20 Vol 1 : Ch 20 - Good News: Promotion

Xue continued packing her clothes while Vin looking around and notice that her unit was bigger to him and as expected from the daughter of Conglomerate Shipping Business. He also notice that she still have a photo of her and Rei, it was during their graduation day. Both of them smiled wildly and free, so he realized even she did it all to Rei, she still cares for her. Even she did it all to Rei, she still keep her photo with her. She did it all to hurt her just because of him. Xue already done packing and just observing Vin then disturb the silent from Vin.

"Ehem!"

"Ah, are you done?"

"What are you thinking right now?"

"I just wonder if I'm not here, you and Rei will still be like this".

"If you're not here, I and Rei will not even know each other, you're the reason why I approach her. It's me, the one who interefering the two of you. But now I realized Rei only treat you as a friend, she like you and love you as a friend."

"So you just realized it now"

"Uh uh, sorry Vin. So. how about I will drugged her after being drunken."

"Idiot, how can she be drunk if she's not even can drink"

"Oh, that's right. What a boring life of her?"

"That's Rei we know and let's go now, it's already late".

Meanwhile at the company where Rei work, the CEO and the manager discussed about her future while the one who got discussed was busy handling her bestfriend and friend without knowing that her career is already on a rise.

The CEO already seating in the office chair meanwhile Manager Xia is now relying to their CEO about Rei's evaluation. After reading the evaluation, the CEO only commented one sentence.

"Oh! So this Ms. Rei only working for us just for 7 months as an Admin Staff."

"Yes CEO Hwang, Ms. Rei is an amazing one, with a high IQ and EQ that's the reason why some of this Branch Team envy and got jealous of her."

"Why did you discovered her late?"

"Before she joined our team CEO Hwang, she's working where her Mother's working place, based on my investigation and analysis Ms. Rei just work not for the pay she receive but to support and assist her mother."

"She's really kind and nice. Just for 7 months, she already done a lot to this Branch."

"Yes CEO Hwang but she never claim it herself from the team instead it's from the team. She even encourage the team to keep our good work even she's the one who suggested it."

"Good, good. It's really coincide that I'm needed a Secretary"

"Eh, Secretary Su resign?"

"Yes, CEO Hwang."

"So how long Ms. Rei training would be?"

"One month and Half is enough for her"

"What?"

"She can do it. Don't tell her about her training duration since Seretary Su will be the one doing that and inform her about the promotion on Monday since I'm already living tonight."

"Yes, CEO Hwang."

"Ah, before I forgot, process her documents right now so that a week after her decision she can already leave in this place and arrive in the main branch"

'But CEO Hwang, we still not sure if Ms. Rei will agree or not and I don't know if Ms. Rei already had a passport.' but he just obey and agreed.

"Yes, CEO Hwang"

"During your hiring of Ms. Rei, did you ask for a passport requirements for her?" CEO Hwang ask knowing from his expression.

"We didn't CEO Hwang."

"Then after letting her know, ask if she already have a passport just in case if she agreed."

"Yes, CEO Hwang."

"If she say Yes, ask a copy of her passport just to be ready and prepare if she will agree for her new position."

"Yes, CEO Hwang."

"How about your team that violating the rules?"

"I already called them this morning and inform them. My intern will be demoted effective on Monday.'

"Good and you must convince Ms. Rei for this offer."

"I will do my best, CEO Hwang"

"Good"

Then CEO Hwang leaves without uttering any words aside from his instructions and leaving behind his Head Manager in C City Branch.

Monday arrives and all of the team wonder why some of there colleagues got suspended starting today and don't know how it last then and another one who got demoted when she almost become a Secretary. They also wonder why Ms. Rei got called by their Head Manager that all of them know that their colleagues didn't violate any violations but unknown to them all of them except Rei offend an important guest not just an ordinary board of members but a CEO, they're a big boss. Rei already that the unknown visitor is someone important but she doesn't know his identity and even she can, she didn't investigate since the man didn't do anything to her. They we're just lucky that the CEO didn't fired them out but instead they're just got suspended for a month, if it's another CEO then they already say goodbye to their career.

Meanwhile inside the Head Manager Office

Rei get inside in the office and feeling a little bit nervous but knowing she didn't do anything that against in the company rules and regulations, so she feel relaxed and calmin down then greeted the Manager.

"Good Morning Manager Xia and I got called by you, am I right?"

"Yes, yes I called you and take a seat Ms. Rei".

"Thank you Manager Xia"

"By the way, I'm curious about something"

"What is it Manager Xia?"

"So what do you think I called you here, Ms. Rei."

"That..."
