Both the Din Twins and Jang Twins know that Shi has 3 Fathers and 3 Mothers, first her biological Father and Mother that she's calling them Father and Monster, second Lin Wei and Lin Feng by calling them Mom and Dad then last Fu Heng and Fu Feng by calling them, Daddy and Mommy. As for Kaede, they know that she has a big responsibility because she's the elder one among her 3 little brothers, even though she's the only little girl of the Lin but as the elder one she has a big responsibility. Ellyn didn't say anything about their family matters to Yu since they are not from the Din and of course, she only mentions what about of her cousins and twin sibling matters to Yu and not with the other family matters. They are still looking to them and almost didn't hear their family members calling them if Jinyu didn't remind them.

"Aunt Mei, Aunt Rei, and your Dad Ellyn already calling the 4 of you"
