Chapter 236 - Kissing...can't let it get boring!!

Xu Nuan was taken aback by his response. The insecurities that she was holding onto all along seem to be melting away by his simple words.

Looking into his eyes, the question he had asked her that day when he proposed to her, kept playing in her head on repeat. 

'Xu Nuan, will you accept me as your boyfriend?'

She stared at him and looked at his lips, making him confused.

Before he could say anything, she squeezed his arm and leaned closer, and placed her lips on his slightly cold lips. She could feel his body becoming stiff because of her sudden move, which caused her to have butterflies in her stomach. 

This man never fails to charm her with his ethereal looks and cuteness. 

The day she had first seen him at the hospital, she found herself losing her sanity. At first, it was his good looks that pulled him towards him, however, slowly and steadily, she found herself deeply falling for him.

He clenched his fists as he fought the urge to pull her in a deeper kiss because he wanted this moment to be special and wanted her to take the lead. It's one of the rare moments where she is not dead drunk and was sober. He wanted to enjoy this moment to the fullest and promote their relationship from supposed to be boyfriend and girlfriend to an official couple. 

However, her provocative actions were experimenting with his patience.

Xu Nuan's lips curled in a smirk when she felt him fidgeting under her touch. He was burning down there, she could feel his body's temperature rising. 

At first, she kissed him in response, but seeing his reaction, she couldn't help but tease him. To fire up things a bit more, she wrapped her hands around his neck and shifted closer to him, almost sitting on his l.a.p. 

She could feel his hands making their way to her waist and holding her steady in his embrace. His lips were not dominating but were matching her pace.

At this moment, she remembered something. 'Isn't things going too smoothly?' The devil in her mind popped up, making her open her eyes. 

Hmmm….she can't let things get too boring. She is an evil queen for a reason, she can't let her nickname go to waste like this.

As Han Zihao was getting into the kiss and was trying to pull her into his embrace, making her sit on his l.a.p, she suddenly stopped midway. 

She stopped kissing and pulled away from him. His eyes snapped open as he stared at her in confusion. What happened? Did he do something? 

" What happened? Why did you suddenly stood up"

Xu Nuan got off him and stood in front of him. She casually fixed her dress and said while tying her hair in a bun, " We can't go on like this." 

" Hmm? What..what do you mean? Didn't I tell you everything already? "

She raised brows at him and smirked, " Yes, you did. But I can't let you go away for what you did. Didn't I tell you that I will not let you go so easily for playing with me all this long? You do deserve a punishment." 

He stared at her in disbelief. Where does that come from? That too between the things that they were doing, " Punishment? What punishment? And do you really need to continue with that punishment of yours now?" He said exasperatingly. 

" Of course. If not now then when? After getting old?" she said, turning around, leaving him on the couch, alone. 

"..."

" You...You...where are you going? We aren't done yet!" He shouted, staring at her in horror seeing her walking towards the door. 

She turned around and smiled at him, " We're done, at least for me. That's your punishment. You can't kiss me for a week. And don't you dare try to break your punishment, otherwise, it will be extended for long. You're free to test to see if I am joking with you or not." She said, making his expressions fall in distress. 

Han Zihao stared at her speechless, not understanding what kind of cruel punishment this is. They were just getting along and it was her first time properly kissing her being sober and yet she left him in the middle after igniting the fire inside him. 

" Xu Nuan, this is not something to play with. You can't do that."

" What kind of ridiculous punishment is this? If you want, I can give you my card. You can go and shop all you want." He shouted, making her stop in her steps as she was about to open the door to leave.

A glad smile appeared on his lips seeing her halting in her steps. Seems like she was somewhat convinced by his statement. 

'Good, good! As long as it was not this punishment, he was ready to give her as many cards as she wanted.'

Xu Nuan looked at him and pouted, considering his tempting offer. Shopping!! Unlimited card….Hmm….she does need to buy new clothes and shoes. 

It's been so long since she has gone shopping without worrying about money and the budget. The girl who used to carry millions of dollars bags for daily use was worrying about how much to spend in a month to not go fully broke. 

" Okay! I will take that offer of yours. Since you're requesting so earnestly, I will go shopping with you." she said, making him grin widely. 

" That's right. You can shop all you want. Now we should-

He walked towards her hurriedly, wanting to pull her back but she raised her hand, stopping him from coming towards her, " But this doesn't mean that the kissing ban has been lifted." 

" Heh? Didn't you say that you will go shopping? Then why?"

" But I never said that I am lifting your kissing ban, did I? The kissing ban is your punishment, while the unlimited card for shopping is the compensation for the emotional stress that you have given me in the last few weeks."

" Did you know I lost a few kilos because of it? I even got dark circles under my eyes," she complained to him while showing him her pale complexion. 

He stared at her in shock. Not believing how cunning she is. She not only stopped him from kissing her but made a deal with him as well, without lifting the kissing ban. 

Now he understands why she wanted to open her company in the first place, she knows how to turn the situation in her favor. She will be the best-sly businesswoman he knows in the future. 

" Mr. Han, Good night and dream of me. Muuaahh!!" She blew him a flying kiss and winked at him before running out of his unit, leaving him standing in the living room in a daze. 

Han Ziaho laughed in amazement and was still trying to register what just happened. Things were going smoothly and he thought that they might have gotten closer this time, but she knows how to put a brake on him. 

He ran his fingers through his hair and g.r.o.a.n.e.d, " This girl….Argh….she is crazy." He g.r.o.a.n.e.d painfully as his eyes went to the standing member in his trousers. 

He took a sharp breath and nodded, 'Kissing ban….One week right?'

" Xu Nuan, you have underestimated me too much. I have always let you go for your teasing because you were drunk."

" But not anymore. Do you think only you can strike a deal? If you know how to strike a deal, then I need to find ways to break that deal." He murmured while looking at the closed door of his unit.
