxwell didn't mind that either because he knew very well how the workaholic made his decisions.
