Chapter 471 - Want To Play One Against The Other.

"Julian clenched his fists, because he felt he had never touched the vineyard. He did want to destroy Maxwell, but not by raising the war flag for real, this is wrong!". Inner Julian.

"He's not the Maxwell I used to know, he's nothing more than a demon in human form who will do anything for his purpose, but this time he's misunderstood. Vania, why did you have to choose Maxwell over me? What do you see in him?". Julian thought with a chaotic feeling.

"Boss...". Andi called Julian quietly because he was worried that Julian would be angry when he was bullied.

"Find out who the person who bought the vineyard on behalf of JJ Group! Looks like he wants to play me against each other. Also, prepare for all the bad things that could happen because we don't know what Maxwell will do. Oh yeah, what about my dad? Have you got him out of prison?". Julian said after controlling his emotions then turning the conversation in another direction.

"Mr. Joseph has left because he got help from a lawyer sent by his future in-law Mr. Nathan. Namely, Mr. Virsen Adamson. Besides, Mr. Nathan will get married tomorrow morning. All the media have reported it and it has become a trending topic". Andi said doubtfully.

Instantly Julian's eyes widened perfectly at the two bad news.

"Virsen? Nathan's wedding?". Julian asked in surprise because he had just learned this important news and had not met his father.

"Yes Boss, according to the information I got, Mr. Virsen is now your father's personal lawyer". Andi took a deep breath before continuing to say".

Mr. Nathan has agreed to get married, therefore the wedding will soon be carried out". Andi continued.

Julian was silent in his chair, he felt that he had become a very stupid person because he did not know what was going on.

"I'm going to town C right now. So, prepare everything!".

"But, you have a meeting this morning. Should we cancel?". Andi asked.

"Schedule another time!". Said Julian.

"Yes boss!". After that, Andi immediately came out of Julian's room to carry out his duties. 

Julian felt Qiara was in danger so he wanted to meet Qiara immediately to make sure he was okay. His feelings were completely unsettled before seeing Qiara in person.

After finishing filming, Qiara intends to take a walk around the hotel where she lives in disguise so that no one sees her. 

Just as she exited the room she was startled to see Maxwell walking toward her.

"Isn't that Boss Maxwell? How could he be here? Should he be in Paris? But, why is he always everywhere? Besides, Mr. Kevin is also not here, so who does he want to meet?". Inner Qiara was irritated.

Before Maxwell saw it, Qiara immediately turned around and quickly ran away.

"Where are you going?". Qiara was surprised to find Maxwell already in front of her, carrying a lawn mower.

"Is he a gardener who can disappear? I think he was just away from me, but why is he already in front of me? Besides, why did he bring scissors into the hotel?". Inner Qiara grinning strangely at Maxwell.

Actually Maxwell ran through a shortcut to be able to stop Qiara.

"Want to have lunch...". Qiara replied while scratching her neck.

"Let's go!". Said Maxwell as he pulled Qiara's right hand.

"Come on what?". Qiara asked confusedly. After that, Qiara pulled her hand away from Maxwell's grasp as she felt uncomfortable.

"We have lunch together, I happen to have not eaten! Would you like to accompany me to eat?".

"Okay. But, I can walk alone". Qiara replied as she walked first nervously because she did not know how to escape from Maxwell.

Seeing Qiara's funny behavior, Maxwell could only smile.

"This girl reminds me of the most important woman in my life, is she the reincarnation of that woman?". Inner Maxwell while walking behind Qiara.

A moment later they both arrived at a restaurant not far from the hotel where they were staying.

"Why are you staring at me like that? Is there anything you want to order?". Asked Maxwell after making orders for himself and for Qiara without asking Qiara first.

"I'm just confused, how can you know that I like fried rice with lots of eggs and vegetables?". Qiara asked with a complicated expression.

Qiara was really confused, because she remembered that she had never told anyone, not even Julian. Then, how did Maxwell know?

"I asked your assistant, she often saw you eating fried rice. So, from now on believe me that I will always pay attention to you and do anything for you. Besides, I will make you happy forever". Said Maxwell with a smile.

"Thank you!".

Qiara didn't know what to say to Maxwell, so she gave a brief thank you to end the conversation.

Maxwell just smiled at Qiara's thanks because he knew that Qiara must be very annoyed with him, so he chose not to talk anymore.

Not long after their order arrived, they immediately ate their food with gusto. Because Qiara felt very hungry after she finished exercising.

"This is really good, thanks again!". Qiara said while chewing her food, Qiara hoped that she and Maxwell would become good friends because Maxwell had often helped her.

"You're welcome, if you like the food here, we'll come here next time again!". Whispered Maxwell.

"Ukhuk ... Ukhuk ...". Qiara immediately coughed because she didn't expect Maxwell to say that.

"Slow down when you eat, so cough right!". Maxwell said as he gave a glass of water to Qiara.

Instantly Qiara took it and drank.

"Jeez ... Why am I feeling nervous like this? Does Boss Maxwell have other goals for me? Could he really like me?". Inner Qiara while catching her breath.

"Is today your last shooting here?". Asked Maxwell.

"Yes, after that I'll go straight home. Probably this afternoon". Qiara replied embarrassedly.

"Good. But, you do not find it difficult, right? Because Kevin is not there?".

Qiara turned to Maxwell, she immediately intended to ask why Kevin suddenly left. 

"No boss, everything is going well. Oh yeah, where's Mr. Kevin?".. Qiara asked curiously.
