6 Childhood Friend

As Jiang Yue arrived home, she directly went to her room. She opened her laptop and hacked the security cameras in the mansion. She can't help but feel uneasy about the matter concerning her falling down the stairs.

As a leader of the group which is the most powerful in the underground world, she had to specialize in various aspects. One of the skills that she was confident of was her hacking skills. She was known as the best hacker in the world. Her hacking name was 'K.' Of course, only some people knew about it.

She hacked the cameras within seconds. She watched the video on what happened that day and found out that she was pushed down by a maid. Then, she searched what was the identity of the maid in the records. Coincidentally, the maid was found dead that morning.

'The culprit really wiped the evidence clean. Judging from this, the person must be neat and careful in these things. He/She seems to be used to it but why did he resort to petty actions like this? Or was it Jiang Mei and Shi Rou? It's possible but they couldn't pull that off by themselves unless somebody helped them.' She thought to herself and decided to find more clues soon.

Then, she did some hacking missions in the black market. Various powers in the black market was once again in fire trying to observe and recruit Jiang Yue. She didn't realized that she just did most of the hardest missions there.

She was lucky that she was rebirth just after she graduated her studies. It meant that she had more time solving her matters. After pondering on what to do soon, she fell asleep due to the tiredness she got from shopping too much.

The next morning.

Master Jiang had left for a business trip. Jiang Wei stayed overnight last night in his company and Jiang Mei was hanging out with her friends. There were only Jiang Yue, Madam Jiang, and Shi Rou at home.

After taking a bath and eating breakfast, Jiang Yue went to her mother's bedroom. As she opened the door, she saw a beautiful lady reading a book. When the lady saw her daughter coming in, she welcomed. "Good morning, honey. Please come in."

"Good morning, mommy. I missed you and I thought you may be lonely without brother and father at home so I wanted to visit your room." Jiang Yue said with a blooming smile as she hugged her mother.

"My daughter is so caring.." She praised as she hugged back. Jiang Yue felt so comfortable in her mother's embrace that she didn't want to let go.

She reluctantly let go and her eyes changed to determination. "Mom, I want to be independent and live by myself. I want to move out."

Madam Jiang was slightly surprised by her daughter's action. 'It seems like she had grown up. It's about time that she soars across the sky too," she thought.

"Where do you want to live? I'll handle the matter concerning your father too," she replied. Madam Jiang knew that Master Jiang absolutely wouldn't agree if she wouldn't persuade him.

"Mommy, y-you really agreed?" Jiang Yue was shocked to hear her mother's reply. She thought at least she would need to beg all day then maybe Madam Jiang would comply.

"Honey, I wouldn't want to delay your growth. I also do not want you to waste your youth. To be honest, I don't want you to leave my side but I don't want myself to be selfish and hurt you." Madam Jiang reasoned.

"Thank you, mommy! I promise I would visit you, father and brother often!" Jiang Yue promised excitedly.

Madam Jiang was delighted seeing her daughter smiling ear to ear.

As they were in a happy mood, a maid came in and informed them about someone's arrival. 

A man came in the room. He looked like he was 17 to 18. He had handsome features such as his thick and shaped eyebrows, perfect eyelids, long fluttering eyelashes, high nose bridge and seducing red lips. He had a tall height around 1.8 meters. When he stood there, he looked like a model.

He was Wang Tian Cheng, the third young master of the Wang family and Jiang Yue's childhood friend. They had known each other since they were kids.

As a matter of fact, the Wangs have secured the position of the eighth powerful family.

8 years ago.

Jiang Yue was 8 years old that time. That day, Master Jiang and Master Wang were supposed to strike a deal and Jiang Yue was eager to go out of the house and nagged her father to bring her along. Master Jiang didn't have a choice and so he brought her to the Wang estate.

When Master Jiang and Master was discussing business, Jiang Yue was sitting in the room tasting the snacks. After being bored for half an hour, Jiang Yue decided to roam around the estate and so she found the garden.

She decided to look at the scenery and check out the flowers. As she walked through the garden, she could smell the comforting fragrance of the flowers. At the same time, a boy who seems to be older than her by two years was watching her behind the bushes. He was mesmerized by her gentle smile on her cute face. His heart was beating so fast and his ears redden. It was love at first sight. 

On the other side across a river, Jiang Yue saw her favorite flower, tulips. Tulips are usually meant as 'perfect love.' 

When she tried to jumped over the stones to go to the other side, she fell to the river. Since she couldn't swim, she screamed for help. "HELP! HELP! HELP!"

As she was drowning, her eyesight slowly faded. She saw a handsome boy swimming to her.

When she opened her eyes, she saw a white ceiling. "W-where am I? Wasn't I drowning?"

Master Jiang who sat next to her was relieved seeing his daughter had woken up and immediately pulled her into his embrace. "Xiao Yue, don't do anything dangerous like that again, okay?" 

"En, I promise." Jiang Yue replied.

"Good thing there was Master Wang's third son, Tian Cheng. He was the one who saved you before. Thank him." Master Jiang said as he pointed to a handsome boy standing in the room.

"Thank you for saving me, brother Tian Cheng. Can we be friends?" Jiang Yue thanked him as she offered her hand.

Tian Cheng was mesmerized with her smile again and then took her little hand. His cheeks blushing. "Okay."

Master Jiang was delighted seeing those two kids getting along.
