Chapter 214 - 214: Hail The New Couple

Hundreds of students hailed, clapped their hands with wide smile on their faces. They looked happy for the both of them as finally, the new Prince and Princess of the campus has finally been announced.

The little boys who stood in line screamed and yelled at the top of their lungs. It was their way of congratulating the new, official couple who looked great and perfect in one picture.

"Woahhh! Hail for the new couple of the year, Sebastian and Halora!"

Roy announced despite the fear and setbacks that they had experienced throughout the entire event. The increasing numbers of students who went into the gymnasium became too uncontrollable.

Some of them were happy but there were few who found it disgusting and unfair.

On the right corner of the place, the group of Sandra gasped and stared at the new couple smiling widely and waving their hands to their new fans.

All of them engrossingly sighed in disbelief and felt bad for Sandra who was known as Sebastian's diehard lover.

"Oh, that was quite sweet and magical! I wish to be like Halora!" Chloe said in envy. Her eyes twinkled as she imagined things the same as it was.

But Sunny hit her head and replied, "Shut up, little head! Can't you see, it's not a great news to be proud and hailed of! Halora is Sandra's greatest rival and not that she's officially the bad boy's girlfriend, we can't easily hurt nor go closer to that thief!"

Next to Sunny, Garry raised her brows. She said, "She's not a thief, Sunny! Just a simple correction."

"I didn't ask your opinion, Garry! Why don't you shut your mouth up and bring this slow, little head with you!" Anger drawn on her face but Sandra's reaction was merely heartbreaking and unbearable.

She tapped her shoulders, tried to ease the pain but no one could ever take away the invisible pain that couldn't be seen through a mankind's eyes.

"Let's go, Sandra. It… It would just be a waste of time watching them!" Sunny grabbed her arm but Sandra persisted and remained firm.

She didn't utter a single word but her face seemed like a dragon who was ready to breath a burning fire. She closed her fists, gritted her teeth while her eyes laid on Halora who happily held Sebastian's hand.

Without any doubt and trace of fear, Sandra walked into the middle of the court where a heart-shape petals was found. Her emotions have devoured her sanity and dignity that brough her to the brink of shame and pain.

"SANDRA!"

"PLEASE, COME BACK NOW AND NEVER START ANY TROUBLE! NOT HERE, PLEASE!"

Sunny begged hardly but Sandra acted like a deaf. She continued walking until she stopped right in front of Halora.

"S- Sandra, w- what brought you here?" said Halora who sounded surprised and afraid of her strange presence.

Halora gulped, looked at Sebastian's eyes as they both held each other's hands. But unexpectedly, Sandra smirked as her hand moved too fast like a phoenix.

Until Halora felt a warm, strong slap on her right cheek. "Huh, huh, huh!" Heavily, she took a breath and looked into the ground.

"I hate you so much, bitch! I… I can't accept that you're Sebastian's girlfriend!" For the second time, Sandra lifted her arm and was about to slap Halora.

But to the rescue, she noticed and felt a strong hand that tightly gripped on her wrist. She swallowed greedily, stared at his frightening blue eyes that glowed like a star in the night.

"Don't you dare hurt my girlfriend again!" Sebastian let go of her hand as he gritted his teeth out of anger. He stooped closer to her face that scared of Sandra like a pitiful, homeless puppy. "I can end your…"

"No, don't say it, Sebastian! Please, please listen to me… don't say that right in front of the crowd!" Halora tightened her grip on her hands that somehow stopped and convinced the bad boy.

He calmed down, looked away from Sandra's woeful eyes. While Halora followed him, rubbed his back that caught the students' attention. It became an action taping where in the artists acted according to the given scene and script.

At the moment, one of hundreds of students threw a crumpled paper to Sandra. One became two, two became three, three became four and five became hundreds of crumpled papers. Everything was scattered throughout the entire gymnasium and they hated the antagonist.

"BOO!"

"BOO! GET OUT FROM HERE!"

"BACK OFF, SANDRA! HE WILL NEVER BE YOURS BECAUSE OF YOUR-NOT-SO-BEAUTIFUL-ATTITUDES!"

Her fans suddenly changed as they all hated her now. Because of stepping into scene with no accurate plans, Sandra became a hopeless and lonesome high school girl.

By a single mistake caused by jealousy, all of her reputation has suddenly become like a rotten jackfruit. Many students witnessed what she did and even how hard she tried to fool them again, no one would ever believe in her words that made up of pure lies.

"No! I am not the bad person in this hall! Halora- she's the first one who attacked me; stole everything that I have including my cousin! And now… and now the man that I treasured for a long time and I will never stop ruining your life, Halora!"

"I am not yet done! This is just the beginning of a battle that you created!" Sandra bumped right into her shoulder and walked into the exit with her head held high.

There was no trace of fear in her face that disturbed Halora, her friends and her new fans.

She then glanced up at Sebastian who never let go of her hands in the middle of an intense situation. She sighed deeply in relief, closed her eyes and she said, "I thought she would ruin everything today."

"Shh, I will never let anyone hurt my luna. From now on, you will be protected even I am not in you side. Do you understand? I will use all of my connections to make you safe and happy in my arms." he whispered that brought butterflies in her stomach.

As the intruder vanished that soon, Jasmine, Zenith and Roy clapped their hands until everyone did the same thing too with a twist.

"HAIL THE NEW COUPLE!"

"HALORA!"

"SEBASTIAN!"
