Chapter 518 - You Are Not My Wife!

"I have to confirm this news". Nathan thought.

After that Nathan contacted his assistant to arrange for his departure to London.

A few moments later.

"Honey... where are you going?". asked Clara who had just returned from her boutique. 

Nathan stopped and looked annoyed at Clara. 

"None of your business!". Nathan said as he walked again ignoring Clara's presence. 

"Wait...". Clara starts to get annoyed with Nathan's attitude, who often ignores her after they live together in a luxurious house that Clara's family prepared as a gift.

Nathan stopped again when he grabbed the doorknob to get ready to leave. 

"Is it because of the news of Natalia's death?". Clara asked after Nathan turned to her. 

Nathan was silent for a moment, from the start he had no love for Clara and he had made it clear even when they were making love.

"I know you love her. But she's dead. Can't you learn to love me? I'm your wife, Nathan!". Clara shouted, starting to lose her temper. 

"Unfortunately I never considered you as my wife". After saying that Nathan immediately went to close the door with a bang. 

Immediately Clara was shocked, she fell on the floor crying. After all, Clara is a girl. She has a heart that can be hurt at any time. However, her love for Nathan was too great for her to hate him. 

"Natalie... I hate you so much, you live or die the same. I wish you rot in hell!". Clara shouted while ruffling her hair like crazy.

Julian's house.

After leaving Maxwell's house, Julian rushed back to his house by taxi. He was very worried because Qiara must be confused waiting for him to come home. 

"Good morning, Sir!". Liu said respectfully as she opened the door for Julian.

"Where are my wife and children?". Julian asked before he continued his way into the house. 

"Mr. Zio has already left for school accompanied by Mrs. Qiara and Mrs go to work". Liu replied. 

Julian breathed a sigh of relief because his wife and children were still fine. 

"Sir...".

Julian turned again to look at Liu who called out to him like someone who wanted to say something.

"What is wrong?". Julian asked with a cold expression.

Liu looked doubtful. But, she felt the need to convey what happened last night.

"Say what you want to say!" Julian insisted.

"Last night Mrs Qiara burst into tears after leaving your study. Her cries grew louder when your number could not be reached. When she saw the lady kept staring at a paper in her hand. Obviously Liu.

Julian was surprised to hear the story.

"Is it possible?".

Without saying anything, Julian immediately ran towards his study with mixed feelings.

Julian's office.

Not long after that, Julian arrived at his study. He went straight to the secret room that he forgot to lock.

His heart immediately shattered when he saw the box where he kept Vania's belongings was open. 

"Qiara has read Vania's original letter, her heart must be very broken. But, she can't meet Maxwell. I have to meet her and explain everything that happened". Julian couldn't hold back his tears anymore. 

Julian never expected that all the big secrets would be revealed at the same time before he gave Qiara an explanation. 

Of course Qiara would be angry, because he had snatched away her youth by giving her a fake will.

"Sir, where are you going?". Liu shouted because Julian came out of the house running without changing his clothes. 

Liu also just realized that there was quite a lot of blood on Julian's shirt. And Julian's demeanor was like a person in pain.

Worried, Liu dialed Qiara's number. But, not picked up at all. 

The sound of Julian's other car rang from the garage. 

Liu immediately checked and tried to call Julian again, unfortunately Julian didn't pay attention to her call.

"Oh my God, I hope they are well!". Liu was full of hope. 

After that, she immediately went into the house to continue her pending work. 

YM Entertainment. 

"Let's go!". Aurel said when she saw Qiara come out of the make-up room after she was satisfied crying over Natalie's death.

Aurel hesitated when she saw Qiara who looked weak and uninspired.

"Liana... You shouldn't mix personal matters with work. We can discuss Natalie's death later after you finish shooting this commercial". Aurel tried to remind Qiara because she didn't want to disappoint the client who had given her that trust.

Qiara looked up at Aurel's face with a sad expression. 

"Can't the photoshoot be postponed to tomorrow? I'm not feeling well". Qiara asked in a weak voice.

Aurel looked desperate, she wanted to force Qiara but Qiara's condition was so bad that she couldn't shoot it. However, the Luan Group side couldn't possibly accept it.

"I'll talk to Kevin for a bit!". After saying that, Aurel immediately contacted Kevin because she knew that Kevin was the one who managed to get the advertisement from Luan Group.

Meanwhile, Qiara sat waiting for Aurel who was talking to Kevin. Just then her cell phone rang and it was from Julian.

Qiara's eyes started to tear up when she saw the caller ID. 

"Why is it so hard for my heart to receive a call from Julian? Is it because I'm so disappointed that I was lied to? Qiara thought as she stared at her cell phone without answering the call from Julian.

Qiara couldn't talk to Julian because her heart was already hurting. She felt cheated by the person she loved so much. 

"Liana...".

"Yes?". Qiara immediately looked up to see Aurel who seemed to have finished talking to Kevin.

"Kevin said that the shooting schedule for the two advertisements could be postponed. And Kevin specifically gave you a day off today. However, it's only two days because the Noble awards show is only a week away, so you have to be prepared for that". Aurel explained with a smile. 

"Really? Wouldn't that make the Luan Group side cancel cooperation with us?". Qiara asked with a sparkling look. 

"Of course not. If it's Kevin, then all problems can be solved".. Ariel replied with a big smile.
