Rei changing the schedules from their confirmed date and then their another party who request to call him for the changes and other information since he can't message it what he means. So Rei call him right away.

"Ahh, thank you for calling me back Manager Rei and there's a changes of what we request last time so we hope we can change the live interview within next week since the preferred schedules we give are already occupied for our Team Building and sorry for the inconvenience."

"It's alright and I understand it Mr. Zhang, so which preferred date you're available for the interview date?"

"15th day of this month, is the team schedule still available?"

"The team have two slots available and it's around 8-10 and 3-5, so which time you preferred Mr. Zhang? The live interview will only take for an hour and half since you will just interview the team for how they celebrate their holiday breaks"

"Copy Mr. Zhang and remind you that changes schedules can be happened within 10 days before the confirmed date and if not then please prepare the compensation for breaching of contract."

"I will send you tomorrow the confirmed schedules and the agreement then send it back to the company"

"Yes Manager Rei and we will also send you the agreement tomorrow and do the same way."

"Yes Copy Mr. Zhang and thank you for the confirmed schedules."

Han : But I didn't tell you that changing of schedules will be due after 10 days of the preferred date.

After Rei leaves the team house, everyone is still wide awake and continue chatting.

Han : 1 slot for 15th day, 3 slots on 18, 2 slots on 21, 2 slots on 27 and 3 slots on the last day

Han : Maybe Manager Rei already predicted that one so she left that slots on purposes since being a Head Secretary for 2 years, she might already know the schedules of the other companies.

Yeah, that's right because Rei didn't use her hacking skills since most of these companies are also contributor of the C International and Group Company and Rei already knows when they will have their Team Buildings , so when she notice the name of the company on their preferred schedules that coincidentally lapses to their Team Building she give another slots to another one and she didn't put any date for them since she's still not away for their availability. The other schedules who just confirmed right away are all chosing the right day that there's no any conflict to their another schedules and in other words these companies have an efficient and precise coordinator for the task just like her.
