10 Snowstorm

At Sunbucks café. 

A beautiful lady with a devastating beauty was sitting while drinking tea in the table near the window. She emitted a noble and elegant aura which could make people in awe. That black dress slightly showed her collarbone and good figure which made her seducing as well. It made her look like a bewitching lady yet her aura didn't lose to it. Moreover, with those two aspects together, it wasn't messed up but instead complimented each other. If other women wore it, they would probably look vulgar instead.

She didn't wear any accessories except her pair of earrings and the watch on her wrist. She would sometimes check her watch time to time. It looked like she was waiting for someone.

She had a stunning beautiful features. She had an oval-faced face which made her look cute, shaped high-arch eyebrows, double eyelids, long eyelashes, high nose bridge and red rosy lips encouraging people to ravage them. She had a good figure with a small waist. Her face looked beautiful with no make-up at all. 

Men and women were glancing at her secretly but she ignored them. There were of course some men who were confident in their appearance trying to get her number but she rejected them all.

The woman that took everyone's attention was Jiang Yue. She was waiting for Mei Xiu since that was the day she appointed them to meet. As she was starting to leave thinking that Mei Xiu wouldn't come, a girl wearing a hoodie jacket and a denim pants stepped into the café.

Jiang Yue instantly recognized it was Mei Xiu by the figure since they had been best friends for years in the previous life. Even though Mei Xiu was wearing a black mask with only the upper part of the face seen, that didn't escape hear eyes.

Memories of them in her previous life flashed through her mind. She smiled bitterly.

Two girls were in a hospital room with one of them being the patient and the other one crying beside the bed.

"ue, when I leave, take care of yourself well.."

"No..No..I won't let you die.."

"I love you..Yue.."

"I'm sorry..sorry..sorry.."

"Goodbye…."

As she was being emotional, her phone rang. She answered the call and heard Mei Xiu's voice, "Which one are you?"

Jiang Yue giggled, "The prettiest here."

"Seriously? I don't have time to joke." Mei Xiu sound pissed.

"Fine, I'm in front of you. Wearing the black dress." Jiang Yue said.

Mei Xiu was surprised seeing her but she hadn't shown it outside. She didn't think that the person who defeated her would be this beautiful young lady. She knew that it was girl from the voice on the call but she didn't expect it to be that young and prettier than her, at that. She just gently smiled giving others no chance to make a way to her mind. Her actions all showed that she was a professional. 

Although she might look calm, she was actually raging inside. She was still pissed because of Jiang Yue's doing to her computer.

She walked towards Jiang Yue's table and directly sat on the chair opposite her. 

"Good morning, Miss Fang." Jiang Yue started a conversation.

"Morning. How shall I address you?" Mei Xiu asked.

"My surname is Jiang." Jiang Yue answered honestly.

"I see. Let's cut to the chase, Miss Jiang." Mei Xiu raised her one of her eyebrows lightly.

"Of course. As I said before, I want to strike a deal with you." Jiang Yue told the point directly.

"What kind of deal?"

"I want you to be my partner."

"Why do you think I can help you?"

"Your hackings skills are good and you're trustworthy."

"Which part do I look that way?"

"Your soul."

"…"

"I'm not joking."

"Miss Jiang is so good at jokes."

"I was just saying the truth."

"Okay, fine. I'll accept it. In exchange of what?"

"I can protect you from those people. I can give you lots of luxury."

"Do you think I can't do that myself?"

"I can help with the matter regarding your brother."

"…"

"I can help you get revenge to 'that' person."

Suddenly, Mei Xiu slammed the table.

"Y-You know 'that' person?"

"Of course. Our target is more or less the same."

"How can I believe your words?"

"I'll send you the address to my place. Let's meet again in two days, Miss Fang." 

Jiang Yue placed her money on the table and left while Mei Xiu was still accepting all those informations into her head.

In Jiang Yue's room.

She was playing the trending game, Legends Online. It was an MMROPG game which was booming at the moment. Nobody knew but she was actually an expert in games. She secured the second top position of all servers. Her username was 'Morpheus.' 

(A/N *I just randomly made a name for the game, don't know if it exists lol)

"Yes! I win big time!" Jiang Yue shouted.

She was in ecstasy because she just got a weapon that she had been yearning for. After countless sleepless nights, it finally was being worth it.

When she was jumping around the room with excitement, a player that she played with before sent a friend request. It was actually the first top player that had too few of friends in the game.

On the screen.

"Snowstorm sent a friend request, accept?"

"Yes."

'It would be good to befriend a guy like him. We coordinate well and he wasn't arrogant being the top player as well.' She analysed.

After she accepted, Snowstorm messaged her.

"Hi."

"Hello."

"Would you like to play more rounds together? I mean, we did a great job before."

"Sure. I'll be glad to."

Then, they played more rounds together and chatted each other up about their daily lives and some other things which made them psychologically closer.

After staying up with Snowstorm all night, she finally fell asleep in the morning.
