Chapter 348 - Celestial Trials

After talking to Keomi for a little while, Shiro had her order as many pills as she could. That way, even after she reached the limit of how much low grade pills could repair her, she could still experiment on them with Yin's Phoenix Blood.

"Done. The delivery time shouldn't take too long. If I had to guess, the pills should come before you leave this place." Keomi replied.

"Thank you. By the way, after finishing my things in Miriel, I plan to contact Yuki through Winter's Grace. After that, I plan on going to Tokyo Japan. Want to come with me?" Shiro offered with a smile.

"Hmm… I want to but I'm a bit busy with all of this. I don't exactly want to hand it off to other people either since there is some classified information too. You can contact Yuki and I'll meet you in Tokyo, how's that?" Keomi replied.

"That's fine. I'll see you soon then sis." Shiro nodded and gave her a small wave.

"See you soon big sis."

Leaving the branch building, Shiro made her way to the auction house in order to buy the Celestial item that she needed.

{Did you forget that you needed the VIP clearance to actually get the item?} Nimue reminded only after Shiro left the building.

"Ah."

'Why didn't you remind me sooner!!!!!' Shiro shouted out in her mind.

{I thought you remembered it.} Nimue shrugged.

Turning around, she made her way back to Keomi's office despite the fact that she had literally just left.

Knocking on the door once more, Shiro waited for Keomi to call her in.

"Come in."

"Erm… you see, I kind of forgot that I needed a VIP clearance to get the item. I need your help." Shiro coughed embarrassingly.

"Ah is that all? I'll come with you then." Keomi nodded as she smiled a little at Shiro's embarrassed look.

'When did big sis become so cute…' She wondered to herself. Seeing her big sister, who could make men crawl with a single flick of her hand, become embarrassed at the fact that she forgot an important detail and had to come back despite saying goodbye was quite the treat for Keomi.

"Thank you."

Walking with Shiro to the Auction House, Keomi had the staff take her to the VIP area.

"So what's the item that you needed?" Keomi asked.

"Celestial Mana Essence. It's for my class up." Shiro replied.

"Eh? You got a Celestial type class!?" Keomi widened her eyes.

"Is that bad?" Shiro raised her eyebrow.

"Urg, I wouldn't say bad… The thing with Celestial Type classes is that while very powerful, are hard to actually obtain. The locations of each class item is obscure and more than 80% of those who received this class have given up on achieving it and reset their levels. For the 20% that decided to keep at it, less than 5% actually class up while the others continue to try to find the items to no avail." Keomi replied with a sigh.

"Not only that, you need to find a Celestial Type Monster with the same class type as you so that you can defeat it to gain it's Decree. Rising Sun had tried to nurture a celestial type class but we weren't able to find a correct celestial type monster so in the end, we could only give up. As your sister, the best I can say is that you should not waste your effort. Of course, that's not to say that I don't believe in you. It's just finding the monster is difficult."

"Hm…" Pausing for a second, Shiro eventually shook her head.

"It's fine. Call me stubborn but I believe I can do it." She smiled. There was a second reason as to why she didn't want to reset her level, it is that there is a chance she might lose her Nanomancer class. Should that happen, it would be a great loss to her.

Plus, she believed that there is still a chance she may obtain the class. After all, she might get a wish bag to obtain what she needed much like when she classed up to her current class.

"Fine. Well if you need my support, I'll always be available to help." Keomi smiled.

After receiving the item, Shiro took Keomi to a nearby café and had some small snacks before going their separate ways.

On her way back to the castle, she thought about what Keomi had said.

'So in the end, for me to class up, I'll need to find an Empress type Celestial monster…'

{My queen, you may have bitten off more than you can chew.}

'Perhaps.' Shiro nodded with a sigh since she too understood the difficulty of her current task.

Shaking her head, she made her way to the library in order to find out more about the Celestial Classes and its requirements.

###

For the next few days, Shiro holed herself up in the library doing research since she had no need to level up some more. She was already level 100.

During this time, she had found out quite a lot about the Celestial Trials and what they may hold but getting to them is a rather difficult task.

There are 5 grades to the Celestial Trials with each being many times harder than the last.

First being the Celestial Servant, Celestial Noble, Celestial Ruler, Celestial Immortal then Celestial God grade.

It is recommended that one should not try the Celestial Immortal and the Celestial God grade tasks since everyone who did were expelled from the trial with severe injuries that put them on the brink of death.

However, should one complete a task that was Ruler grade or higher, there's a good chance that you may obtain one of the items that you needed.

As for the trial's locations and formations, it's still a mystery to this day but there have been a few trials discovered throughout the world. One of which is located in Mount Fuji Japan.

Every four months, a gate would open up at the peak for 3 days, allowing the people with the option to class up into the celestial class to enter with a small party. While the main focus is the person with the class, the party members are still rewarded for their contribution.

Therefore, whenever the gates are open, people would rush in to find anyone with class up option of a celestial class and have them take them into the trial to obtain rewards.

After years of this process being repeated, the locals made it a habit to have a small festival of sorts in order to get some more income from the adventurers.

Unfortunately, the last opening had been a month ago so she'll need to wait another 3 months before she could attempt it.

"That being said, I need to complete it 3 times so I might have to stay in japan for a year unless I go to other places with Celestial Trials." Shiro muttered.

Thankfully, getting to the other trials would be easier since they're normally near a teleport shine. As long as she finds the right party, she'll be able to use their help to get to the trial easier.

{Well with 3 attempts, there's a good chance that you can obtain the B Ranked Celestial Catalyst and the Celestial Awakening Stone. As long as you complete the ruler grade that is.} Nimue reminded.

"I know. But even if I get those, it's useless if I don't get my hands on a Celestial Empress Decree." Shiro shook her head.

{Mn…}

"Anyways, enough about that. I believe it should be time to get Iziuel out of her bindings. We've given the elders enough time to collect the needed mana." Shiro smiled and left the library.

Seeing the first hint of sunlight in a few days, Shiro shielded her eyes and the rays.

'Urg, I need some proper food.' She thought to herself.

During the time she was in isolation, she was feeding off all the mana stones she had in her inventory which is akin to eating candy to survive at this point. Wanting to taste something other than mana stones, she stopped at a restaurant that had reopened and ordered a table full of food.

"I swear, I'm becoming more like Yin now." Shiro clicked her tongue while she looked at the food that was being laid out.

{Like mother, like daughter I suppose.} Nimue chuckled.

After finishing the food, she met up with the elders and asked about the current progress.
