The rain didn't stop from pouring as the night turned too cold and dark. The busy streets filled with thousands of cars that waited for how many hours as they were stuck on the traffic.
On the wet surface, Sebastian glanced up above the hospital and entrusted Halora's life to the doctors and nurses who did their best to save her life.
He felt broken, afraid that he might lose her all over again like what happened long time ago when Lord Solomon took away Cassia- Halora Cassia from him.
"I can't endure this fatal pain if I lose you again, Halora. I… I never thought you are that lovely little girl on that cemetery!"
His voice cracked while memories flashed back on his mind. He didn't know after all this time, the man who kept the truth from him was his great grandfather.
Sebastian wanted to show the world how strong he is through his abilities and indestructible powers. But in the name of love, he forgot everything aside a woman's name.
"C-Cassia…" he murmured.
His lips turned pale, but nothing has changed with his perfect face. His jaw flaunted perfectly as he stood from the wet ground and came back to his senses.
He remembered that Jasmine was hurt too and she must be in the same facility as well. But it confused him when he didn't see Markus along the hallway.
He sighed, rubbed his nape and eyes. "That man was right. I must be stronger than anyone else if I want her to stay alive."
Sebastian blamed himself for all the trouble he had caused to Halora's life. Yet, there was one thing that he must consider and that is Damara, who was still alive and waiting for the perfect time to attack the humans one last time.
Thus, he couldn't let her do her will. He must fight will all his heart and it is the right time to show the humanity that beasts and monsters could be an ally too.
"I must go back home and report to grandpa everything! I must come back and I am looking forward for good news." he whispered to the cold air.
Right then, as he came back to himself, he quickly stood like nothing happened. The rain suddenly stopped as the clouds slowly moved and formed into a human form.
Sebastian bowed his head for a second, slid his hands onto his pocket and felt a hard thing inside. He narrowed his eyes, lifted his head when he realized what it was.
"A… A ring?"
"H- how c-co-come it's been here with me?"
His glinting blue eyes sparkled as bright as the sky turned out to be. The sight of a world weakened his knees but it somehow blew up his mind.
The ring was no ordinary. It looked like a treasure many years ago, and its features were quite strange and spine-chilling.
"But who's the owner of this ring and put it inside of my pants?"
Sebastian began to think hot it was even possible. He was certain that before he went to Maxine's birthday party, he only brought the car's key with him, nothing more, nothing less.
It made him speechless, but there was no time left. He must leave and ask the elders about the odd ring he just found."
He said, "Grandfather must know about this ring."
With no waste of time, he quickly closed his palm when a strong wind blew up the entire wide field. He gulped, looked throughout when he felt a creature's presence nearby.
He shook his head in despair, gritted his teeth as he walked into the parking area and looked for his black car.
"There's must be something happened in the parking area!"
Sebastian ran towards the said area and trusted his strong gut feeling. It was no good, but he must keep the humanity away from any threat and danger from Damara's followers.
From afar, he saw a couple who seemed shocked as the man stepped back, holding a plastic bag. He convinced his wife to run with her, yet, she was hypnotized by an enemy.
"What are they trying to do with the humans' world? They're must be preparing for an attack on the chosen heroine." he spoke as he secretly walked closer to the couple who were both terrified.
"Sebastian…"
"Sebastian…"
"Sebastian…"
A terrifying voice echoed around that confused the bad boy. He held his head tightly, covered his ears and tried to get rid of the voice that tried to poison his mind.
"Come with me, Sebastian…"
"You will be the most powerful werewolf in the history and I will guarantee your family's lives."
Sebastian dreadfully hit his head, trying to fight with a drowning sound where he could only hear it.
He gritted his teeth, moved around like a crazy young man. "What is happening to me? What is that annoying sound?"
The people around caught his attention that saved the couple's lives when he suddenly screamed at the top of his lungs. The unknown creature quickly vanished that gave the humans another chance to survive.
"Get… get out of my head, bitch! I… I don't need your help!"
"I will never merge with you, never!" he exclaimed, breathing heavily until a deafening voice sounded off around.
"Waaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"
Out of the blue, the people who were about to enter inside of the hospital heard the loud noise as they quickly covered their ears and protected themselves with a strong, howling wind.
Sebastian couldn't get the accurate answers on the questions that bothered his system. The loud noise lasted for a couple of seconds that caused a lot to the humans.
"You will never reign over us! You will never win against our pure will; Damara and I will make it sure that you will die in my hands for cursing my entire family for a long time!"
But a sarcastic laughter echoed as the dust drifted into air by the wind. It was different that brought fear to the people's heart thus, they were all weak to fight against an extraordinary enemy.
"Human extinction is yet to come!"
"Mankind shall die in my own hands and I will rule this world like it is mine!"
