Chapter 433 - Baby love: Rahul

Her parents wanted her to follow their footsteps and become a neurologist, they wanted her to be their successor but she choose a different field of specialization and became a gynecologist against her parents wishes.

She had a fight with them and moved out of their family house and started living in a rented apartment and she had to work part- time job to make her ends meet. But she is a person with pride and didn't allow that to fall just because of lack of money.

She has got so many secret admirers and I myself have seen many guys trying to court her. Some fell for her beauty, some for her talent and attitude. But most of them wanted to climb up the ladder to high status as she belong to a one high class family and she is the only daughter of that family.

Her parents has got so many connections in the high social circle and my mom was her best friend and we used to be neighbours when we were kids.

Our mothers wanted her to go out with bhai and Gouthami's mother asked her to go on a blind date with bhai. She accepted it only because her mother talked to her after a long time and bhai and she were childhood friends.

Bhai told her about you in their first meeting as he didn't want to give her any false hope and she was okay with it but they didn't tell our parents about that immediately.

I joined in this and messed up everything. But I am glad that it happened because I got the perfect woman in my life."

Gouthami came inside and saw the two people who were busy in their own discussion that they couldn't even observe her entering the room.

She cleared her throat to make them aware of her presence there and she succeeded in doing so because they looked at her.

She walked to them and asked "What were you guys talking about earlier ?" and Rahul said as a matter of factly "I am telling her our love story" and Gouthami said "Ohh" and sat beside her man.

She said "There's nothing much to tell her" and Rahul said "No, it was my struggle. I tried very hard to peruse you and it's definently not an easy journey to court you".

Gouthami didn't disturb him, she just took an apple and started peeling it. Shriya wanted to go away from there but Rahul continued "I was always messing around I dated many of her friends too. One day I saw a man talking with her and he was better than me in all aspects.

He was a doctor just like her he was one perfect man for her and that feeling almsot killed me. I was so jelaous that I pulled her aside when she was alone and told her that she can't be close to any men other than me".

Gouthami sighed dramatically and said "You sounded so stupid to me that I almost thought you have gone crazy. You asked not even to talk to those men and I have to tell that he looked so furious but he looked insanely funny and comical to me with that expression.

Shriya and Gouthami laughed while Rahul snorted like a wild bear. He said "That's because I was so furious, I didn't know that feeling was jealousy and it was a completely new feeling for me".

Gouthami chimmed in saying "That's because you are stupid." and they laughed again making him angry again.

Gouthami said "I was all alone in my childhood because my parents always stayed late at hospital or busy giving seminars etc. I wonder they ever remembered a little girl was waiting for them at home."

Gouthami looked very sad and lost remembering those days. Rahul side hugged her gently and said to Shriya "She became a bit emotional lately and her mood swings" and the latter said with a nod "May be her hormones effects".

Gouthami said "Even when we met on weekends they would ask me about my studies. They never remembered my birthday and they never celebrated it. I wished I have a little brother or sister but later I realised that will only increase the problems.

My friends, they were all same, they were with me because I have money and they can get to know some rich men, I started hating all these false friends and calculative relationsh.i.p.s and wanted tobe alone for the rest of my life.

But when my mom brought up the topic of my true childhood friends, I became curious what he was like. I still remembered that happy family of three brothers, their parents and grandparents." A smile appeared on Gouthami's face when she said that.

Shriya asked her "You said childhood friends ? At what age ?" and Gouthami said "Abhi must be around eight or seven, Yash around five and I was four." And she then turned towards her husband and said "And this man is a very little maybe around three, he was just crawling back then and couldn't even stand up without help.

I used to pinch his little chubby pink cheeks and he used to cry so loudly, he was such a cry baby". Gouthami's face glowed with happiness and it is so beautiful that Shriya and Rahul stared at her dazed.
