"Miss Chui, tell me what happened." Mrs. Lee looked intently at Halora's eyes.
She silently listened to Sandra's narration and she almost changed the situation.
"If I tell you that I am an innocent, would you believe in me? There's no way of knowing the truth if you are afraid to choose righteousness. Mrs. Principal, I am an innocent." Sandra convinced her.
Halora looked away from her playful gaze. Even in front of the school's principal, she never felt frightened.
Mrs.. Lee took a deep sighed and replied, "It's your time to tell me everything! Come on, do not be afraid."
"Don't listen to h–"
"Don't speak! I am not asking you, Sandra!" With authority, Mrs. Lee stared at her sharply.
It was enough for Sandra to shut her mouth and bowed her head.
"I... I don't want to waste your time, Mrs. principal. The only thing that will prove the truth is no other than the CCTV footage. Every time she bullied me, I hoped it was being recorded to prove to you and anyone that Sandra...," Halora paused for a moment.
She was hesitant to tell the suspect's identity behind the incident a week ago. She breathed heavily and added, "I'm sorry but th–this is all my fault! I... I was the one who started the fight earlier!"
Sandra was shocked by her confession. She never thought Halora lied instead of protecting herself.
Silently, she smiled and whispered, "That's right, ugly duckling. Keep lying and you will be kicked off from this school, sooner or later."
"Are you telling the truth, Miss Chui? Or you are afraid because Sandra's family is rich and well–known in the country?"
"Forgive me, but I'm telling you the truth. I am liable for what I did and I am ready to accept the sanction of my wrong deeds," She said with conviction.
Mrs. Lee was doubtful of her statement. She heard Sandra's name all over the campus for bullying poor students.
"I've warned you about that, and she must be punished as soon as possible!" Sandra was determined to see Halora in pain. She wished to be the most popular student who bullied most of the students.
Suddenly, the door opened as someone kicked it off. She was surprised by the loud bang and quickly turned her head to see who did it.
"Mr. Wo–Woo, what brought you here?"
Sandra was nervous. She tried to avoid his gaze but Sebastian looked at her sharply.
"That girl is a liar!" He said angrily. Sebastian gritted his teeth and stood in front of the school's principal. He was disappointed, furious, and despise the girl who stood from her seat.
"Wh–what are you doing here, Seb?"
Seb closed his fists, "Your craziness will end right here, right now! I won't tolerate your childish actions towards Halora!"
Mrs. Lee was mesmerized by his actions. She never saw it coming out of a campus bad boy. She shrugged off he shoulder and watched over them.
The scene seemed like in the movies, two girls and a campus bad boy who saved the poor girl.
"On behalf of Halora, I am here to give this to you. All the evidence that will prove the truth are here,"
He lent a flash drive to Mrs. Lee. Without a word, she inserted it into the laptop and clicked the only file that existed.
Sandra clenched her jaw as she listened to her loud laughter. The video proved that Halora was innocent and Sandra was the real bully.
"I can't believe you did all this time, Sandra. I taught you how to be a girl with a beautiful heart yet, you disobeyed your mother!"
"You are not my mom! You will never be my mother!" Sandra took her bag and leave her office.
Sebastian and Halora were left dumbfounded as they heard the real relationship between Sandra and Mrs. Lee.
Disappointed drew on her face. But she has to do the right thing, "Forgive me but I won't tolerate my daughter's wrongdoings. I will punish her according to the law,"
"I do understand why she acted that way, but excuse us, we have to go by now," Sebastian told the principal politely. He held her hand.
Mrs. Lee bowed her head and permitted him. She felt ashamed of what happened but it was the reality. She said, "Protect her as long as you can."
Sebastian narrowed his eyes but chosen to ignore it. He put his arms on her shoulders and walked away from her office.
"Forgive me, but I had to keep the truth about you and Sandra." Mrs. Lee wiped the tears away and watched the video again.
Halora silently listened to her footsteps. She wanted to tell him what truly happened but there's something wrong with Sebastian's arms.
It looked like a bear's hairy arms. It was smooth to touch yet a scary fact. "S–Seb,"
"What?"
"Yo–your arms! Lo–look a–at your arms!" She stopped in front of him and pointed his arms.
Sebastian slowly turned his head and lifted his arms. "What time is it now?" He asked her, and he needed to go to the werewolves' hideaway.
Halora quickly looked at her wristwatch and said, " Quarter to six. The sky became too dark too! " She replied and looked up above the clouds.
However, Sebastian began to transform. He needed to run away as soon as possible but he wanted to accompany her way back home.
"Aw!" He scowled as he felt a sudden pain in his lower back. He controlled it but his teeth changed and became fatal. "Ru–run away!"
His voice echoed around but Halora shook her head back and forth. She was confused, "Wh–what is wrong with you? Y–you–your teeth! Your teeth!"
Sebastian turned around on her. He wanted to run away but he saw a man from a distance.
"Hold my hand, Halora!"
"Wh–what?!"
Sebastian cursed out as he held her hand tightly. It was too dangerous to stay on the campus as the man walked closer to them.
"The summoner is here, and I won't let him take you away from me!" He whispered and vanished like a wind.
Halora wondered why she held his hand tightly enough. She was not certain and little did she knew, she already trusted the campus, bad boy, with all her heart.
She closed her eyes and murmured, "Am I falling in love with you?"
