Chapter 120 - Laura's Concerns

Even though there are a lot of travelers. Laura is different. Because wherever she went she used to stay for lots of months. And during that time. She would learn about that place's traditions and customs. And used to make a documentary. That documentary is released on her blog, website, and social media. And also her blog and other things got many views. People used to comment that it was informatory. And many people, who are old and knew about the traditions of that place used to come forward and supported her. 

Laura is twenty-five. From the past seven years. Which meant the moment she turned eighteen she started traveling. And even though she is young and has to study she took a distance course and got a degree in Business management. 

She has been traveling endlessly. Now she is tired, she doesn't want to travel all the time. She wanted to travel only when she was tired of her job. She will take a break and will travel and then will return to her job. 

She wanted to have her place and family to live in. She wandered like a headless chicken all these days. Now she doesn't want to. She wanted to settle down.

"What is it?" Chasina asked as she saw her worry.

"Sina! Im worried about myself! I don't want to wander around the world anymore! I wanted to settle down. Have my own family. You know right? How much I yearn for a family! 

"My parents got divorced when im only seventeen. They give me everything except for family. I want a place where I can call it home. I have no one except you and your family. If I take that offer I have to travel my whole life. I don't want a pitiful life! Sina! 

"I thought to find someone during your wedding and settle down! But unexpectedly your wedding is called off! Most of the hot chicks left the ceremony before the wedding'! And remaining are scum! Sigh.... It's hard to find a man!" Laura sighed.

"Wait! You still have the cheek to say hot chicks in this serious talk!?"Chasina dumbfounded when she heard her words.

"I can admire beauty anywhere anytime! Okay!" Laura said righteously.

"I can arrange blind dates for you!" chasina said after a while.

"Rëally?" Laura asked.

Chasina nodded.

"You saw Blake, right?" Chasina asked.

"He is a year younger than me and two younger than me. Age is just a number these days. Try to meet him. Today is our girl's date, right? I will invite him to the coffee shop. You guys can have a chat. And let me ask SIL too. she will treat many hot chicks in the hospital. I will ask her to introduce someone to you," Chasina said. 

"My friend is best! Awwwww. Hug!" Laura asked. She even went forward and hugged Chasina as she squeezed her to death.

"Hmm, so do you want to continue traveling?" Chasina asked.

"Yes and no," Laura said.

"What does it mean?" Chasina said as she gave a "what the f*ck dude' look to her.

"I wanted to continue and don't want to continue!" Laura said.

"Why is that? You see we both met during my traveling! And I did the degree course in Alvonia because of you. One year is wasted for me due to my stubbornness. Now I don't wanna waste time. I want to settle in this place. I don't want to return to my parent's place. Even though I am not from this country. I feel it's good here!"Laura said.

"Then don't become a full-time traveler! Find a job or set up a business and run it. When you feel bored go and travel. Simple," Chasina said.

"I was thinking that but I was waiting for second person opinion!" Laura said. 

"Oh yeah! You can accompany me and be my PA for the next six months and can learn in and outs of a business along with me!"Chasina said.

"Hmm, since you are begging me. I will agree. I can't turn down a sick person, right?" Laura said with a look 'im helpless'. 

Chasina gave a 'Go to hell' look to Laura before rolling her eyes.

Laura stuck her tongue out and gave a silly look.

"You are sticking your tongue at me! Now see what will I do!?"Chasina said pulled down Laura and started tickling her.

They both tickled each other and settled on the bed for a while. 

Adiana who came to call both of them for breakfast heard their conversation. She suppressed her smile. She went down to set their table.

Alexander who saw her smiling face asked the reason. 

"Why are you smiling?" alexander asked.

"Father! I had good news!" Adiana said as she rubbed her hands together like a person who found a big secret.

"What is it?"Alexander asked as moved his seat a little forward curiously.

"Laura wants to get married and settle here. But she cannot believe anyone. So, she asked Chasina to set blind dates for her. And Chasina said she will also ask me to set blind dates for her. You see how much I like to matchmake people! Since I missed the chance of matchmaking my sister in law. Now I can match make another sister in law! Awww... im so excited!"Adrianna said as she smiled mischievously.

"I know a lot of good men. I have to make notes and sort out husband material for Laura. I'm so excited! Hehe," Adianna broke into a wide smile.

Meanwhile…. 

Alexander felt like he hit a jackpot. 

Now he can set up Laura and Stephen's son!

He rubbed his hands. 

He immediately sent a message about Laura's thinking.

"Sina! You know, why I am reluctant to agree to the Leona organization's offer?" Laura bought up the matter suddenly.

"Why?" chasina asked.

"You know. My parents are not from the same country. But from different countries. My father is from Alamba while my mother is from Oak pass. Their marriage is a love marriage. But due to the different country traditions and customs they followed, many rifts occurred due to their religion and other things. My mother is a very good wife. She didn't cheat or play around with my father. She would have reconciled with my father but she couldn't because of my grandparents.

"Well, let's talk about them some other time. Because of Leona offer to me. Alabama and Oak Pass countries are bribing my parents to make me accept the position. And my both parents are asking me to return to their house. And take the offer. Now both my father and mother are fighting. They want me to return them and want to represent their countries. My father wants me to represent Alamba while my mother wants to represent Oak Pass. this is one of the reasons why I don't want to take the offer.

Also, Alamba and Oak Pass occupy second and third places in the Leona organization. If I take up the role, a fight will happen.

If I get married to a guy here. I can stay here. And represent this country," Laura said.

No wonder she is so worried about this matter.

"If I become a politician, I will protect you," she continued as she gave a flying kiss to her.

"Haha," they both messed around for another five minutes.

"Wait! Go wash up. Let's have breakfast. I forgot about the thing I came for! SIL will shout come fast!" Laura said as she pushed Chasina into the bathroom.

"Hey! Open the door!"Chasina shouted from inside.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" She hummed big no.

"Open the door idiot!"

"No! Idiot! You have to at least brush your teeth to eat food!"

"Arey! My dear! Stupid friend! I washed up even before you came!"

"You should have said to me!"

"You should have given me chance!"

"You!

"First open the door!"

They both barked like dogs. While one shouted from inside while the other shouted from outside. 

The moment Laura opened the door, she is met with a jug of cold water. She is drenched from her head to toe. 

Laura is in a daze. She felt like she is imagining things. 

At that time, Edward came in. his brows are furrowed in a big frown. And it is evident he is irritated. But the moment his eyes laid on Laura he rolled his eyes at them.

"Even though if you guys fool with each other! Don't shout! I came here after abandoning the whole work! Get ready and have lunch! He said after closing the door with a loud bang!" Edward left just like that.

"Laura! Come down! After you finish washing up!" Chasina said as she sprinted towards the door. And then left.
