The peaceful classroom suddenly turned into a noisy arena when Sandra and her friends arrived. They were all smirking like a genius group of girls who top a prestigious examination.
Sandra, clapped her hands as she directly walked into the table in front of everyone. She waited for everyone to look at her way until she threw a crumpled paper at Markus' nape.
She said with authority in her voice, "Sit down."
He looked at her frighteningly as he thought Sandra saw Sebastian with the same girl as before and tell it to Halora.
Markus breathed heavily and obeyed her order. "Don't do it." he thought but his eyes told her the same thing.
But naughtily, Sandra laid her eyes on Halora who seemed unbothered. She knew what was about to happen but, it was quite different and shocking.
She smiled, opened her hand as Garry quickly put the cellular phone on it. "Are you ready to watch a short, sad movie?"
The rest of the students answered except for Markus, Jasmine and Halora. The three of them speculated a compilation of embarrassing clips and it was not funny at all.
Through a laptop and projector, Sandra connected her phone to the laptop and transferred the short, sad movie. It didn't last for five minutes until Garry and Chloe closed the doors and switched off the lights.
Sandra giggled flirtatiously and she said, "Bingo! It's time to wake you up from your sweetest nightmares, Halora Cassia Chui!"
Halora widened her eyes because of what she has heard. She didn't know how Sandra get her real, complete name as she kept it since she was in the seventh grade.
She wanted to confront her, but Jasmine held her arms and stopped her.
"Just watch and calm yourself. You can't be defeated by a childish girl like her." Jasmine silently told her.
In the middle of a dark, quiet classroom, Halora took a breath and seated back on her seat. Her heart filled with a heavy, negative feeling as she slowly turned her head to the white board in front of her.
Every sweet, genuine memories with the campus bad boy flashed back on her mind as it was showed to everyone. The big surprise that held in the gymnasium that made her smile bitterly.
Secretly, she closed her fists and showed nothing but a firm, cold emotion. She must pretend to be strong and a woman who listened first than jumping into a conclusion.
"Yes! Yes, Sebastian!"
Halora's sweet voice echoed the moment she officially said yes to Sebastian. Tears dripped down right on her cheeks until the video strangely changed when Sandra paused it for a second.
"It's not always a happy ending, Halora. Every fairytale has it perfect ending and your story goes this way!" Sandra angrily said as hatred devoured her kind soul.
Her reddish eyes stuck on Halora who looked at her without a blink an eye. It made her more breakneck as she wanted her to go badly mad and brokenhearted.
Right then, she pressed the play button and the next scene was different but it seemed familiar to everyone inside of the classroom.
Markus gulped anxiously when his speculations happened in reality. He saw it through his naked eyes and it was difficult to deny at all.
"What? The campus bad boy has another girl and she's quite beautiful and sexy!"
"I hope I was like him! I should have meet beautiful girls from different schools too!"
Most of the boys envied the campus bad boy because of his alluring charisma and connection. They wanted to do the same thing but girls hated those kinds of men.
Until a famous, fooling words caught everyone's attention when the girl asked Sebastian a question.
"I heard you are now officially taken and if I'm not mistaken, her name was Halora. Am I right?"
"Yes, yes! That's her name and please don't mention about it. It is a private matter between us." said Sebastian anxiously.
But the girl laughed bitterly and hit his chest gently. She sighed, pouted her lips and she said, "I don't quite like her for you. I… I mean to say you have different lives. You are handsome, rich, well-known and I think you deserves someone who's better than her!"
"Better? There's no better woman in this world because Halora is the best thing that came into my life! If you can't respect my girlfriend then I'm sorry, Maxine. I can't bear to see you again inside and even outside of the school!"
Sebastian walked away from his well-known best friend. He didn't either show any mercy and consideration with anyone who dared to disrespect the girl he loved.
And the people inside of the dark classroom was left speechless and touched by his actions. He was completely a full package- a sweet yet protective type of man.
"Wait! I… it was not the video clip!" Sandra panicked when a different video was played on.
Her eyes widened but her classmates burst into laughter when they saw her epic reactions that took away the fear in Markus' chest.
He gasped, stood out if the blue and walked towards Sandra who looked frightened of by his deep, cold gaze. "What is your next plan, Ms. Lee? It pretty obvious that your plan A is a failure, so you must another idea how to ruin their relationship."
"Back off, Markus! It's none of business!"
"Instead of dying to get Sebastian's attention, why don't you try to hang with me sometime? I promise, I won't be an asshole like what you think about me."
Jasmine giggled silently as she looked at Sandra's angry face. She thought it was a big problem but it turned out to be a sweet, romantic showcase.
And while Markus and Sandra have an argument, a loud, alarming noise echoed around that came from the front door.
Everyone was left flabbergasted when they saw a man's cool silhouette. It looked like Sebastian's shadow until he walked inside and searched for Halora who bowed her head out of fear.
"Run away with me, Halora!"
His cold, pleading voice convinced her until she quickly stood and ran closer to him with a wide smile flushed on her lips.
She sighed, glanced up at him and she said, "Shall we?"
The campus bad boy slightly nodded his head and held her hand tightly enough that brought warmth to her entire sytem.
